Two very wealthy families, the Irino and Misashi family, have held close ties for countless generations. In an attempt to build an even stronger bond between them, the two agree to a betrothal between the eldest son and eldest daughter of each family, but there's just one problem. The girl isn't to fond of this crazy idea and will fight against it no matter what it takes, but what happens when you throw love into the mix?
Well, guess you'll just have to wait and see!

Arilin stormed down the hallway towards her room, her green eyes snapping dangerously at anyone that dared even cross her path. With a slam that was hard enough to shake the entire doorframe, she shut her room door and locked it before grabbing a pillow, putting it over her face, and screaming as loudly as possible.
"HOW DARE THEY!!! They had no right to do this to me without at least letting me have a say in it!" Arilin fumed as she paced her room. Right now she was beyond furious, which meant that anyone who was crazy enough to get near her in this state was in for a serious explosion from the angry girl.

Arilin didn't even bother answering Draken that time, instead she just stalked out to her balcony and sat on the railing while trying to calm herself down. However, she wasn't having much luck so after a while she just gave up.

Arilin didn't finish that thought, since she had all ideas Chii could tell that she meant something rather violent would probably happen to Draken.

Chii suddenly remembered her mother. "SHOOT!" She said out loud. "I'm sorry Ari I have to go my mother! I have to make sure she's okay!" She said refrencing to her alchoholic mother at home.

"Alright, but I'll see you later right?" Asked Arilin, and she didn't even have to ask what Chii meant since she already knew about the situation with her friend's mother.

Chii looked a her watch. It was already 6. "Tomorrow." She said. She was going into a panic attack. "Bye!" She said as she grabbed her coat and ran out the mansions front door. *I'll have to take the shortcut through the park* She thought.

Draken watched Chii and yelled Hey Chii he knew Chii but did not know if she knew him.

Once she was alone again, Arilin just collapsed onto her bed and stared up at the ceiling.
"Damn this...I'm leaving!" She said to herself as she grabbed her own long, black coat and headed outside into the darkening streets. True she was contemplating just running off but what good would that do her? Someone would just come chasing after her and not to mention all the trouble she could get into if she just up and left. So either way she was stuck in this messed up situation and she didn't like it one bit!

You froze as you heard the boy that Ari had mentioned call her name. She started yet another panic attack, not being good with stress you started to fidget and stutter. "U-u-uh, Um, Who me?"

ALWAYS GETTING WHAT YOU WANT YOU SPOILED BRAT!" Chii just looked down. A slap to her cheek and puch in the stomach. She had learned to accept them not even flinch. Chii woke up in a bright, white, room. She held her head in her hands and groaned. She looked around and took in her surroundings, apparently she was in the hospital and tightly bandaged up. She began to wonder how she got there.

"I guess it is." Said Arilin as she stared up at the sky, and that's when she noticed a shooting star.
"Hey Makayla make a wish!" She called out teasingly as she pointed towards the shooting star.

Makayla closed her eyes. "I wish that my mom would let me make my room sky blue" she wished. ((Her mom dosent really let her paint her room blue because she thinks its a sad color.))

looking out the hospital window Chii sighed. THen she saw... A shooting star. She sighed again and thought *Make a wish*. And did just that.

"Even if this is impossible, I wish I could fall in love at least once before I get married." Arilin thought to herself as she just glanced up absentmindedly at the night sky.

Makayla walked over to a small hole by a tree. If the bunny wanted it was alowed to sleep in there. She took Tatskia's leash off and he hopped into the hole. Makayla looked into the sky. She closed her eyes and started to sing again.

"Come on Makayla, we better get back inside before Mom and Dad send someone to hunt us down." Said Arilin as she held out a hand to her sister, though she always hated to interrupt her singing.

Chii wished "I wish i... I wish i could be loved for once." Chii had never really had a great life. She had been shunned by everyone at school. Beaten by her Mom. Never met her Dad. Didnt know if she had a sibling and life just passed her by like a slow ticking clock.

When in her room Makayla walked out to her porch. ((You know those little round porch things that are on castles)) She sat down and started to sing again.

Once she had retreated back into her room, Arilin had quickly changed clothes and buried herself under the covers on her bed.

"There's no way out of this, is there...." She whispered to herself as she hugged one of her pillows, a few tears escaping down her face as she finally fell asleep.

