Corin sighed a little, "Get some rest," he told her. "No day is so bad that it can't be fixed with a nap.

Kora closed her eyes a little. "I'm so worried..." She mumbled.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"I know," he said softly, "But everything is going to be alright. Okay? I'm going to be with you every step of the way."

Kora nodded alittle, "Please...don't say anything..." She told him.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"I won't, I promise," Corin said, "But you're going to have to let the cat out of the bag eventually."

"No... I can just say... I am getting fat.." Kora said.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"For how long?" he asked, "Once you hit five or six months it's gonna be pretty obvious you're not just fat."

Kora bit her lip, "Uhhh... I will just say... " Kora sighed deeply. "I don't know Corin..." She whispered, "I'm scared...I'm to young to be having my own baby..." Kora cringed, "I can't even support myself...so how can I support the baby?" She had already made up hr mind she wasn't going to give the baby up...She didn't think it was right if the baby didn't know her's or his parents.

"There is always adoption," Corin said, "Just keep that in mind. But if you were to keep the baby, I would help out. And I know Josh would help out too. The guys madly in love with you Kora. And it's killing him not knowing if you're okay or not. Seriously he's sitting in a corner right now playing with his food. This is his baby too. You have to tell him eventually."

Kora sniffled, "I'm sorry... I know its his too..." She whispered, "I'm so scared that he wil hate me...." Even though Kora knew he couldn't hate her...there was still that slight feeling that he could hate her. She stared at her feet. "Just tell him i' fine and have the flu or something..."

"Alright," Corin sighed, "I'll tell him. Did you make the doctor's appointment?"

Kora thought for a moment.. "No...Not yet." She said softly. "Well, if you stop talking to me..I could make it now."

"Kay," Corin smiled a little, "Take it easy, okay sis? I'll see you when I get home."

Kora nodded to herself. "Okay...bye." She ssaid then hung up. She got up slowly and walked into the kitchen to find the number for the doctors.

Corin sighed and went to sit with Josh.

Kora called them and made her appointment for tomorrow.

Corin came home after school. "Kora, I'm home. Still sick?"

Kora had fallen asleep on the couch, curled in a ball.

Corin smiled a little when he saw here and went to make a snack.

Kora opened one eye, then closed it again.

Corin made a sandwich and sat in the kitchen, eating it.

Kora got up slowly and walked into the kitchen. "Hey..." She said as she went to the fridge.

"Feeling better?" Corin asked, looking up at her.

Kora looked at him, "Ya..." She said grabbing applesauce and cheese.

"That's good," Corin said, "You made the appointment?"

"Yeah...its tomrrow...after school..." She said softly then shut the fridge and walked over and got some bread and ceral.

He nodded, "Kay, I'll drive you straight there after school. We can tell mom and dad we were at the library."

kora giggled "Cause they would believe that..." she teased, she knew they would though.

"Yeah, they'd believe it if it were just me," He smiled a little, "Say I drug you along. By the way, Malissa wanted to know where you were and if you're still up to shopping this saturday."

Kora put the the ceral away after she ate a little bit of it. "Oh... I uh... I think I can stil go..." She said softly.

Corin nodded, "Alright, you should call her then," he said.

Kora dipped her cheese sandwhich in apple sauce, "Okay Okay..." She said with her mouthful and went to get her phone.

Corin shook his head a little. It would be a mirical if their family didn't find out the way she was eating.

Kora grabbed her phone and walked back into the kitchen. She sat down and dipped it in the apple sauce again and ate it before calling her.

Malissa answered the phone, "Hey," She said, "Where were you today? Your brother said you got sick or something."

Kora swallowed her food. "Oh... I did get sick.. and ya.. but I feel better now." She told her.

"Oh good, I'm glad you're feeling better," Malissa said, "So we're still on for saturday? You won't go off with Josh and forget about me will you?"

Kora shook her head. "Oh...No no, I won't forget you!" She said, diping in in sauce and eating more of her sandwhich.

