someone who doesnt eat any vegetables or fruits unless they fall off the branch and or vine, if you were to cut the fruit or vegetable off you murdered it

Could be worse. Look up "Breatharian". Apparenlty you're supposed to survive without anything but air and sunlight, great if you're a plant, not so much if you're human.
