Tanner ran outside to the medow to meet Mhiya. He was smiling, and laughing. When he reached there, he waited for her to get there.

Mhiya saw Tanner "Tanner!!" she said seeing him and smiling and running to him

"Hey Mhiya!" he yelled and ran up to her. Once he reached her he hugged her.
"I have something for you!" he took out a little jewlery box from his pocket.
"Here.." he said.

Mhiya hugged him again squeling at how pretty the ring is "its so pretty" she said kissing his cheek

He blushed..
"Im glad.." he said with much emotion.
"TAG! YOUR IT!" he yelled after touching her and running away.

Mhiya chased after him "that was cheating" she said laughing

"I dont think so!" he giggled..
He ran straight through the path and down the road to the big Willow tree.

Mhiya chased after him until she tripped over a rock and fell and she started crying

He turned around quickly and looked. He ran up to her.
"Mhiya are you okay!!" he asked helping her up. He wiped away one of her tears.
"Its okay.." he hugged her.

Mhiya giggled and hit him lightly "you're it" Mhiya said getting up and running

He laughed
"Awh come on! thats cheating!!" he ran after her and got really close and missed tagging her.

"You missed me" Mhiya said smiling

((just wait..he needs to be called in for supper, be told hes moving and he needs to tell her and move..lol, wont take long ^^ ))

Tanner ran harder and reached out and touched her.
"Got ya!!" he yelled and scampered for the tree. He jumped into it and started to climb up it.

"Hey i cant climb i have a dress on" Mhiya said pouting watching Tanner climb the tree

He stuck his tounge out. He suddenly hear his mother calling him. He jumped down and fell on top of her. He kissed her forhead.
"See ya later!" he said darting down the path home.

He walked inside to see the kitchen, living room and the hall closets packed.
"Whats going on?" hesaid as his heart stopped.
"Were moving son." his father said eating his steak.
"But why!! I dont want to!" he said almost crying.
"We have to boy, i got a job in Wyoming." he said not even looking up to his sad boy. He started crying heavily and ran out with out saying anything more. He ran back to the tree and sat by it. He cried and cried.

Mhiya fell asleep on her bed with the ring still on her finger

"I dont wanna move...I dont wanna move!" he said over and over to the point where he was screming it. He looked around in the night and sighed. He picked up a rock and started carving his name and mhiya's into the tree. When he was finished he starred at you. Then he wrote:
I love You...
Then left.

((next morning))

Mhiya woke up with a big smile on her face "hmmm i wonder if Tanner is awake yet" she said getting dressed and running to Tanners house

Tanner finished packing the last box of his room, and moving it into the moving truck. He saw Mhiya and a tear rolled down his face. He jumped down from the truck and wen to meet up with her.

"Tanner whats going on, why are ou packing" Mhiya asked scared

He sighed and hugged her.
"My dad got a job is Wyoming.." he started crying.
"Im leaving Mhiya..." he said faintly

"but you cant leave me" mhiya said crying too

"This isn't my choice.." he said pulling away and looking into her eyes...
"Believe me..i love you.." he said meanfuly.

"I believe you too and i love you too" Mhiya said smiling but still crying

"Tanner! Come on were leaving." his mother said.He started crying some more.
"Goodbye Mhiya..I love you, and will never forget you." he said holding her hand. He touched her ring.
"Never for get me?" he asked sniffling.

"I promise beisdes i have this ring so i cant forget you ever" Mhiya said

He smiled and got into the truck. He made a heart symbol with his two index fingers and his thumbs, as he drove away, leaving her behind at his old house.

Mhiya walked back home still crying knowing that was her last time seeing him

Tanner approched his new school:
River Brook High
He read the sign. He walked up to the front doors and starred in.
God i hate being the new kid! thanks dad.. he thought to himself. He opend the door and walked in.

Mhiya walked into her school "Im back River Brook High" she said smiling and going to find her locker

Tanner walked around trying to find his locker.
"Number 206 here i come.." he wispered to himself. He started reading all the locker pannels.

"Hmm im at locker 209,...here you are" Mhiya said as she opened her locker

He finaly found it. He looked to his right and saw a pretty young lady. He smiled and opend his locker. He stuck his back pack in and opend up his binder. On the inside of the face of the binder, was a picture of Mhiya. He sighed and put it on the inside of his locker.Then closed his locker.

Mhiya grabbed her ring out her pocket and slipped it on her finger smiling "I relly miss you" she whispered out before grabbing her folder and heading to class

"Math class first...wonderful.." he complained quietly.
He walked to the class and headed inside. He found a spot in the back and sat down.