"Alright, you better not," Malissa teased a little, "Will you be in school tomorrow?"

Kora thought for a moment as she chewed, "Oh...yeah I will be in school..unless everything goes wrong again..." She told her.

"You've been sick like this for a while," Malissa commented. "Have you gone to the doctor or anything?"

Kora bit her lip, "I have one set for tommrow..." She said, "I'm telling you..its just the flu or something..."

"It's a pretty crazy flu," Malissa said. "It's not even flu season yet."

kora shifted her eyes then looked at Corin for help. "Oh... yeah I know it is...Well..uhhh...talk to my brother?" She said, handing the phone to him as she went to finsih her food.

"Wha- o-okay," Malissa said as the phone was thrust into Corin's hands.
"Hello?" Corin said, looking at Kora questioningly. "What's up?"
"You tell me," Malissa said. "Kora just told me to talk to you when I said it wasn't flu season. She's acting really strange, is she okay?"
"Yeah, she's fine," he sighed, "She's just a little off her rocker. I think she had some bad muffins or something."

Kora gave him a look and then sighed softly, "Ugh..." She got up and went upstairs.

"You think that's what's making her sick?" Malissa asked.
"Maybe. She's got an appointment tomorrow so we'll see. I'm sure she's fine though. And it sure as hell better not be contagious."

Kora felt kinda sick after eating it but didn't throw up, She stayed in the bathroom. on the floor and sighed, "Malissa...is onto me now.." She mumbled to herself.

"Okay, well, tell her I'll see her tomorrow," Malissa said, "bye."
"Bye," Corin said and hung up the phone going upstairs to check on Kora.

Kora just sat on the floor of the bathroom, sighing softly, "Hi Corin..." She mumbled, looking up at him now. "I don't think I can pull off the whole thing with lieing about this..."

"We'll work on it," he said, "Don't worry, the morning sickness won't last forever, maybe a few months at the most."

Kora shook her head, "What...me having the flu for months...Yeah..thats not going to work." She got up and walked out of the bathroom.

"Nobody has to know," he said, "You can fake being well just as well as you can fake being sick."

"Alright," he said softly, "Come on, let's go down stairs."

Kelsa put some pillows on the couch and straightened the curtains, making sure everything looked nice.

Dani sat on the floor, playing with legos.

"When are Aunt Vicky and Uncle Izzy getting here?" Amanda asked.

Dani looked up, then back down, yawning al ittle.

Kelsa smiled, giving the room one last sweep to make sure everything looked okay before the door bell rang.

Dani got up, "I got it!" She sqiked and ran to open the door.

Victoria smiled down at her, a glass dish in her arms. "Hey Dani!" She said, "My haven't you grown?"

Kelsa smiled and walked after Dani, "Hey," she smiled at the guests, "Come on in."

Izzy walked in looking around then smiled, "Hi."

"Uncle Izzy!" Amanda jumped up and hugged Izzy around the waist.

"I brought dessert," Victoria smiled, giving Kelsa the dish. "I thought the girls would enjoy some dirt."

Dani blinked, "WHAT! Your making us eat dirt?!" She said, running over.

Victoria laughed, "You remember," she said, "You ate it last time you were at our house."

"Uncle Izzy, did you know that Pluto isn't a planet?" Amanda asked, staring up at him, "Isn't that sad? It used to be a planet."

Dani blinked, "No....I didn't eat dirt...what are you talking about?!"

Izzy laughed a little, "Oh really? Where did you learn this from?"

"My science teacher," Amanda said, "That's really mean to say that Pluto was a planet for a long time then all of a sudden say that it's not anymore."

"Yeah, you did, don't you remember?" Victoria asked, showing her the dish, "See? I even put worms in it just for you."

Dani stared at it. "OHH!!" She giggled a little then walked away.

"I think they should make it a planet again." Amanda said and nodded.

