How do you open the other clothes, like the one that have a picture over them and can't use?

They don't exist, there's nothing to open. If you see a picture over the clothing entry, that means there's nothing in that entry.
There are a few corrupt entries among the categories that will cause a few blank spots. Some of this is left over from the last upgrade while others are caused by someone uploading unusable data.
