Why do people get away with murders?

no, but i've seen some cases where its been 18 or something years and the person's family still wants to know who killed their son or daughter or whatever! i wanna know why sometimes they aren't ever caught even after 30 years!

Actuelly, alot of the times when a murderer is not charged, it is because the jury wasn't shown enough suffciant evidence for the person to be found guilty. And, if a murderer has a good lawyer representing them.

And, once your tried, and found innocent, you cannot be tried again. If you are found innocent during the first trial, you can admit freely that you murdered someone, and theres nothing anyone can do because that person had been found innocent.