"Where's Landon?" Victoria asked, looking around. "We have some big news and I want all of you here to hear it."

Landon was hiding in the closet in the kitchen, waiting for someone to walk by.

Brent shrugged, "Landon?" He blinked.

Dani looked back, "What is it?"

Izzy chuckled, "Well..maybe they will?"

"I hope so," Amanda said, "It was my favorite."

"I'll look for him," Kelsa said, walking into the kitchen.

Landon covered his mouth, then when kelsa went by he jumped out and screamed "RAWR" at her.

Brent sighed when he heard and headed to the kitchen.

Dani jumped and ran into the kitchen.

Kelsa screamed and jumped back, a hand over her heart. "Oh, God, Landon, you scared me," she breathed, "Why would you do that?"

Amanda followed, Izzy in tow.

Victoria followed, hiding a giggle behind her hand as she watched her husband.

Landon giggled and pointed at her, "That was great mommy! lets do it again..?" He smiled up at her.

Dani laughed and walked away.

Brent sighed and went after him.

Izzy shook his head alittle, lauging slightly.

"Amanda, can I have my husband back?" Victoria asked, taking Izzy's arm.

Amanda looked up at him then at her aunt and let go of his arm. "Okay."

Kelsa sighed, "Let's go back to the living room." She said.

Brent caught him and picked him up by his feet and carried him into the living room.

Landon crossed his arms and huffed.

Dani sat on the floor.

Izzy smiled a little and held her hand.

"So, what's the big news?" Kelsa asked.

"Well," Victoria grinned, "We have a couple things. The first is that I got a transfer and we're moving into town."

"You're moving here?" Amanda asked excitedly.

Dani giggled and clapped her hands.

"What's the other thing?" Kelsa asked, smiling.

Victoria smiled up at Izzy, "The other thing is... We're having baby!"

Brent stared at her, "Wow! congratz." He said, then put Landon down.

Landon ran over, "Where is the baby?"

Dani giggled a little.

"Right here," Victoria smiled putting a hand on her stomach. "It's still growing so it won't come out for a while."

"Oh my God!" Kelsa squeeled, "I'm so happy for you!" She gave Victoria a big hug.

Brent shook his head and walke dover to her and hugged his siter too.

Victoria hugged them both back, "Thanks," she smiled brightly. "It took us long enough, but we're finally catching up to you."

Kelsa laughed. "Well, we won't be having more any time soon so I think you'll be able to catch up fairly quickly.

Kelsa and Victoria started talking about baby stuff and making plans.

Amanda looked up at her dad, "Daddy, how did the baby get in side Aunt Vicky?" She asked.

"I'm pretty old now," Amanda said, "Why can't I know?"

"I said so." He walked away, he didn't want to tell his daughter.

Amanda made sad face and ran over to Izzy, "Uncle Izzy! How did the baby get in Aunt Vicky?" She asked.

"I asked Dad but he won't tell me!" Amanda half whined. "Why is it such a big secret?"

Amanda looked at him with wide eyes, "Really?" She asked. "Where did she get it?"

Kelsa went in search of Brent.

"Did Aunt Vicky have to ask you before she got the magic peanut?" Amanda asked.

Victoria giggled softly, "Amanda, I think that's enough questions for today," She said, squeezing Izzy's hand.

Amanda nodded and ran off to tell her dad what she'd learned.

Victoria smiled brightly at her husband. She was so incredably happy.

Kelsa smiled, "Dinner's ready, go get your sister." she said, kissing him once more before going to get the girls and Landon.

Brent nodded and told her it was time to eat.

Brent started to make the plates for the kids.

Landon held onto her tightly, and yawned a little.

Kelsa put him down in his seat and sat down beside Brent.

Landon looked at his food, then ate some.

Izzy got his food then took a seat.

They ate and chatted and laughed and had a good time.

