Josh looked down at his pizza, taking a bit and chewing it slowly.

Kora stood up. "J-Josh.. Wheres..the bathroom?" She asked covering her mouth with her hands.

"Just in there," he said, pointing down a small hallway.

Kora ran down the hall way and opened up the bathroom door/

Josh watched her go, slumping in his chair a little. She was sick again and he couldn't do anything about it.

Kora sat by the toilet and closed her eyes, "I ruined everything..." She mumbled then glanced at her stomach.

Josh stared at his pizza, feeling guilty. She was like this because of him. He'd messed up and now she was suffering for his mistake.

Kora flushed and stood up, then washed her hands and rinsed her mouth. She took a deep breath, her hands on her little bump as she walked back to her table.

Josh looked up when she came back. "Hey," he said softly, "Are you alright?"

Kora nodded alittle. "Yeah. I am now..." She said softly.

Josh nodded once and looked down. He felt really bad.

Kora looked at him a little, "Whats wrong?" She asked softly.

He shook his head a little, "It's nothing," he said quietly. "I'm fine, don't worry about me."

Kora bit her lip and nodded alittle. 'Did.. I do something wrong?' She thought to herself, then sighed as she poked at her pasta.

Josh just stared at his pizza. He wasn't hungry any more. "Do you want me to get some boxes?" he asked softly.

"Not for me.. "She said, then stood up, "Uhh... " She wanted to ask but wouldn't sare.

Josh looked up at her, "What is it?" he asked.

"Its nothing..." She said softly, pulling two dollars out of her pocket and set it on the table.

"What's that for?" Josh asked, looking at the two dollars.

"Tip...for our...waitress...." Kora said softly, looking up at him.

"I could cover it," he said, looking down again.

"No..." She told him and then walked away a little. Kora stopped and closed her eyes tightly for a couple moments, to keep herself from crying. 'what did I do wrong?' She kept think she did something wrong.. He wouldn't really look at her.

Josh sighed to himself pulling out his wallet and paying the bill. He looked over at Kora, his heart sinking into his stomach. His foster mom was right. He was awful. She was miserable and it was because of him.

Kora walked out of the restraunt and got into his car. She sniffled al ittle and laid her head against the window.

Josh followed her slowly. Getting into the car. He couldn't bring himself to look at her. Not after what he'd done to her. "I'm sorry," he whispered, starting the car. "I'm so sorry, for everything. I'll take you home now."

Kora nodded alittle. "Nothing is your fault though!" She told him. "What did I do? Why are you all of a sudden depresed... " She stared out the window. "Why... won't you look at me?" She asked that question rather slowly. "Don't you understand.. just just I get sick... isn't becuase of you... Its just the baby doesn't like it or something..."

Josh looked at her surprised a little. She was upset because she thought she'd done something? That made him feel even worse. Why couldn't he do anything right? "You're pregnant because of me," he said, "You're sick and miserable because I forgot to wear a condom. And I can't make it better. I can't do anything except make you feel worse. See? I'm doing it right now. I have no right to complain to you."

Kora rubbed her eyes. "Josh..." She shook her head alittle. "Stop it! Just stop it right now!" She took a deep breath. "I love you so much...Just stop blaming this problem all on yourself.. " Kora opened the car door and got out. "Why don't you just go home.. and I will call Corin to come take me home.. " She wasn't sure if she wanted to be around him right now.

Josh bit his lip, getting out as well. He didn't blame her for not wanting to be near him. "I'm not going to leave you here by yourself," he said softly. That wasn't safe. "I'll stay until Corin gets here... You don't have to look at me or anything, I just want to make sure you're safe."

Kora's lower lip trembled as she walked away and sat on the railing. She pulled her phone out and waited for Corin to pick up his phone. She stared at the ground, shaking a little.

Josh watched her, his eyes sad. Why couldn't he do anything right? Why couldn't he make her feel better like he was supposed to?

Corin came and got out of the car, walking over to Kora. "Are you alright?" he asked, touching her shoulder. "What happened?"

Kora got off the railing, She stared up at her brother. "Nothing... Just.. I think it would be better if I just got the stupid baby aborted and I wouldn't have to watch Josh be so upset!" She said walking away from Corin and got into his car, She laid her head against the window and started to cry.

Corin blinked and looked over at Josh who was getting in his own car and pulling out. He sighed and got in the car with her and drove her home. "Do you really want to kill your baby?" he asked softly.

