It's present day, technology has skyrocketted and advanced to unbelieveable porportions.A virtual reality game has now caught the attention of the youths and some adults.It's a game set in a fantasy world where you can interact with other players world wide.The title is called Tarriath: Land of Love and Loss.A group of highschool and college students decide to try the video game, but will they find the alluring cast too alluring and lose themselves in the game or will they keep their gaurd up and make it through the game?

He yelled and jumped high than any normal mortal.

Dark sat there,he felt angry again.
He had played games like this and knew very well what to do.
He concentrated on freezing the tree infront of him,as an icy blast flew from his gloved hand.

Sherai let out a sigh, her friends had recomended some new virtual reality game, they said it would be good for her.She now stood outside of the arcade, her short black hair swaying alittle in the breeze,
"I guess it won't hurt."A smile spread across her face."I wonder what it'll be like?"There was her mood change again, she quickly entered the crowded arcade.She found herself being pushed along in the crowd, her arms becoming sore."Hey!stop pushing!"She shouted, but it was obviouse no one cared.she fell forward and found herself looking up at a large poster of the new game her friends spoke off.
"Tarriath.."She whispered, pulling herself to her feet and glancing around.Sure enough the game simulater was in sight and many people were flocking to it."Oh..great.."She pushed passed someone heading for a simulater and knocked them to the ground, she didn't turn to apologize but countinued towards and empty simulater.
"Just relax, okay?"Came a woman's voice as she hooked her up to the game.Just relax, thats very easy for her to say, I bet she never played any virtual reality games!She landed with a hard thud, but wasn't she just in the arcade.
"I guess they call it virtual for a reason."She dusted off her clothes and surveyed her surroundings."Now where the heck am I?"
