"the whale needs to return to her pod" said on of the men. "no we don't know if she is sick and if she is we can't return her and make the rest of the pod sick" Lily said standing up. "we leave her alone and let the scienctist make sure she is healthy" she said. "boats are to stay 300 feet away from the whale and lily is the only one who can go out a feed it" the major and harbor master said. Lily nodded before leaving the room to go back down to her boat. The next day she had come back from shopping when her guest arrived. She gasped and put down the gorcreses and ran onto her boat as of someone had recked the engine. her guest is to help her figure out who did it. But will it be solved before something happens to the whale? Only time and continueation will tell.

Lily had sighed and gone into the Hot Kettle to try a calm her nerves.

Gen was working again in the back of the cafe. As he gazed through the window, he sighed. It was once again a sunny day and he was going to miss it.

She pushed open the door and pulled on her apron. "hey need some help" she asked him pulling up her hair.

Gen looked at Lily and smiled. "You could bring this to the table number 7." Gen said as he handed a plate to Lily.

Se nodded and pushed the door open carrying the plate. She set the plates down infront of them then started back carrying the tray under her arm.

"Have you yet found a culprit?" Gen asked while writing something on the papers infront of him. Not turning to look at Lily.

"no add i am still trying to get the last part to the engine." she said filling up glasses and pulling them on the tray before shifting it to her shoulder.

Holt walked into the hot kettle and sat down waiting for someone.

Lily brought the drinks to the people then went over to holt and took his order. She came back and started to get his drink.

Gen looked through the window again and sighed. "Why is it that I am locked in here always on the most beautiful days." Gen laughed and glanced at the clock. "Your shift is almost over." Gen said when he turned to look at Lily. "And so will be mine."

"i know i just came down to help with nothing to do till the part gets in" she said and opened the door with her hip.She set the drink down infront of Holt then went and cleared plates from other tables and washed them down. She came back with an empty tray. "think this is the busiest I ahev seen this place" she said getting more drinks for more new comers.

"Yeah. I don't remember when was the last time here was this much people. But it's only good for the Cafe." Gen said yawning. "You want me to help you out?" Gen asked while walking behind Lily and ruffling his snow white hair.

She mumbled something to herself then lefted her tray up to her sholder. "yes i am here to help" she said before trying to open the door

Gen quickly opened the door for her. "Only 15 minutes left untill we'll be closed." Gen called out to the customers, who quickly looke dat the clock. Some left quickly, after paying of course.

Lily was running around colleting plates and serving and cleaning tables. You saw her one place on second the other the next second. She was collecting money, cleaning tables, and collecting plates within the last 5 minutes.

"How can i ever thank you enough, Lily? You are a great help in here." gen said while turning around in his chair. "Is there something I could do for you?" Gen asked with a smile on his face.

"no it is fine" she said as she finished up and put the closed sigh up. "hey do you what to go kayaking with me later" she asked sitting down.

"Hmmm..." Gen said while thinking, putting his pen on his lips. "I guess, since I got nothing to do anyway. What time shall I pick the lovely and helpfull lady up?" Gen asked while putting his pen away and packing his things from the table. Turning to face Lily.

Meet me by my boat in an hour" she said taking off her apron

"Very well then. Will you close the doors, if I'll take off now?" Gen asked while heading for the door.

That i can" she said getting up to finish the dishes.She finished up the last few plates and glasses before letting her hair down.

Gen drove home with his almost new car. He had to do few phone calls before he could leave again. Looking at the clock and hoping he will make it in time.

She left after locking up for the night. She walked down the her dock onto the boat. She went to her room on the boat and changed into one of her swim suits and pulled on a life jacket.

Gen changed his shirt into a electric blue one and now took his black jacket from the couch. "What do I still need to do?" Gen asked form himself while looking around his apartment. "I guess nothing." Gen said while scratching his head. Gen headed for his car and drove infront of Lily's boat. He glanced at the his watch to see he was ten minutes early.

Lily straped her sandles and stepped out onto the boat. She waved to him as she pulled i kayaks to the end of the dock and put them in the water and tied them off so they did not drift off. She went back up and on the boat so she could get her GPS. (hey going to play a game foor a few i will be back on later.)

Gen left his jacket in his car while locking his car. "Hmm... nice weather." Gen said as he walked to Lily. "You were already ready, huh?"

She took of her ring and necklace and put them in the boat then went of and went to get in the kayak

"oh hey Kloud" lily said turning to face her. "we were going to go kayaking after a long days work" she said

"yah the other life jacket is on my bed go get it and get in the other kayak two of us well share.

"sure two in one then" she said going to get the life vests She came back out then tossed them at them. "who is with who" she asked

koru put on his life jacket "she can go with you" kloud rolled her eyes at what koru said he had a small crush on lilly and she knew that

"no one boy one girl" she said looking at him

"ok get in then i will" she said