Kora stared at him. "IF it makes everyone stop worrying about me.. If it makes Josh stop feeling so down.. If it makes everyone happy again!" She wiped her eyes. Then sounded really serious... "Corin.. Why am I such a screw up?"

"You're not," Corin said. "You're a good student, you're a talented Ice skater, you're a responsable teenage girl who happened to make a mistake. You're not a screw up. The baby is just messing with your hormones. Get some sleep when we get home and you'll feel better in the morning."

Kora sniffled alittle, "Corin... Why... doesn't Josh seem happy.. I think I did something.. but he said I didn't...but I'm so scared..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"He's probably just scared too," Corin said. "I mean, he really likes you and you're emotions are everywhere. He probably feels like if he does or says even the slightest thing wrong you'll walk away from him. He probably feels like every time you have a mood swing it's because of him."

"But its not!" Kora snapped at him. "Its not his fault.. its no ones fault.. "She closed her eyes. "Why doesn't anyone understand that?!" She asked rather loudly.

"Calm down sis," Corin said, wincing a little at the volume, "I'm just saying how he must feel. I mean, everyone is blaming him for this, you know? He's gotta feel like the world's against him."

Kora sighed alittle. "I don't blame him..." She whispered softly. "I guess I don't count..." She mumbled to herself as she stared out the window now.

"Of course you count," Corin said. "Maybe he thinks you should blame him. Maybe he feels worse because you don't blame him and you should."

"Thats stupid..." Kora mumbled to herself, then looked down.

Corin shrugged a little, pulling into their driveway. "Well, it's possible," he said. "Just give him some time, okay? You've had two months to get used to the idea of a baby and to come to terms with it. Josh has had two days. He's still working through it."

Kora sighed a little, then nodded slightly. She got up and got out of his car. Kora walked out into the house and plopped down on the couch, staring down at the floor.

Trey came down the stairs and looked at Kora. "Did your date go badly?" he asked, worried that his daughter looked unhappy. If that Josh kid had done anything else to her...

Trey sighed a little and sat beside her, putting arm around her gently. "You two have it a lot harder than your mom and I did," he told her. "When you and Corin were conseved, I was scared out of my mind. I told your mom that we couldn't support a baby. I didn't have a good enough job at the time. And we'd only known each other a few weeks. I wanted her to put the baby up for adoption. I told her it would be better that way. But... she was determind to have you and raise you, even if she had to do it by herself."

Kora closed her eyes, "Dad... I don't have a car.. I don't have a job... " She buried her head into his shoulder. "I can't do this.. Were not ready.. and I know it.. " She shook a little in his arms. "I'm sorry I made this mistake..." She whispered; wrapping her arms around her father. "I'm so scared..."

"I know baby, I know," Trey said softly. "I felt the same way. I know it's hard, and scary, and things seem like they're falling apart around you, but you'll get through this. I'm here for you and so is your mom. Things will get better, you'll see." He kissed her head gently. "I don't... I don't want you to get an abortion. I'll say that right now. But... If you want to put it up for adoption, we'll help you find someone who will take good care of it."

Kora sniffled and closed her eyes. "I don't know what I want... "She whispered softly, holding onto her dad tightly.

"It's alright, baby girl," he said softly, stroking her hair. "It's all going to be alright. You have pleanty of time to deside what you want." He couldn't help but laugh in his mind at how much she was like him. When Jess had gotten pregnant it had been he who was scared out of his wits.

Kora nodded a little, curling up to her "I-I love you... " She told her dad.

Trey smiled a little. "I love you too, baby girl," he said softly, rubbing her back. "Get some sleep. You look beat."

Kora nodded alittle "Okay.. " She said softly, then got up and went up to the bathroom.

Trey smiled and watched her for a moment before sighing and lifting himself off the couch. Slowly he went up to his and Jessica's room.

Jess sat on his side of the bed, biting her lip alittle. She just wanted to take a pregnacy test.. now she was thinking it was false but she was scared.

Trey came in and sat down on the bed with a sigh. "I didn't notice before how much she's like me," he told his wife softly. "Poor girl's scared out of her mind." he looked back at her, frowning a little. "Jess, are you okay?"

Jess looked back at him. "Go in the bathroom... and then you will know... " She mumbled.

