She got cancer when she was 9 and they thought it went away but it ended up killing her at the age of 12. He lives along in a house. He doesn't like to talk about his past because he had his sister in his arms when she died and the two kids were in the car when it crashed and the parents died.

Rikka looked the window in her room. It was night already, and the weather went to her favorite type..The rain. She stood up and walked downstairs. She looked into the living room only to see her father drunk on the couch, she pulled on her shoes and walked outside.

She could just barely see the end of the Drive, and down some. The street lights were flickering and the rains falling sound had matched up with it. She looked around and saw no one but only a cat which was running into the neighbours(sp?) yard, so she started to sing and dance.

Zaveir looked to the ground. He was soaking wet from all the rain. He was sitting on a park bench alone. His head shot up from hearing singing. He got up and followed the voice. He hid around a corner peeking around the corner he watched her dance and sing. He softly smiled.

In the middle of dancing she tripped a little and fell on her ass. She laughed and laughed. She looked around and noticed still no one was there, but the cat was watching her. she giggled and got up. She was soaked! from head to toe. she started to sing again but loudly this time.

He laughed abit then covered his mouth hoping she didn't hear him. He watched her still. Water dripping off of him he smiled.

She kept dancing, pretending there was nothing around her. She took her coat off and threw it to the ground. She loved the feel of the rain on her skin. She looked up into the sky, and felt the rain hit her face. She giggled and continued her dancing/singing.

Ever since she was little she always fancied(sp?) the pretty dance dresses. She took a pause to look and see if anyone was watching. She finished her song and layed down on the road, looking into the sky. She smiled and remembered the time when she was out here, she nearly got ran over by someone who was drunk driving. She closed her eyes and drifted around some thoughts.

He came a little more closer to her trying to be very quiet but he stepped on a twigg and it snapeed. He froze in his palce.

She snapped out of it and looked to where she saw the figure. She saw a boy standing there watching her,
"What are you doing?!" she asked sitting up.

" I-I was going for a walk!" He replied and crossed his arms. " W-What are you Doing?"

When she walked into her home her father awake and mad.

"Why didn't you finish your chores!" he asked.
"I didn't know.." she said looking away. He got mad and slapped her across the face.
"You do what your told!" he yelled. She started crying and she ran outside. It started raining again. Her father went to the doorway and started yelling for her. She didn't pay attention and started running with her hand on her face.

She turned around to see her father still swearing at her. She took her hand off of her face to reveil(sp) the bruise he had just given her. She cried.
"This happens all the time..You can leave...go about your buissness to stalk other people.." she tried to say to make things feel better for herself, and make her feel stong but it didn't work.

" No... And im not a stalker.." he said then hugged her trying to make her feel better. " This shoulden't happen... Especially to such a sweet girl." He added.

She grinned "I know that...and it does happen...a lot.." she said looking at him for a good while to see what he actually looked like. Her father stepped out of the door way and started walking towards his daughter.
"Get your hands off my daughter!" he yelled.

He looked to the father. " How bout.. No!" He answered narrowing his eyes to her father.

The father quickened his steps, still holding his beer in his hand. Rikka tried to jerk away from his grip to run, but couldn't, she was to scared.
"What did you say! i demand you let her go!" he said angrily. He start to slow down once he came close to them.

" I hope this is okay with you Rikka but-" He let go of her and punched her dad in the face so hand he fell over.

Rikka fell out of his grip to the ground. She watched her father fall and her eyes went wide. One last tear rolled down her face. She looked up at Zaveir. She let out the last of her breath in a shakey sigh. The rain hit her face in the way she liked it.

He picked her up. " You okay?" He'd ask.

She shook her head to the meaning of no. She touched her head and saw some blood.
"Oh my god.." she whispered..

She tried smiling back, but she had fallen asleep him his arms.

His smile sofened as her picked her up in his arms and brang her to his house. He opened the door to his sisters old room and froze thinking abot her. Her sighed and put her on the bed and covered her with the blanket. he slowly walked to the door of the room.

Rikka was sound asleep, and dreaming of her mother, and how much she has been disowned. She tossed and turned in her sleep.

He closed the door when he left the room and went to his. He layed on his bed and stared at the ceiling.

It was about thirty minutes later when she finaly woke up. She sat up and looked around.

She touched her head. It really hurt and she yanked her hand away. Rikka got out of bed and opend the door and looked around.

She watched him upside down. She laughed because everytime he stirred the nooddles in the pot, it looked like he was shoving the untensil down his pants. She kept laughing.

The rain had stopped and she opened her eyes. She looked up at Zaveir and smiled. She lifted her head and kissed him.
"Come on, lets go inside.." she said smirking and standing up.

She followed him from behind, while she was holding his waist. She giggled and flipped him around as soon as they got inside. She kissed his cheek and neck, while breathing down the back of his neck.

"Im bleeding again, from where he hit me.." she looked down.

" Damnit.." He said then came closer to her and grabbed a wet facecloth and dabbed the injury.

She smiled at him..
"Thank you.." she almost whispered.

He smiled." I just want you to be okay.." He said in a quiet tone and finished up with the injury then put his hand under her chin lifting her face up and kissing her lips gently.
