This is a Role play of a Devils play ground... Where the demons have taken over the earth in a wave of darkness... The sun forever blocked out leaving a fiery ring around darkness.. A beautiful sight... Humans are becoming scarce but still they try to survive...

A kingdom has risen above the world within the depths of a towering mountain that rose as the demons did... a castle embedded into it.. Darkness's creatures coming and going... A king and his queen ruling over all... with only 2 children... One boy, and One girl... But only one has been born of the queen.. The Princess is a pure blood in the royal family... the first from the queen... but might not be the last... The Prince is her lover of several years and are too be married soon...

A dark castle loomed over the city below casting an even darker shadow over parts... Inside were several rooms and corridors decorated in black and anything else dark... The throne room was the most decorated out of them all.. 4 thrones were sitting upon the 6 stepped platform with black marble underneath a red carpet that led all the way to the door.... Dark jewels and gold decorated the thrones themselves...

Jynx was on the side of the two larger thrones kneeling as the king and queen sat proudly in their thrones... several people were also kneeling on the floor one of them was speaking about matters that are happening in the city,

Man: "The humans are starting to gather and trying to gain back the land we rightfully took over, Your highness" he stayed bowed down

Kyoko sat in her throne boredly. She drumbed her fingers on the stone arm and listened only part of the time. She couldn't care less.

Seth was the few kneeling before the thrones. She listened closely. Her large brim hat shield her expression. She frowned and let out a low growl.

She continued to sit there in silence listening to the man talk to the king and queen

Other man: "My lord and Lady... They killed my family while I was away hunting for our food for the next week..." he was bowing as well

Kyoko looked at her parents then at the men. She let out a deep sigh. She wanted to speak but she'd have to ask permission first. She hated this. She let out a grumbling growl at the tale of the slaughtering.

Her eyes moved to Kyoko as she sat in her throne.. her violet eyes glowing slightly

Kyoko looked at Jynx and smiled. She looked through the crowd boredly.

She looked back to the crowd of people as they all bowed once again and were led out... the king and queen were going to discuss the problems amongst themselves... and the prince and princess were dismissed as well so they didn't have to stay there and wait as they discussed it.... Jynx was sent with them so she could keep an eye on them since things were starting to get bad.

Powers: The awesome ability to literally be able to eat anything, including others demons. Montgomery can melt and mold his body into different shapes, while he's doing that, it looks like liquid mercury. {Like the bad dude from T2}

Hair: Short, silky, strawberry-blonde.

Eyes: Emerald green

Story/Origins: Montgomery was abanded as a baby demon when he ate his younger brother at the tender age of a human toddler; this was around the time he aquired the taste of flesh. He could usually be found always putting things in his mouth; rocks, twigs, squirrles... Things like that. His favorite thing to do as a child was to eat himself, though, for he could bite off a hand and regrow it, since his melting ability allowed his liquid-like flesh to reattach itself.

Kyoko almost ran from the room. Almost. She almost threw herself through the threshhold, almost. She sighed and walked out of the room to collasp in the hall way tiredly. "I feel like I need to scream." She said softly.

Jynx walked calmly through the room and stopped infront of Kyoko, "Then do it Princess, No one can stop you from screaming... Just don't make a habit of it... No one wants a boy who cried wolf running around" she said in a whisper like tone but it gave nothing away... not even the amount of power she had... but the amount she showed was only a chip off the ice burg... Who knew how much power she truly had.....

She looked down the halls both ways then back to Kyoko

"Nah, someone will think I'm mad." Kyoko said and stood. "Did Mother and Father tell me to do some thing while I was off in the Other World?" She said refurring to her mind.

"You are mad," Montgomery teased as he leaned in the doorway, peering at the two women. "But, then again, aren't we all?" Of course, thee princess obeyed the rules, not to speak unless spoken to... If Montgomery wanted to do something, he did it, whether it went against the rules or not.

She shook her head, "Anything your parents what done I do it... They would rather you have fun and not get yourself into trouble..."

Kyoko nodded at Jynx then looked at Monty, "You are so mean, do you know that?" She smiled teasingly. "Your the crazy person eating yourself." She smiled. "But then again....I'm the one wanting to scream for no reason so.....I'd have to agree with your theory." She laughed.