Trey looked at her, confused for a moment then got up and walked into the bathroom. On the sink board was a plastic pregnancy test. His heart sank violently as he picked it up and looked at it. Positive. Several emotions passed though him at once. The most prominant being hurt, betrayl, and sadness. It couldn't be his. He slowly walked back out to the bedroom, staring at the test. He couldn't even look at Jess. "Who?" he asked, his voice just barely above a whisper.

Jess looked back at him. "Trey, its yours!" She told him. "I wouldn't sleep with anyone else..." She got up and walked over. "I don't think your you know...worked..." She whispered to him, going up to touch his face.

"It worked for seven years didn't it?" Trey said closing his eyes. He couldn't believe this was happening.

Jess kissed him softly. "Yes...but I swear I didn't sleep with anyone else..." She said softly to him.

Trey looked down at her, his eyes sad. He wanted so much to believe her. Gently he traiced her face with his fingers. "I'll go to the doctor tomorrow," he said softly. "See what happened."

Jess stared up at him, then walked away. She just couldn't believe he didn't trust her.

Trey sighed, sitting on the bed and putting his head in his hands. He felt like the universe was throwing rocks at him just to make him miserable. First Kora got pregnant, now Jess? That in itself was wrong with out the possibility that it might not be his.

Jess walked down stairs and started to do some work, trying to take her mind off of it. She knew it was his, why didn't he believe her?

Trey laid down on the bed, covering his face with the pillow. He couldn't handle all this. A pregnant teenage daughter and a pregnant wife. Hormones would be boncing off the walls. And he'd be caught in the middle of it.

Jess took a deep breath as she started to wash the dishes.

Sean was playing video games.

Mandy was playing with her dolls.

Kora was getting ready for bed.

Trey sighed and sat up. He needed to talk to someone. He couldn't keep this bottled up anymore. He reached for the phone and called Brent.

Brent picked up the phone. "Hello Trey?" He said into the phone.

Trey took a deep breath, to calm himself. "Hey," he said, kind of quietly. "Jess... Jess is pregnant."

Brent blinked a little. "How?" He asked. "Are you sure its for real?" He asked softly.

Trey shook his head a little, trying to think. "I don't know," he said, "I don't know, I just came upstairs and she was sitting on the bed looking really worried. I asked her what was wrong and she told me to look in the bathroom so I did and I found the pregnancy test. It was positive..." he took another deep breath, trying to keep controled. "She says she didn't sleep with anyone else. I want to believe her."

Brent sighed alittle. "Oh, Well.. Why don't you believe her?" He asked softly. "Well, if your going to go through with her pregnacy... and once the baby is born you could get a DNA test..." He told his friend.

"Yeah..." Trey said, "I'm going tomorrow to get my vasectomy checked out. Why wouldn't we go through with the pregnancy?"

Brent sighed alittle and took a deep breath. "I don't know what you and Jess want... thats why I said that." He told him.

"We wouldn't kill it just because it might not be mine," Trey said, "It's still a member of this family. Even if it's not mine..."

Brent nodded alittle. "I'm sure the baby is yours Trey." He told him.

Trey took a deep breath. "I know," he said softly, "I know it is. I know it can't be anyone elses but... but I can't help this feeling at the back of my mind telling me it's not."

Brent took a deep breath. "Alright, Well.. I have to help Landon with something, Call me and tell me whats going on..." He told him.

"Alright..." Trey said softly. "Thanks." he hung up the phone, staring at the wall. He looked down at the phone and called his doctor, explaining the situation to him. "It's possible that your vasectamy came undone," the doctor said. "It has been known to happen to some men. Or it may have been botched and it just took you seven years to get her pregnant again. Either way, Trey, I can't imagine Jessica cheating on you. I'll check it out tomorrow and tell you want we can do to fix it."

Jessica was busy cleaning the kitchen, biting her lip, trying to tell herself that everything was okay.

Trey thanked him and hung up, getting up slowly he made his way downstairs. He saw Jess in the kitchen and carefully walked over to her, putting his arms around her from behind. "Do you think we'll get a girl this time?" he asked softly.

Jess took a deep breaht and closed her eyes. "Well... Its possible... " She whispered softly to him, leaning back on him,

"I hope we get a girl," he said softly, kissing her jaw. "Then we'll have three boys and three girls." he gave her a gently squeeze, his hands resting on her stomach. "I'm sorry I freaked out." he whispered.

