Anyone write music on piano?

I've been trying for a while but if I get something good, I forget how it went. Or it just sounds like crap.

Any advice for me?

write it down. You.. do read notes, right? If you don't and just play by the ear, i strongly recommend you start learning.

Yeah, I read music really well. I just don't usually have time to write it while im playing, you know? I'll lose my train of thought. Or lackthereof. You know what I mean.

You don't have to be very consistent on it. Is not like writing a score that looks like printed, just grab an empty pentagram and a black marker with medium point and plast a dot to mark the melody. You'll work on the details later.
You can also record yourself.

Good idea, thanks. I never thought of that. Although my life would be easier if I had a stack of blank sheets.

I don't think there's any music places by me either, and with the price of gas, it's stupid to drive anywhere...

I've made A LITTle research for you. I think this could be helpful:

Blank Sheet music. Net (http://www.blanksheetmusic.net/)

8 Notes (http://www.8notes.com/school/resources/manuscript/)

Hope they're usefull for you. http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o208/Tracia_Kurosawa/j-emos/hello.gif

Any advice for me?I love to play the piano. And over the summer I wrote a song called Lynette. It's pretty good. But I don't have it on my computer. HA HA!:D

I either have mine in my computer... http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o208/Tracia_Kurosawa/j-emos/worried.gif actually, I don't even have them in paper. Perhaps I should start writing them down before I move out and forget. http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o208/Tracia_Kurosawa/j-emos/notes.gif