Makayla looked around. She jumped straight over the porch. Once on the ground she started to run. She dident care where she went. ((Shes excaping for who knows why lol))

After wandering the room Chii finally found her clothes. She looked at the sleeping Draken and thought *He saved my life. How could i repay him?* But then her thoughts moved to something else. " I can't go back to my mom tonight. Where can i go?" *Well i could go to Ari's. But i'd hate to be such a burden. But i have no where else to go.* After of a few minutes of arguing with herself she changed, sprinted out of the hospital, to Ari's where she rang the doorbell looking at her feet.

Arilin was suddenly awakened by someone pounding on her door.

"Go away!" She muttered irritably as she buried her head under her pillow, but whoever was out there wasn't giving up.

"Miss Arilin it's an emergency! Miss Makayla has run off, and we can't find her." Called out a female voice from the other side of the door and that immediately got Arilin's attention.

"Oh damn....." She said to herself as she grabbed her long coat and threw it on over her pajamas before heading out to help look for Makayla. However, the minute she stepped out she saw Chii standing on the doorsteps.

"Chii! Thank goodness you're here, I need your help!" Said Arilin as she grabbed Chii's arm and started heading towards the park.

Makayla giggled alittle as she ran. She started to sprint.

Chii turned to see Ari runing past her. She grabbed Ari's arm and asked "What are you doing?"

Makayla jumped into a tree. She started to jump tree to tree. her blue eyes glittered in the dark.

"Makayla's run off and I'm trying to find her." Said Arilin as she stopped and waited to see if Chii would follow her or not.

"MAKAYLA! Girl when I find you, you are in so much trouble!" Arilin called out as she started searching the trees for any sign of her sister, knowing that she loved to climb them whenever she had the chance.

Searching the trees to Chii had also keened her hearing. "Ari. Sush for a moment." She siad thinking she heard something. and there it was a voice. "Come on ,Ari!!" Chii said grabbing Ari's wrist.

Makayla stopped singing. Makayla jumped up and jumped down the tree. She started to srint again.

Arilin quickly followed Chii, and it didn't take long before she saw Makayla up in a tree again.

"Makayla! Good god don't scare me like that again, you hear me?!" Demanded Arilin as she glared up at her little sister, but it was all to clear she had been worried about her.

Makayla looked down. She jumped into a higher tree and started to sprint again.

"SHOOT!" Chii said. As she began to run again.

Makayla stayed where she was this time. "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" She yelled.

"What do you think? I was looking for you cause you just ran off." Said Arilin as she kept her gaze locked on Makayla.

"Why are you running?!" Chi asked/screamed. Then in a quiter voice looking down at the ground "We just want to help."

Makayla kept her gaze without even blinking.

"Makayla will you please come down already?" Asked Arilin, her voice much softer sounding now that she was certain her little sister was alright.

Makayla stood up. She stared up into the moon. "Why should I?" she asked not moving at all.

Arilin sighed softly before a determined look crossed her face.

"Makayla Misashi if you won't come down then I'm coming up after you!" She said as she grabbed the lowest branch and began pulling herself up closer to Makayla.

"Im not going back" Makayla said then jumped onto the floor. Before anyone could move she was already running again.

Chii bit her lip with a worried face and started running after her again.

Makayla started to do a cartwheel. She did it over and over again. "GO AWAY!" She yelled. Her voice kept echoing. She jumped on a log. She started to sing again. But this time she started to sing this:

"Damn..." Muttered Arilin to herself before she jumped down and started running after Makayla. Then, before the smaller girl could run off again, she tackled her to the ground.

"Now what is your problem?!" Demanded Arilin as she sat down on Makayla so she wouldn't get away again.

Daichi was walking along the sidewalk. Bored again. She looked up for a second and stopped just to stop. He kept goig and yawned to himself and he walked slowly.

"No Makayla!" Said Arilin in a stern voice as she held the struggling girl down.

"Makalya." Chii said walking closer slowly to the girl. " Makalya. I promise. I will not make you go back. But i want to know what's wrong and why you're running away."

Makayla bit her arm and Pushed her off. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" She yelled and started to run again. She run into a cemetery. She stood there and stared. She was completely frozen.

"Oh no you don't!" Said Arilin as she jumped up and raced after Makayla.