Jess shrugged. "Its fine...I understand that you did..." She said softly, rubbing his hands a little.

"I guess this means we'll have to pull Mikey and Mandy's baby stuff out of the attic," Trey said softly. "We still have all that stuff right?"

Jess nodded. "Yes.. we do." She whispered and closed her eyes tightly.

"Good," he said softly, slipping his hand gently into her shirt and rubbing her stomach gently. "I love you, you know that?"

Jess got goosebumps. "Yeah, and I love you too." She said softly to him.

He gave her a light squeeze, kissing her neck. "I'm not going to lie," he said softly. "I'm scared. It's pretty late for us to be having another kid. Our kid is have a kid. There's a lot going on right now and it's knocking me for quite a few loops. But I want you to know that I'm always going to be right here, holding your hand, through the entire thing."

"No... not mad..." Trey said softly. "A little hurt maybe. Surprised, scared. I know you would never cheat on me. But it all hit me so quick. The doubt was there before I could reason it away."

JEss rubbed his hands alittle. "I'm sorry for all this..." She whispered to him.

"It's not your fault," he said softly, kissing her jaw. "I know you didn't mean for this to happen."

Jess rubbed his back a little, she closed her eyes a little. "Well, I should... get back to cleaning..."

Trey held onto her, kissing her head as he buried his nose in her hair. He loved her so much, even after seventeen years.

Jess took a deep breath, taking in his scent, laying her head on his chest.

Trey picked her up gently, cradling her in his arms. "Come on," he murmured. "Let's go up to bed."

Trey carried her up and laid her gently on the bed, kissing her softly.

Trey moved to lay on the bed next to her, pulling her close to him.

Josh waited in the car, tapping his fingers on the steering wheel. He was still getting over the shock that her parents were actually letting him take her to the appointment.

Kora grabbed her coat and walked out of the house.

Josh smiled a little when she came out. "Hey," he called.

Kora smiled at him then got into his car.

Josh leaned over and kissed her softly before pulling out and driving her to the doctors.

Kora nodded, then sat sat down in a chair, and looked around alittle.

Josh signed them in and waited beside her until the nurse called them back.

Josh walked back with her, squeezing her hand.

Kora smiled a little as she looked around the room.

The doctor came in and smiled at them, "Hello Kora," she said, "Would you take a seat on the bed and lay back please?"

Kora did as she was told and took a deep breath. "Hey.." She said finally.

"I'm going to feel your stomach, okay?" she told her. "Tell me if I'm hurting you in any way." She lifted Kora's shirt and gently pressed around her stomach, feeling her womb.

Kora bit her lip a little and closed her eyes, to her it just felt weird. It was giving her goosebumps and the chills.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Feels good," The doctor said. "I'm going to give a listen then we'll do an aultrasound and then you're done." She put her stephascope in her ears and put the metle piece to Kora's belly.

Kora shivered a little. "Thats... cold." She said softly, looking down at her stomach.

"Sorry about that," the doctor said, moving the piece around. She smiled. "I've got a heart beat." she told them.

Kora looked over at Josh. Then up at the doctor. She just smiled now.

[Hikari Hoshi]

Josh smiled, kissing her cheek. The doctor finished listening before taking the ear pieces out and draping the instrument around her neck. "Alright, ultrasound time," she said. getting the jell. "This is going to be cold too but it'll warm up quickly." She squirted a blob onto Kora's stomach before spreading it around with the ultrasound piece.

Kora closed her eyes slightly when it was puton then, opened her eyes a little, staring up at the screen a little.

The doctor moved the piece around, watching the screen until she found the baby. It didn't look like a baby yet. They could see it's head heart and a few other little things.

Kora took a deep breath as she stared up at the screen, She bit her lip. She thought by now it was a full baby, she wasn't that great at remembering things when they were said to her.

Josh squeezed her hand gently. "What do you think?" he whispered, watching the baby's heart beat.

Kora glanced at him, "I think... Even if it only has a head... and... a heart...that it is the most beautiful thing...ever..." She whispered.

Josh smiled, kissing her cheek softly. "So do I," he said softly, looking back at the baby on the screen.

"In a month or so it'll look more like a baby," The doctor said. "Two months after that you'll be able to see what gender it is."

Kora nodded a little. "Alright." She took a deep breath and stared at the screen a little while longer before looking away.

