The story...of Two Sisters, left on their own, after their parents deceased.

All hope was not to be lost, perhaps. An aging, and wealthy grandfather of the twosome, allowed for them to come and stay at his manor, in Paris.

The grandfather himself is a mystery. No one knows more than a few things about this man, and those could even possibly be rumors.

But, they were greatful none the less, and went to stay with him in his manor.

One night though...whilst the siblings were sleeping, they heard the ringing of an old, antique grandfather clock could be heard...

Disturbed from their sleep, the sisters left to investigate...and came to encounter...a magical world...far beyond their wildest dreams.

They saw things...that they were only told in bedtime stories...things that they were told never truly existed...

When they were gone, Belle turned to look at her sister. “Wonder where they’re going.”

Aimee, a book already in her hands, shrugged as she began reading once more. “No idea.” She wa sitting on the beautifully made Victorian couch in the parlor.

Belle went over to join her, leaning over to see what she was reading. “What are you reading this time, Aimee?”

“The Hunchback of Notre Dame.”

“Haven’t you read this already?”

“It’s my favorite book, so I’m reading it again.”

Belle sighed and got up. “Suit yourself.”

That night, their parents never returned home. The phone rang non-stop that night, all relaying the same news; Mr. and Mrs. Devereux were now dead. Aimee sat with her sister in the parlor as they both tried to hold in tears, but no luck. Now all that was left to do was find out where the girls would live…