A few days later Kelsa was laying on the couch, staring at the TV. She'd thrown up that morning and called off work. She didn't really feel all that bad but she figured, it was an excuse to stay home and do nothing, why not take it?

Brent was at work now.

Landon woke up and gogt out of bed, then slid down on his but.

Kelsa got up and walked into his room, "Landon, baby, didn't Daddy wake you up for school?" she asked. He should have been there an hour ago.

Landon thought for a moment, "I don't know." He shrugged then ran over to her, giggling.

Kelsa sighed a little, "Well, I guess I can't be mad. I'm playing hookie too." she smiled a little, "Come on, I'll make you breakfast."

Landon nodded and ran into the ktichen, looking around.

Kelsa shook her head a little, following him and getting out the skillet. "What do you want to eat?" she asked.

"Pancakesss..." Landon grinned, "I wanna help!"

"Alright," Kelsa smiled, "Can you get out the bowl please?"

Landon nodded and got the bowl carrying it over to her.

"Thank you," Kelsa said, pulling out the pancake mix. "Now, could you get the measuring cups?"

He nodded a little and got what he was told to get.

Kelsa smiled as she told Landon what to do and watched him do it, making a mess as he did so.

Landon giggled and touched her nose this his pancake mix covered finger.

Kelsa laughed, and put some pancake mix on his nose in return.

Landon made a face and wiped it off quickly, than got her cheeks

"Kay, I'll do it then," She smiled, pouring two pancakes onto the skillet.

Landon watched her pour them.

Kelsa put them on a plate before making the rest. "You can sit down and eat now." she told him.

Kelsa smiled, finishing up and sitting down with him. It was very rare that she got to spend time alone with her son. She was going to enjoy this.

"Thank you," She smiled, taking a big bite after covering it with syrup.

Landon watched his mom, then looked at his own pancakes, He didn't like syrup.

Kelsa smiled kissing his head before getting up and going into the bath room.

Landon looked back at her, "Mom?" He blinked a little.

Kelsa rinced her mouth after throwing up and came back out. She didn't want Landon to know she was sick. Somehow it seemed un mom like to be sick.

He looked at her, then tapped his foot, "No." He told her simply. "I wanna watch....an action movie!" He laughed a little.

"An action movie?" she asked, "Okay, what about spiderman?"

Landon thought for a moment. "No superman? Or... anyone like that?"

"Do you like the old Superman movies?" She asked. They had a few of Brent's old tapes.

He shrugged al ittle. "I don't know..." He said, "Nevermind lets watch Spiderman."

"Alright," Kelsa said, messing his hair before putting the DVD in.

He made a face and fixed it before he went to the couch and sat down.

Kelsa smiled and sat beside him, covering up with a blanket as she pressed play.

Landon stared at the TV contently.

They watched movies until Brent came home.

Brent walked into the house and rubbed his eyes alittle.

Kelsa smiled at Brent when he came home. "Hey baby," She said, leaving Landon on the couch while she gave her husband a hug and a kiss.

Landon looked over, then quickly looked back at the TV.

Brent smiled and gave back in return.

"Did you have a nice day?" Kelsa asked, smiling up at him.

Brent nodded alittle. "Yea.. What about you." He laughed alittle.

"Mhm, Landon and I watched movies all day," Kelsa smiled. "I was a little sick this morning so I didn't go to work. But I feel fine now. It was just nice to have a day to spend with my baby."

Brent hit his forehead, "I knew I was forgetting to do something. I'm sorry..."

"Don't worry," Kelsa said, "I told the school he wasn't feeling well and I'll send a note with him tomorrow."

He nodded alittle, then sighed.

She kissed him softly.

She smiled up at him, "What would you like for dinner?" she asked.

Brent looked at Landon, "Lets have him decide??"

She giggled, "You don't want to pick?" she asked.

Brent shook his head alittle, "No."

"Hmm, alright." She said, "You know what I really want? Chili dogs." Chili dogs were one of the foods that she had craved most when she was pregnant with Landon.