Daichi saw the whole thing and stratched the back of his head."Well arentthese girls....interesting."he joked to himself before he passed this cemetry and kept walking.

Makayla was completely frozen with wide eyes.

"Makayla why did you.....Makayla? What's wrong?" Asked Arilin as she placed a hand on Makayla's shoulder when she noticed she was frozen in place with an almost scared, or nervous, look on her face.

Makayla kept staring.

"Makayla?" Chii asked. "Does she have a cronic phobia of cemtaries?" She asked.

"Helllllooooo, little sister?! You're kind of freaking me out here!" Said Arilin as another trace of worry appeared in her face as she lightly shook Makayla's shoulder.

Makayla then notice a spider on her nose. She screamed and fell backwards. "@.@;"

Arilin notices the spider and just flicks it off Makayla's nose before she grabbed her sister.

"Don't you EVER scare me like that again you hear me!? If something had happened to you....." Arilin didn't even bother to finish her sentence as she just hugged Makayla tightly.

Makayla was still dizzy from the spider. She looked at the cemetery again.

"Alright come on, lets get you home." Said Arilin as she placed her hands on Makayla's shoulders and steered her out of the cemetery.

"No" Makayla said and climed a tree.

"Makayla don't start this again, cause I'm not going home without you." Said Arilin in an exasperated voice as she once again started climbing after Makayla.

"Well whether you want to or not, I'm not going back without you." Said Arilin as she continued climbing closer to Makayla.

"Sheesh for once she decides to be stubborn.....right now I'm really starting to hate my life." Arilin thought to herself as she kept climbing higher, completely ignoring the fact that she had never been very good at tree climbing. However, she just shoved those thoughts aside as she kept climbing.

Chii decided to keep her feet on the ground. And instead just watched. She did want to help but she wasn't very... "Graceful"

Ariling continued climbing much higher up until she had almost reached Makayla.

"Alright, now you're coming down if I have to drag you down my...."

Arilin couldn't finish her sentance as the tree branch she was leaning against suddenly broke, completely throwing off her balance. The next thing she knew was hearing her own scream as she fell forward, and the very last thing she remembered was feeling her body hit the ground with a sickening thud before she completely passed out.

Chii looked in horror as Ari fell through the branches she couldnt help but scream bloody murder.

Arilin didn't even hear Chii's scream as she was out cold once her body hit the ground. Then again she'd probably be lucky if she wasn't hurt any worse!

He heard scream and some other stuff but ignored it. They were probly fine. He kept walking.

Makayla jumped down. She stared at Arilin.

"This is all my fault..." Makayla said as tears dripped from her eyes. She started fast back to there house.

"Owwww......that really hurt." Moaned Arilin when she finally woke up. Every part of her body hurt at even the slightest movement, and she had all ideas her back was going to have a huge bruise come tomorrow since that's what she landed on.

After just laying there for what felt like hours, Arilin finally pushed herself up off the ground and shakily began to limp back towards the house.

"I think someone must hate me for all this stuff to happen to me."

When Ari started moving Chii said "No dont move. you're really beaten up from that fall you took. You shouldn't move."

"I'll be fine Chii, lets just get back to the mansion before someone else finds out about what happened." Said Arilin as she kept limping towards the mansion.

"Okay." Chii said wearily but she trusted her friends disecion.

True it was rather slow going, but it didn't take them long to reach the mansion. Once Arilin was certain Makayla was back in her own room, she headed for hers with Chii not far behind.

"Okay so how about no one wake me up until I feel like getting up!" Muttered Arilin as she threw her coat on a nearby chair and just collapsed onto her bed.

Chii sat down in one of the chairs and drifted off to sleep.

Arilin doesn't wake up even when the sunlight starts streaming into her room, and hitting her face in the process.

Makayla was already in her room with the door locked and the window closed. She was on her bed crying. "Its my fault she fell. I shouldent have run off" Makayla cryed to herself.

"Okay okay I'm up already!" Moaned Arilin as she shoved a pillow over her face to block out the sunlight. However, by now she was to awake to go back to sleep so she reluctantly climbed out of bed and walked into her large closet to change.
Once she had picked out an outfit and changed out of her pajamas, she decided to head down to Makayla's room to check on her sister.

"Makayla, you in there?" Called out Arilin as she lightly knocked on Makayla's door.

"Go away!" Makayla cryed. Makayla was buried under the blanket with pillows surrounding her.

