Prom.

I've got my Prom tomorrow night.
I'm not really very excited for it but I hope I'll have fun with my friends.
I don't have any photographs of my dress or anything yet but this (http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&productId=282890) is a picture of it on the website.

That's a lovely dress. Hope you have fun. Never went to the prom, myself. Popularity/date-finding contest, it was. Urgh. :P And for those of you just starting college, it's truly nothing to worry about. It seems intimidating now, but trust me, you'll be just fine. Don't give in to the temptation to party, watch out for the Freshman 15, and try to get along with your roomies as best you can! College is one of the best times you can have. I speak from personal experience here. Going there, especially living away from home, in large part helped shape the person I am now.

I am quite nervous about going to college. I give in to the temptation to party far too easily. in the middle of all my final exams I went out and got drunk XD

You're welcome. And I'm sure not "everyone" hates you. So you're not popular. It doesn't feel that way now, I'm sure, but in the greater scheme of things, it ultimately isn't that important. Thing was, with my school, if you went to a formal dance, you went with a date. No questions, really. That was how the social struture worked. I wasn't thin or cute enough to be date material, because of course it wasn't having fun, but finding the best-looking thing to get to go with you, so everyone would envy you your date. :P Either way, though, this means I didn't have the "hang out with a bunch of fellow dateless girls" option. That would have been fun. But no, everyone I knew who wanted to go and did had a date.... So no dice. And in college, every time you get the urge to party, remember: you're paying for this. If you flunk out due to partying, you will lose any scholarships you may have, and you might have to withdraw from school due to not being able to pay for it. The potential for negative ramifications can be huge. I'm not saying some judicious partying can't be done; the trick is not to take it too far. But if you tend to do so, it's probably best to steer cleat of temptation altogether.
