What are you talking about?
Do you mean making art? You can't make art on Deviant Art, you have to make it elsewhere and then upload it to your account. It's a GALLERY site, it hosts images and animations and stuff - it doesn't create it.
If you already have something you want to put on a product for the shop, read the FAQ. (http://shop.deviantart.com/help/)
Otherwise, you're going to have to be a lot more clear in your request of what you need help with.