"Makayla come on, please open the door." Arilin almost pleaded as she stood at the door with a worried look in her eyes.

"Just please go away" Makayla cryed again. She was curled up under the three blankets that were on her bed and pillows surrounded the ball where she was completely.

"Makayla, I'm not leaving until you open the door and let me in." Said Arilin as she remained where she was, making no move to do otherwise while she waited to hear her sister's response.

Chii had already begun to work from getting up so early. So she wasn't aware of the current drama going on.

"I should just leave for good! I've caused enough trouble for this family!" Makayla cryed.

Arilin bit back a sigh of frustration as she pulled her hairpin out of her hair and quickly picked the lock to Makayla's room. Okay so it was a trick they had used several times on each other, but right now all Arilin cared about was getting in to her little sister.

After she had gotten inside, Arilin made sure she moved quietly until she reached the bed. Then she sat down and pulled Makayla out from under the covers.
"Now tell me what's wrong little sister." Said Arilin as she hugged Makayla while she lightly stroked her sister's long hair.

"Its my fault you got hurt" Makayla cryed and pulled the blanket back over her face.

"No, Makayla it's not your fault at all and I certainly don't blame you for what happened." Said Arilin as she gently removed the blanket from Makayla's face.

"Come on little sister, don't be like that. You know I hate it when you're upset." Said Arilin as she hugged Makayla in an attempt to reassure her that there were no hard feelings between them.

"The only reason i did that was because mother and father never let me go out and explore because they think ill get lost and never return." Makayla said.

"Is that all?" Arilin bit back the urge to laugh since she knew that wouldn't help the situation.

"Makayla why didn't you just tell me that last night? I was worried I'd done something to make you run off and not even known it."

He was walking. His best friend invited him to this wedding ceremony so he was heading home.

"Baby sister, you are one of a kind." Said Arilin with a laugh, but it was obvious she was relieved over Makayla's explanation.

"Makayla if you ever want to get out then just tell me. If mom and dad think you're with me they won't worry and you'll be free to explore as much as you like. And I promise I won't get in your way either."

"Okay" Makayla said. She then relized something. She looked at tatskia's cage. "Sh*t" she muttered and ran out the door.

"Oh lord she forgot the rabbit." Said Arilin as she raced after Makayla once she noticed the empty cage.

Makayla ran past Chii very quickly nearly knocking her over. "WOAH!" She placed a hand over her heart and exhaled. *I wonder why she's running.* She thought.

Makayla looked into the hole that Tatskia was in. "Tatskia" she said and he poked his head out. "There you are" She said and pulled him out.

He finally got his outfit on and headed for wherever this place was.

"Oh Makayla nearly forgot about her rabbit Tatskia again." Laughed Arilin as she walked up to Chii.

Makayla walked back up with tatskia in her arms. She put him in his cage and gave him some more food and water. "There" she said.

"Well now that everything's back to normal, I guess I need to start getting ready for that damn party tonight." Said Arilin before she muttered a curse under her breath. She just knew this whole party thing was going to be a real hell on earth, and she wasn't happy about it one bit.

"If you dont wanna go to the party and wedding then why dont we just leave for awhile?" Makayla said walking into the room.

He saw this place from up close and wondered if he was early. He probly was. So he dicided to sit on the wall until he saw more people arriving.

"Believe me I would if I could, but if I tried now then they'd be after us in a split second. It's better to wait until things quiet down some before we try making a break for it." Said Arilin as she walked into her closet and starting looking through all her evening gowns for something to wear.

"Then youll miss out on something i was going to give you..." Makayla driffted off as she walked slowly out the door as she was talking.

"Come on girls, lets plan our getaway!" She said excitedly as she dragged them both into her closet and shut the door so no one would hear them.

He was already in the house after thinking it was useless to walk away. She was walking pasta doorway when he heard girls talking. So he stood behind it listening but not lal that interested til he heard..some things.

Makayla carefully peeked out of the closet. She ran over and locked the door so no more people could catch them. "Come on" she said heading for the window.

Makayla walked outside. She saw Daichi. "Try and get me!" she yelled at him. "Wait till he has fallowed me when you jump down" she wispered then jumped down. She started for the woods.

He smirked slightly."Your..no too bright..pretty...though." He said jumping down."I could care less." He said again before turning around.