She looked over her shoulder to the prince... she didn't smile but she acknowledged him...

"Like you've never wanted to be eaten before," Montgomery growled perversely. "I just happen to be able too," it came in handy -get it, handy?- when one was hungry; they could eat a finger or an entire arm and be filled while regrowing it back.

Setting into the room, he dropped down onto the bed, leaning back before looking toward the women. "Don't worry little Koko; you're in... good hands." When he waved joiously at Jynx, "Hallo, Queeny!"

She raised a brow to him, "The Queen is not here... You best learn who I am..." she said with a cold tone...

Kyoko looked at Monty and her face turned red then purple then she burst out laugh. She doubled over with laughter and laid on the floor looking at the roof. "Poor Monty, can't tell my mother from our higher up guards. Founders." She giggled again and looked at them.

{Whoops, sorry, my bad; I mixed up yer position ><}

"Then I shall call you... Hmm..." Montgomery tapped his chin, "Queeny's slave! Yes, you work under the bit-I mean, the Queen's ruling.... The King's, too... But Kingy's Slave doesn't have as nice a ring to it..."

He glared at Kyoko before pointing his now sword-like arm at her neck, "What was that, KoKo-dear?"

She looked at him with a blank stare, "I care not for your nick names... I am Jynx the Deadly... the Right hand of the King and Queen... I am no slave.. I leave that to the actual slaves" she said coldly

Kyoko giggled. "What are you? Hard of hearing?" Kyoko asked knowing he wouldn't hurt her.........Unless she allowed him to. She smiled up at him sweetly, her ears perked up happily.

[White Horse]

No, he wouldn't hurt her, but he could try to scare her, or, at least, unnerve her. "Yes, say it a little closer," Montgomery's hand returned so that he could use it to rip off his ear before shoving it in Kyoko's face. "You work under somebody, so that makes you a slave in my book," he told Jynx with a wide grin.

"Hush!" Kyoko gasped putting her dainity hand over his mouth. "Don't do that! Just because your mine doesn't mean she can't hurt you!" Kyoko hissed.

"Yours?" Montgomery mumbled behind Kyoko's hand, his ear melting into his hand while it regrew on his head. ....Her hand was over his mouth... The demon's tongue lolled out and carassed over the flesh of Kyoko's hand while he purred.
Please, like he feared anyone?

Kyoko pulled back and looked at her hand, he'd spit on it. She frowned, "Yeah.....Mine." She said and whipped her hand on her dress.

Montgomery glanced up and down his arms, then looked at his stomach and over his shoulder to see his back, "That's funny, I don't see your name..."

Kyoko frowned. She snatched his arm and dragged him towards her. She pressed her lips to his arm and bit down. Gentally and only enough to draw blood from the points where her dainty fangs had been. "Mine now." She whispered and kissed the wound gentally.

Montgomery's eyes widened as he stared at Kyoko like she had turned into a human. "Did you... Did you just mark me?" She was really serious about this.... When he thought about it for a moment, the demon couldn't help but grin, "I didn't know you wanted me so much..." His voice was a purr as Kyoko kissed the bite mark.

Kyoko pressed her cheek against his arm, "You're my Flesh Eater, you old coot." She smiled and looked up at him.

"Only for you," Montgomery grinned, brushing his hand hand over Kyoko's arms lovingly.

Kyoko smiled. "Good." She pushed him backwards and ran down the hall laughing. She ran into her room and locked the door.

She stared at them coldly.. She wasn't about to lose control over herself for some demon that doesn't even have any royal blood flowing through his veins... She doesn't work for any one... She is there on her own free will to protect what she believes in.. She never argued anything.... But she doesn't consider herself low in anything... She was offered the role of queen before this all happened but she declined because she wasn't meant for ruling... It wasn't in her nature... she was a fighter...

Kyoko snickered then moved to her wardrob and searched for some thing to wear. She pulled out leather ridding pantloons (I LOVE THAT WORD) then a silk shirt. She pulled on lace up boots then pulled her long hair into a pony tail.

