"Are you the father of my baby?"

ok i was watching "The Maury Show" (i dont know if alot of people know this show) its a talk show. it was one of their normal segments "Are you the father of my baby?" and there was this woman, she told her husband that the night she was out, she was brutally raped and they never found the rapist, the husband believed her and they had a son after the aledge (sp?) raping, but the reality is that she wasnt raped at all, she was cheating, and the baby may not be his, thankfully he was the father.

why would you lie about something like that?? i found it disgusting, i was hoping the baby wasnt his so she would learn a better lesson. what are your opinions??

I watch the Maury show quite often.
I think that it's really low for a woman to cheat on her husband, but it's even lower what that woman did.
There was this one heavy black lady [[you might know who I'm talking about]] who came on there THREE times to find out if he was the father of three different children.
The man always took her back & thankfully he was the father of all three children.
If a woman like that keeps cheating, then he should have just left her.

Well, the thing is that she freaked out. If you cheat, the last thing you want is to get caught. She knew she was pregnant and couldn't tell if it was of her husband or the other man, so she "played safe" and made herself a new option where her husband would forgive her and support her and help her out instead of yelling at her, beat her and or divorce her. Most people do not want to leave their partner's, they're just looking for an adventure that would brake the monotony.
Of course, there's always those who like to tease and have this poligamy dilemma. When they're males, there's no much trouble, but when females, there's always that pregnancy thing.... So either way, she just freaked out.

I personally deeply dislike the Maury Show, as well as Jerry Springer. I find it idiotic and pathetic that people need attention like that to solve their problems. Get a therapist, people.

The Maury show is just a gimmick for people to go on TV and act like fools. Maury is no better because if you watch he clearly enjoys the humiliation those people endure. Before long it will be just like Jerry Springer.
