Hoshina Ranch

Hoshina ranch is located in Texas. Here people are taught how to ride horses and take care of sick animals. The owners take in abandoned animals and care for them. The only problem is they are running out of money to keep the ranch going. A man is offering to pay alot of money for the ranch but Mr. and Mrs. Woods refuse to sell the ranch.

Joe stood facing Kat in their kitchen.
Kat was holding a small rabbit in her arms.
"Stupid girl the rabbit belongs outside",Joe snarled
Kat stuck out her tongue.
Joe slapped her hard across the face. She turned and ran with the rabbit over to the ranch.

Cheyenne sighed and she brushed one of the horses outside in the sun. She wiped her forehead from the sweat and groaned

Kat rubbed her cheek.
"Damn it bruised......",She muttered
She looked over at Cheyenne.
"Miss Eaglefeather do you know where Mrs. Woods is?",she asked

"Call me Chey and no....what happened to you cheek....your basta.....I mean father did it, didn't he" she asked as she check out her cheek

"No...I I tripped that's all.....I have to go",Kat replied
She ran off into the Woods' home.
"Mrs.Woods",Kat called
Mrs.Woods entered the kitchen smiling.
"What can I do for you dear"
"I found a rabbit outside my house I think his leg is broken can you take a look at him?",Kat asked
"Of course",Mrs.Woods replied

kloud walked up "he did to hit her she won't admit it though"

Joe walked down the path that led to the farm.
He had a smirk on his face as he brushed past Kloud and Cheyenne.

She glared and pushed him out of her way, making him fall in mud. She grinned and walked passed him

"Stupid girl show some respect for you elders",Joe snarled
He got up and walked into the house.
Several yells were heard from inside the house. Kat came out of the house in tears.

Even though Chester looks skiny he sure can pack a punch
Personality: Chester is a very protective person; he will stick up for what ever is right to him and will stick up for anyone at the ranch. He is normaly a sweet and calm person but his temper can go off in a snap.

Chester sat in his car, his head lowered down on the steerwheel. He closed his eyes thinking about how this day would go, hopefuly no stupid kids trying to smack the horses on the ass to get them moving. He leaded his head up looking out around the pastures and stalls, To bad this place might be leaving, he thought before stepping out of his car.

He slamed the red door shut before streaching his legs and walking onto the premisis of the ranch. He stepped into the stalls moving to the back to his favorite horse of all. A Noriker, 16.8 hands with a beautiful blond main and black pelt. Chester opened the stall door stepping in only to be greeted with a muzzle in the face.

He laughed a little reaching down to his pocket but before he could pull it out all the wall the mare had pulled it out of his hands, a sugar cube. "Now Jade, you know better than that." He let out a small laugh before heading out to meet up with Chey.

Kat whiped away her tears when she spotted Chester.

"Respecting elders is not my thing old turd" she yelled after him and saw Chester coming her way. "Hey Chester" she said sweetly to him

Chester looked up, two lovely faces came to view. He stuck his hand up in the air waving it rapidly. "Hey guys, hows it going." A large smile had produced across his face as he looked over at Cheyenne. "Hows the ranch doing? Any better than the last time I was here?" He let out a small laugh knowing the answer would be no because the last time he was here was only yesterday.

He turned to look at Kat, tears covered her face. The smile quickly fadded as he walked over to her. He bent down onto one knee like if he were going to ask her hand in marrage. He pulled his arm up resting his hand on the side of her cheek wipping away the tears that were staining her innosent face. "Whats wrong?" His voice was sincear and soft.

"Who did this to you?" he asked as he turned her head sightly to see a bruise forming across her cheek. "Was is Joe 'cause I swear I will stick something so far up his..." he trailed off quickly standing up as if he were looking for something.

"It was her father, thats for sure, your not going to do anything to him Chester you know better.....I am, I'm going to put him in a coma" she said and she smirked as she hugged Kat. "Poor girl, hey, why don't you come live with me, I only live 5 miles from here and its a manor." She said to Kat with a grin, then she winked at Chester with flirtly smile as a tease

"Just so long as I can help." He said coldly. This is going to get old fast. He thought Who in their right minds beats on twelve year old girls? He sighed. "Well Kat are you ready for your horse riding lesson? Maybe this time your dad wont come and interupt us this time." He paused "would you like to join up Cheyenne?"

He gave a flirting smile back before heading off to the stables. He stopped and looked over his shoulder at Kat "You coming? I'll even let you pick out your own horse this time."

((OMG!!!! I'm so flipping excited. My brother got me a "job" well its volenteering at a Horse Ranch. I think I'm going to pee myself!!!!!))

"Hey, I'm a teacher here for taking care of horses, so I'm pretty sure I can ride a horse" she said with a smirk. "After your done, I'll reteach you how to bathe a horse, which your rudely interuppted."

Chester smiled a bit "I wasn't asking if you wanted a lesson, I was hoping you would help teach." His green eyes searched over her tan face, it was so perfect with nothing to mess it up.

"Oh...yeah sure" she said blushing slightly in embrassment. She ran to his side and curse. "I'm still shorter than you, I'm going to use some Indain voodoo on you to make you short'

Chester smiled as he looked back "Yeah.... good luch with that." He looked down at her then back at Kat. "Are you coming or what?" He asked, not agateded but if they didn't get moving then his next riding lesson would be pushed back causing his whole day be pushed back.

He shrugged his shoulders and stepped into the bar looking at all the different breeds; Norikers, one Clydesdale, Friesians, Qarter Horses,Palominos, and many many more.

She glared and punched his arm play fully and went to her favorite horse. Nightmare is what she named hi, since he was a nightmare to handle at times

Chester chased after her lightly pushing her into the stall door before running off and jetting into a stall. Its was Jupiter's a Quarter Horse, so musclar, a great barrel riding horse. He turning around picking up a sattle and tossed it over his back.

It had been a while since he had rode so he thought this would be the best time. He had done all of the preperations, secured the sattle, but the bit in ect. ect.

He opened the stall door and led him out of the stalls, still waiting for Kat to join them.

Kat entered the barn.
"I don't see why you worry about me besides.....Mrs.Woods just had a conversation with whats-his-face and she said the ranch has lost a lot of money or something"
She gazed around the barn.

"Noone should be hit, unless its like this" she said and she playfully smacked Chesters head. She looked at her and glared at the money thing. "I rather die then give up the ranch"

"Yeah,Mrs.Woods declined Joe's offer.....said she would rather die then give up this ranch.

Joe stormed out of the farmhouse cursing.
"Miserable old hag",he muttered to himself
He kicked an old garbage can and stormed into the barn.
"Katrina you'll be staying with the Woods for the weekend I'm going on a trip"
He walked out of the barn and ran back to his house.
Kat watched him go and began giggling.