Amaya sat in her throne, listening to various weak demons drone on about all their little problems. Her ears perked up when she heard the humans were gathering, but she also knew that that news was old. The humans had gathered alot of time, only to back down when she sent out some muscle demon to 'discourage' them. When everyone was dismissed, she slouched a little in her chair, and glanced over at her King.
"We're going to have to do something to put a little backbone in the others..." She said thoughtfully. She called over a servant to bring her a glass of wine, then put a hand to her forehead in thought.
"We could send Jynx..." She proposed, biting her lip.

Kyoko walked up to the doors where her parents wher behinde. She knocked gentally waiting for her parents to allow her in.

Amaya, turned her head towards the door. "Come in," She said, her voise echoing across the throne room.

Kyoko smashed the doors open and strode up to the thrones. She walked tall and proud, just like her mother taught her to be. She collasped to one knee and bowed before her mother. "Mother." She didn't look at her. She just nodded, "Father." She said and nodded at him as well. Not looking up. She wasn't to gaze upon them until they spoke to her.

Amaya smiled lightly, "You're acting too innocent for your own good, child. What do you want now?"

Jynx walked in shortly after and resumed her spot next to the king and queen in her kneeling position

Kyoko took a deep breath, "Mother...You trust me in my battle skills, do you not?" She didn't wait for an answer. "I want to go check on the distubrances. I want to go look and see what the humans are doing. I wish to cool my fighter's blood, which Father has given me, and slay some humans." She looked up at her mother, her face strong and proud.

"If you send some of us over there to kill....oh about hundred or more they'd learn their place and respect us. I want so badly, Mother, get out of this stone cage and fight. I don't want to go to balls or parties any more. I want to help my soldiers." She sighed heavily.

"Please Mother. It would mean a lot. And if it made you feel better Prince Montgomery and Captine Jynx could come with me, along with other guards of your choise. All I ask is that I am sent along with the soldiers to raid and fight..." She sighed again knowing it wasn't even worth the effort of asking. But that's okay. She knew the secret doors and how to get out without being seen. She had a soldier uniform and she could easily sneak out of the castle to go with the troops.

She's done is several times before.

Jynx listened to Kyoko's plea to go to the fight with her and several other men.... but whether or not she was going to get permission was a mystery.... She studied Kyoko a bit more and smirked... She knew she had seen the body that Kyoko has on one of her soilders... this time she knew not to let her go any further if it is against her parents will.. The last thing she wanted was for her to get killed

Stepping into the room, rubbing the bite mark on his arm, Montgomery took one of the seats, dropping back into it. "Yo!" He called to the royals, catching the end of Kyoko's words. "You want to fight? Why? Don't you like dressing up in corsets and dancing in twig-and-strap shoes until your feet hurt while caking that colored make-up on your face to make men want you?"

As teasing as he wanted those words to be, Montgomery actually thought them quite barbaric and was glad that he was a man and didn't have to do them; he probably could dress up in a suit and go to one of their boring, little parties, but he didn't feel like killing himself so soon.

"Yeah, let little KoKo come and slay the nasty humans, Jynie and I will take good care of her." The Prince gave a wicked grin as he folded his hands behind his head; maybe Kyoko could get a real.... taste of the battle.

"Mother.....Think on my words. And not his." She stood, bowed and walked out angrily. With each step her hips pumped and her tail swung sassily. She walked out of the room and out of the castle. She sighed wondering why Monty was so.......Arognant. She growled and walked into the maze in the garden.

Opening up the window behind him, Montgomery waved to the Queen, King, and Jynx, "I'm gonna go bother Koko some more; I really do think you should let her fight, though," he paused with his foot on the window sil. "She's a good adversary," then he literally slipped out the window, his metallic-colored, liquid-body sliding down to the ground before he returned to his humanoid-form. "Koooooky!" He called in a sing-song voice, "Where are you?"

Kyoko flattened her ears and kept wondering the maze annoyed. After a while she reached the end then turned around and walked it my memory, her eyes closed.

Glancing up toward the window, just imagining Jynx shaking her head at them, Montgomery plopped down onto the grass in front of the maze entrance, waiting for Kyoko to come back.

Jynx stared at Montgomery for a while before she looked at the scenery... such a dark place but it was beautiful to her.... specially the way the sun shone... the darkness is all it was besides the ring of fire

Kyoko came to the enterance and found Monty waiting for her. "Oh...Hello." She frowned, her ears pulled back. "Yes?" She asked sharply.

