Ohh..If you look on the bar with all the tools when you post or something you will see a pic which looks like mountains and a square sun..if you point at it it will say 'insert image' click on it and some bar will pop up..put the image link on it and press okay, you should have the image.

about the remote file, the size it is just to big for the sites requierments, it doesnt matter about the Image size, just the files, i have that problem with ALOT of my images.
