This is to help people who want to improve their roleplaying. Basically a group of people will volunteer to "adopt" a newb and basically take them under their wing. The adopting user will give tips and suggestions on how their adopted user can improve their writing and such.

Edit: I am no longer running this. If it is still running I have nothing to do with it. Do not PM me about this.

I'm willing to be a tutor as well. I tend to be a fan of fantasy, supernatural, occult, and the like, but I'm willing to consider other things as well. Mainly, I don't do "high school" stuff (I let the actual teenagers do those; I'm past that and out of the loop, after all), anything about the "trendy" things, like cliques (like all those emo and skater roleplays and so forth; again, out of the loop), and fanfiction-type stuff. I'm a big anime fan, but those roleplays seem to be a lot of self-insertion type stories, and I don't do those. But I'm willing to look at a broader universe setting with completely original characters; room for the players to have an impact in a believable fashion, without stretching bounds of credulity. And I'm not into Naruto, so don't even go there. :P

Preferred rp's: I guess I really prefer fantasy and fiction roleplays, though I guess I could do something life-like, ect. I do like anime, though I only watch Bleach and Naruto, and have seen Trinity Blood, but I like original rp's better. But that's just me. ^^

Other: Err, I guess I can sometimes be mean, though it's unusual and only when I'm angry and rarely happens on here. Plus, I'm usually provoked beforehand. Please don't put me in awkward ropleplays where they use too much chatspeak, ect., because I would really rather not. I guess that's it..

lol, it's not meant to be an insult, but this is for serious rping and I've mostly only seen you in the regular area. It's basically just if you want to learn more about it. Newb is just a term that the person who suggested it used and it stuck.

Well wolfy, fantasy obviously, canon based RPs, but most especially... the more literate the better... I like to push my boundaries... what else? Hrm... some high schools style RPs depending on plot... I like mythical based RPs as well, like werewolves, greeks mythology, etc.

*ahem* My name is Ravenheart. Friends call me Raven. I've been a serious RPer for the past six years and trained under a very stern teacher myself. I'm also in an advanced English class for high school seniors. I'm a sophomore.

Well, I specialize in Russian, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese role plays. Fan fiction role-plays, horror role-plays, fantasy, vampire, and almost all anime are preferred. My spelling can be bad at times, but my grammar is correct one hundred percent. I have keyboard errors and sometimes have a missing letter, as well.

Guendolen, originally I'd planned for the tutors to do the adopting so if you see someone then just let me know and I'll send a pm to that person. The "newbs" have the power to veto their adoption if they don't like their tutors however. The newbs can also take the initiative if they end up waiting too long.

You don't have to be a master of the english language to tutor, just know what you're doing in an advanced roleplay and be able to teach others.

I can't say I never joined a fan-themed one, but I don't really enjoy them. I prefer original and unique characters.

Alright, I've previously just been using one section after the people who wish to be adopted that combines both of the ones for tutors. I keep seeing people wishing to be adopted using the same format as a tutor and it's confusing, please stop.