Mhiya walked into her math class and took the seat by the window

Tanner saw the pretty girl sit by the window.
You look familiar.. he said squinting his vision. More people started piling into class, so he kept loosing his vision. He gave up and looked up front, and took out his math book he had been assigned.

Mhiya kept staring and fiddling with her ring "wonder what he's doing right now" Mhiya mumbled out before taking her book out also her ring in plain sight

Tanner looked over once more and noticed her ring..
"No it couldn't be.." he said out loud.He covered up his mouth and kept looking.

Mhiya thought she heard something but she just shruged it off and stretched her ring showing again

It is in't it!! he thought...He moved closer to the girl to try and get a better look. He was one seat up and two seats right of her. He gazed at the ring.
"It still fights.." he laughed..

Mhiya still hadn't noticed anything and she put her head down

The class had started but Tanner wasn't paying attention. He watched Mhiya. When the class was over he cut her off in the hallway.
"Uhm..Hi...Is your name Mhiya??" he said kind of awkwardly.

"Yeah why?" Mhiya asked

He looked at the ring. He touched her finger.
"I can't believe you still have it.." his eyes started to water but he didn't cry.

"What are you talking about my childhood sweetheart gave me this before he moved to Wyoming" mhiya said snatching her hand from him

He looked into her eyes. Remembering those eyes.
"I know he did....It was me.." a tear rolled down his face.

"Those eyes........Tanner?" Mhiya asked uncertain

He nodded and smiled..
"You remembered me?" he laughed a little.

Mhiya hugged him "are you kidding me, how could i forget you" mhiya said smiling

He smiled and hugged her back.
"Ive missed you, and thought about you every year since i left.." he wiped his tear away.
"How have you been? You looked amazing!" he said looking at her figure.

"i missed you too and there was not a day i wasn't thinking about you, and i've been okay and how have you been,..i mean you've grown so much" Mhiya said

he laughed
"Well that great..Well thats what guys do..they grow.." he joked.
"I saw a glimpse of the ring and i thought it was you. I can't believe you still have it through all these years!" he said holding her hand.

"I told you i would keep it" Mhiya said smiling

"Whats your next class? I have english..." he said smiling at her.
He kept looking at her figure.
"You definatly pretty.." hes said polity.

"Hmm i have choir" Mhiya said
"and thanks you're pretty handsome yourself" Mhiya said smiling

He blushed;
"You have no idea how much i missed you...Did you still love me? I know dumb question.. You sing? I remember when you used to sing to me, but you still do?" he asked.

Mhiya smiled "are you crazy of course i still love you and i do still sing" Mhiya said smiling

"Really? I love you too...I would love to hear you sing." he smiled. The warning bell rang for people to get to there second class.
"I will see you at your locker after alright? We can catch up more then?" He said smiling. He kissed her on the cheek and let go of her hand. He started walking down to his english class.

Mhiya smiled and walked to her choir class

All through Tanner's english class he couldn't stop thinking about Mhiya. When the class ended he walked to her locker and waited.

Mhiya got out of her class and she ran to her locker smiling

Tanner spotted her and sat up.
"Hey!" he called. When he reached her he gave her a hug.

"Hey" Mhiyaa said hugging him back

"How was class?" he asked trying to make convorsation. He looked her up and down. Still amazed at how great she looks.

"It was okay i guess" Mhiya said smiling

"I still can't believe its you..." he laughed. He opened his locker and took out the picture of her when she was little.
"I still have a picture of you...It was the only thing i had left.." he smiled.

"I still have all my pictures,...Its part of what helped me remeber you" Mhiya said smiling

"I tried to keep all of my pictures...but my dad kept throwing them out in all the moves. Trying to make me forget you.." his eyes sparkled and watered up but he held them back.

"Its okay...Look we're together now so you dont have to worry anymore" Mhiya said smiling

Tanner watched as a guy came up behind her. He was struck with pain in his heart.

Mhiya turned around "Justin its you" Mhiya said hugging the boy

"Tanner this is...." Mhiya was cut off

His eyes widened. He put the picture away in his pocket.
"Tanner...but i best be off now.." he said as he turned around. A tear streamed down his face and he ran off down the hall way.

"Tanner wait" Mhiya yelled chasing after him

justin just smirked and walked away

He went into the bathroom and sat down on the floor. She barried his face into his hands and he sighed.

Mhiya knocked on the bathroom door "Tanner please talk to me" Mhiya begged

"Why didn't you tell me?" he said on his last exhale.