"Everything looks really good," The doctor said, cleaning her off and then the equipment. "When should I pencil you in for another appointment?"

Kora took a deep breaht, then glanced at Josh a littl.e

"Um, how about the 16th?" Josh asked, looking at Kora thent he doctor.

Kora nodded a little, "Yeah. The 16th wil work." She said softly.

"Alright, I'll call you about the time later," The doctor said. "You're free to go."
Josh squeezed her hand gently, helping her down from the bed.

Kora fixed her shirt a little, then walked out of the room with him. "So..." She said softly.

Josh smiled down at her, "So...?" he asked.

Kora took a deep breath. "We should find names."

Josh nodded a little, "Do you want to go to the library and get a book of names or something?"

Kora shrugged, "Sure." She said softly.

Josh smiled, kissing her softly. "Do you want to go pick up the books then get something to eat?" he asked. "Or the other way around?"

"The other way around?" She smiled a little.

Josh got in the car and drove to the chinese place.

She smiled a little, looking out the window.

Josh put his arm around her waist, pulling her closer as the waiter took them to their seat and took the drink order.

Kora got a pepsi before getting up to go to the buffet.

Josh got a mountan dew before following her, kissing her neck a little teasingly as he got his plate.

Kora made a face. "Stop teasing.." She whined.

"I'm not!" he said, grinning at he got some sweet and sour chicken.

Kora smiled at him as she went around, getting most of the food that was at the buffet.

Josh smiled as he watched her, getting some rice, general sou's chicken and some other things before sitting down again.

Kora followed him, smiling. She had some of her favorite things, which were the same that Josh had on his plate, then a bunch of weird things.

Josh smiled, leaning over and kissing her gently. "So, when do you think you'll start feeling it move?" he asked.

"Maybe when it gets arms." She laughed a little at that, then kissed him back,

He chuckled softly pulling out his chopsticks. "Do you think it can hear us?"

Kora glanced at her stomach. "The baby does have a head... so.. maybe?" She said to him as she bagan to eat.

"Hmm, you don't mind me talking to it, do you?" He asked as he dipped his chicken in the souce.

"No I don't mind. I was thinking." She told him softly.

"About what?" He asked, leaning on the table a bit.

"If the baby could hear us or not." She smiled a little.

He smiled, kissing her cheek. "Are you excited babe?" he asked. "Now that we've gotten past the 'oh my God what do we do' stage?"

She nodded alittle, then giggled. "Yeah... I am."

He grinned a little, "Good," he said. "I'm really glad we're okay now."

Kora nodded as she was almost done with her test.

She smiled back, then went over to get jello.

Kora also got some pudding before walking back and took a seat across from Josh.

Josh smiled at her. "Do they have any good desserts?" he asked.

Kora nodded a little. "Yeah, I am planning on having some... Icecream after this."

"That sounds good," he said, smiling at her.

Kora nodded alittle. "I think the baby is trying to make me fat or something."

Josh laughed a little, "Well, it still has a lot of growing to do," he said, "It'll need all the food it can get."

Kora ate some of the chicken stuff she had on her plate. "Did... you think of any names before we go get a book?"

"I kind of like Haven," Josh said, after thinking a moment. "And Chase."

Kora nodded alittle. "Those are cute names." She told him.

He smiled, "Have you thought of any?" he asked.

Kora bit her lip. "Zaylee and Demitri..." she said to him/

"Zaylee?" Josh asked, "I've never heard that name."

"Yeah, Well.. I think it is a pretty unique name." She told Josh. She was looking at the internet the one day, going through names of people and came aross Zaylee.

"It is," he said, "it's a nice name too." He smiled, rubbing his foot against her leg. "I like Demetri too."

Kora smiled alittle as she continued to eat. "Well, we still have plenty of time to think of a name."

Josh nodded, "Very true," he smiled. "Seven more months."

Kora smiled a little and then sat back. "Were full." She said softly.

Josh smiled. "Okay then," he said. "To the Library."

He smiled, kissing her softly as he took her hand and led her out to the car.

Kelsa sat in their room, hugging a pillow to her chest. Things had been... weird since she'd gotten pregnant, and she was worried.

Brent was down stairs with the kids.

Josh smiled as he drove her to the library.

Kelsa took a deep breath. They were going for their first ultrasound today. But the whole baby subject was a little touchy and she was a little scared of what might happen.
