Well, I don't live in Kansas, or near Greensburg but I live close enough to this town to hear it on the news 24 / 7. It's also on the national news. This is why:

There is no Greensburg, Kansas anymore! An F5 tornado hit the town and now it's a pile of rubble. Not only do the families have to pick up what they can find and put their lives back together ( as well as the small town ) they also have to worry about the people who are stealing there stuff! An F5 hit them and people are stealing their crap!

And they cannot clean up the remaining mess, because all of their equipment to carry that mess is all the way over seas.

Well, Yeah, That And The Fact That A Large Amount Of Ammonia Was Spilled During The Tornado And Some People Cannot Get Back Into The City Do To Fumes.

Story From Greensburg, Kansas:
My choir teacher, whom I love, had an aunt living in Greensburg. Their house was destroyed and there was nothing left to even take home. A two- by- four came through the window during the storm and broke his cousins' right arm and leg.
We haven't exactly been updated much so that's all we know.