She looked back down to the maze as she saw Kyoko walk out from inside only to be encountered by Monty.

Jumping up from the ground, Montgomery dusted off his pants before moving toward Kyoko, "What shall we do now, Mistress?" The demon asked teasingly, referring to her mark over him, "Shall we go bother Jynie?" His voice held all the innocence in the world.

Kyoko smiled. "No." She frowned suddenly. "I don't wish for you to die. Mother and Father could always find me a new mate if Jynx kills you. I like you alive, Flesh Eater." She laughed and ran towards the stables. "I am sssssoooooo running from you!" She teased.

[White Horse]

....Mate? "Hah! Like she could kill me!" Montgomery smirked, "Yes, it's more fun when your victim is still living." After that, the male demon took off after her, wondering if Jynx would follow them to keep Kyoko safe..... Safe from whom?
The humans?

Why would Jynx have to to protect Kyoko from him? He wouldn't harm her... in the way she might be thinking...

"You won't be running for long!" Montgomery called after Kyoko.

"What's that supposed to mean!?" Kyoko called over her shoulder, laughing happily. She giggled, which she rarely does, and slipped into the woods.

As she ran she tranformed into her demon form. Which wasn't actully very much. She was about the size of a house cat and was a soft golden brown like her hair. She had white paws and the tips of her tails was white. Her eyes where the same green.

Kyoko ran swiftly and happily through the forest.

Jynx bowed to the king and queen and disappeared in a cloud of darkness like it was smoke... she appeared in the stables grabbing her horse.. a very demonic looking one in fact... but in truth it was... fire for its mane and black for the rest of it.... eyes as red as fire and a bad temper really... She mounted the horse and kicked it's sides and ran into the forest to catch up to the other two

Amaya rested her chin on her fist. "What happened to the little girl who used to wear dresses day and night..." She said Half to herself half to everyone else. "And Montgomery really shouldn't be saying 'yo!' to the royals either...Hopeless..." She pouted.

When he lost sight of Kyoko, Montgomery dropped closer to the ground, half-crawling, half-crouching as he scented for her pulsing blood, following the golden cat at a slower pace. It was then that he heard the beating hooves of a horse. She did follow.
It was obvious who it was.
"Here, kitty, kitty, kitty... I won't hurt you..." The demon purred, licking his lips.

Kyoko yowled, she jumped from the bushes and said, "Fox! I'm a fox!" She hit him in the face with her tail and ran into the forest laughing.

Jynx was not far behind them.. She had heard Kyoko yell at Mont that she was a fox.. apparently he called her a cat, "Such an idiot" she mumbled as she slowed the pace of her horse... she wasn't going to get to close to them.. She was just there to protect her when She hears her scream

Kyoko stopped at a stream and changed back into human. She burst out laughing for no apparent reason. Unless you could read minds.....

Jynx could very much read minds but usually she canceled out most of Kyoko's thoughts unless they held key words she always looked for.... but there were specific ones for Kyoko... She went up to the stream but was up a ways and let the horse drink for a bit... she sat down and dunked her head in holding it under for awhile before flipping her head out and her hair creating a circle of flying water as she flipped her hair to the back again..

Before long she shook her head like a dog would once wet... all the chains and jewelery jingled up a storm as she did like dog tags on a dogs collar... Every once in awhile Jynx would show dog like qualities but she had more cat like ones then anything.. Her eyes were one of the cat... but her hearing was sharp...... She had a lot of secrets that no one would ever find out about her.... Not even if they torchered her.... She looked over to where Kyoko was through her wet hair... She looked good with we hair but that was a whole different subject.... No one has ever attempted to love Jynx the Deadly... Even if she truly wanted it she could never find it.... it was a part of her that she kept locked up... The loving part that shows any kind of tenderness...

Walls that were unbreakable unless taken down from the inside... so in reality she is the only one that will be able to take those walls down... But reality of that is.... They will forever remain up till someone can prove to her that they are worth it... that they are trust worthy... Trust was a big thing for her... She didn't trust anyone.. Not even the king or queen...

Amaya stood up slowly from her throne chair. "Enough of this, I'm tired of sitting. I'm going for a walk. She told both the royals and the king. She looked around at the royals to see if anyone dared challenge her. When no one spoke, she made her way across the throne room to the door.