He blinked a little. "Okay, that sounds...good." He nodded alittle.

She smiled and kissed his cheek before turning to her son, "Hey Landon, what do you think about hotdogs for dinner?"

Landon looked over at her, "Fine." He yawned and curled up into the ball and yawned.

Kelsa smiled as she watched him before going to make the hotdogs and chili.

Landon started to call asleep.

Kelsa smiled, seeing him half asleep. "He's growing up too fast." she told Brent as she stirred the chili. "I miss him being my little baby."

Brent laughed alittle, "He still will be though." He nodded alittle.

"Yeah, I know," she said softly, "He'll always be my baby. We're not going to have anymore, we both agreed on that. But... I do miss having a baby in the house. Landon finds in creepy now when he wakes up and I'm watching him."

Brent sighed a little and looked back at Landon, then hugged Kelsa from behide softly, " I know..."

Kelsa sighed a little, leaning back against him and closing her eyes. "I don't know what's come over me," she whispered. "I haven't felt this way in a long time."

He kissed her ear. "Its okay though..." He said, his one hand rubbing her side.

She smiled a little, one hand reaching back to stroke his hair.

He smiled a little, and clsoed his eyes.

"I love you," she murmured, running her fingers through his hair.

"I love you too." He said softly.

She smiled, sighing happily as she rested in his arms. After a few moments she jumped, "I completely forgot about the chili!" She cried, beginning to stir again. To her relief it wasn't burnt.

Brent chuckled a little and just watched her.

Sh blushed slightly as she stirred. "I can't believe I forgot like that," she mumbled mostly to herself. "That's not like me at all."

Brent shrugged and went toget the girls.

Kelsa glanced at him, still blushing.

Brent told them to get ready for dinner.

Amanda nodded and went to wash up.

Kelsa turned the heat off the chili and got out the ketchup and buns.

Brent walked in and got Landon up.

Amanda hopped down the stairs and sat at the table.

Kelsa smiled at her daughter as she set out the plates.

Brent carried LAndon in and sighed a little, then looked around for Dani.

Dani ran in laughing a little.

Kelsa smiled, kissing Brent then Landon's head. "Poor baby. He's a little old for naps isn't he?"

Amanda hide a smile behind her hands as her twin came in.

Brent nodded alittle, "Well, we have to teach him not too." He said, setting his son in his chair.

Landon laid his head down on the table and yawned.

Dani looked at Amanda and grinned.

Amanda tried not to giggle.

Kelsa shrugged, "He's okay for now," she said, "Let's eat."

Dani giggled a little more. Then pulled a piece of bread off her bun, then threw it at Landon.

Landon whined a little, "Dani... Stop it... I'm sleepy!" He brushed it off and wrapped his head in his arms.

"Dani, don't throw food," Kelsa scolded, "You know better than that."

Amanda giggled behind her hand, tossing another piece at her brother.

Landon glared at them. "Stop it!" He screeched, then rubbed his eyes. "I don't throw stuff at you!"

Dani giggled and threw more.

Brent sighed. "Hey! thats enough." He said, grabbing Dani's and AManda's wrists.

Amanda looked up at her dad with wide blue eyes. "Daaddy!" she whined. "We didn't hurt him!"

Kelsa sighed, sitting down with her chili dog and beginning to eat.

Brent huffed, "Don't throw things at your brother..." He gurmbled and sat down to eat.

Landon got down off the chair and walked to the couch and sniffled a little as he curled into a ball.

Amanda pouted a little.

Kelsa ate three chili dogs before cleaning up the dishes. Everyone else was already done.

Brent rubbed his head and walked to the bathroom.

Landon laid on the couch and bit his lip as he watched TV.

Dani sighed and ran into the living room and threw a pillow at him.

Amanda went up stairs to draw.

Kelsa sighed, leaning against the sink. She put a hand on her stomach. She didn't feel well again.