"I was just so happy that you were back, i guess i kinda fogot" Mhiya said sitting against the wall outside the door

"You said you loved me...but you have a boyfriend!!" he yelled getting angry..mostly at himself

"I do love you and im sorry i didn't tell you" Mhiya said crying before she got up and walked away

"So do I, but i never had a girlfriend...Because i loved you that much..." he said softly.

Mhiya had left the school and went home ((what you dont know is that Justin is cheating on Mhiya and Mhiya caught him and thats why she went home)) and mhiya layed on her bed and cryed

Tanner sobbed, still in the bathroom. When the lunch bell rang he got up and dried his tears. He walked down the hallway to his Science class.

Justin grabbed Tanner's collar "Hey ounk where's my girl?" He asked pissed

He was shocked and he didn't know what to do..
"Uhm...i don't know Justin...honestly!" he said trying to get out of his grip.

you'e lying she ran off after she went after you" Justin yelled


"Ummm Justin thats why she ran off" Rose said pointing to the t.v screen showing her and Justin kissing ((the girl justin was cheating with))

Justin dropped Tanner and was pissed

Tanner looked at the screen..
"You cheated on her!!!" he yelled and stood up.
"You bastard!!" he yelled and punched him in the face.

Justin stumbled back before punching Tanner in his face then his stomach "yeah i did so what" he said

Rose watched amazed

Tanner got up holding his stomach and face.
"You ass hole! she is a wonderful person! how could you?!" he yelled and took his hands away. He punched him in the side of the head and under his jaw.

"Stop it now!!!" The principle yelled "My office both of you now!!!" he yelled

Justin glared at Tanner and started walking towards the office

Tanner glared at the principle and mouthed swear words. He was officialy pissed off.

Justin got a ride home

Mhiya sat on her porch staring into space

Tanner started walking home.
"Why is it every f*cking first day of school, i get suspended!" he said angrily to himself.
"Dad wont be pleased..."

Mhiya watched her mother work on the flowers in front of the house "Mhiya are you okay" her mother asked


"nope" Mhiya said before walking back into her house

Mhiya' mom saw Tanner walk past "Tanner is that you?" she asked

He looked over and wiped blood from his face.
"Yes..Hi Yuki.." he said to her mother. His mother had always liked him, but her father, not so much.

"well its been awhile,....how have you been" Yuki asked him

Mhiya sat in her room playing her guitar and singing

"Not so well.." he chuckled and pointed to his beaten up face. He looked up at the window, in her house.
"Wheres that music coming from?" he thought out loud.

"Its from Mhiya's room she got back into music after her father and I got a divorce, it was the day that Mhiya jumped around glad to se him go" Yuki said going back to her gardening

He sighed.
"You guys finaly got a divorce eh?" he said realizing it wasn't the greatest thing to talk about he changed the subject.
"Your garden is coming along nicely.." she grinned.

"well thank you" Yuki said "You know you can go see Mhiya if you want" Yuki said smiling

Mhiya kept playing and singing

He looked at her.

He nodded and moved slowly to the front door. He paused at it, and opened it slowly. He stepped inside and closed the door. He looked around and continued upstairs.

His grin faded. He looked at her with a suprised look.
"Yeah i heared about that, i just didn't know if you knew...Thats the reason why i got beat up by him.." he laughed and pointed to his face.

"I found out and thats why i left school early" Mhiya said still cleaning the blood off

"im sorry, Mhiya..." she said looking into her eyes.

"Dont be" Mhiya said rinsing the towel off

"Thanks, for eashing me up..." he smiled and looked down.

Mhiya stood up and went back into her bathroom to dump the red water down the drain "Bye bye water" Mhiya said before walking back in the room and laying on her bed and pulling Tanner next to her

He smiled. He looked into her eyes. He kissed her cheek and layed down. He blushed.

Mhiya snuggled into him "I really missed you" she said

He chuckled.
"I missed you too..." he said wrapping his arm around her.

"mm Justin a big jerk,....now that im not with him anymore he's gonna try to make me sad all the time" Mhiya said sitting up and looking down at him

he smiled. "sure...if its okay with your folks..." he said. he turned to look into her eyes, he kissed her shortly.

His eyes went serious. "you really thought you would see me again?" he asked sitting up.

Mhiya looked out her window "how long you suspended for?" she asked

He chuckled. "and whys that?" he asked putting an arm around her shoulder.

"Because i would have to wait all day to see you" Mhiya said pouting

tanner laughed. "yeah..thats one way of looking at it...but you would probobly get sick of me quick.." he joked.

She turned and looked at him "I could never get sick of you" she said

she jumped off the bed "yes that is very true" Mhiya said before stickig her tongue out at him and running out of the room

Tanner got up and quickly followed her. "where do you think your going?" he said chuckling.
