I'm so bored, I can't see straight! :D

We settled into things we knew could never be
We were content with our destiny
Together we lived for things unknown
Together we knew, we could never go home
Living this life one day at a time
Living together, in our world of rhyme
Apart and detached, yet together and whole
Apart becomes only a word
Though it's everything that shaped our world
Though 'everything' is just a word
Words that shape
Words that define
They are what guides our eternity
They are the life that we knew could never be
Our eternity is false
Our whole being is one heart, with one pulse
The things we once thought were true
The things became shattered and we knew
We knew that words were false

Detached and uncaring
Self- Pitying and meek
Guess it's all been said
You are your own tragedy
Fool
You are what you make yourself
Life is simple
Do what you will, if it harm none

All in all, they were all right. Pretty good for spouting from apparently complete boredom.

It felt appropriate at times to throw in the line: "Livin' life at the edge of the bowl." But I resisted that temptation.

It doesn't remind me of "Rock 'N' Salad Roll", if that's what you're hinting at. The wording just seems like I've read something similar before... But, then, you know me. I've seen everything and everyone in some previous life or something, because this is all familiar.

Well, not only do I feel an obligation to, but also, I know that you won't eat or ignore me. And maybe if there are enough posts on them, people will look.

I'm starting to worry about you. You're always locking yourself away in your room and writing poetry and listening to bands whose lead singer doesn't sound like he's hit puberty yet. And then those mysterious cuts on your arms...are you all right? [concerned face]
