I just wrote these poems today and I'm really proud of them. The first one is my favorite. I hope you like them and if you wouldn't mind giving me some feed back on them I'd really appreciate it.
An Angel came
To me last night
And laid with me
In my bed.
And wrapped his
Strong arms around me
Keeping me safe
Under the blankets
And as visions drifted,
Through my head,
He kissed my neck.
And whispered in my ear.
Making my dreams sweet.
But when I woke,
He had gone.
And not a trace of him
was left behind.
But I can feel
His arms around me still.
And I know
He is mine.

So long I've waited.
Standing here at the crossroad
where we were supposed to meet.
Wondering when you would come.
If you would come.
And here I stand,
looking up one road
and down another.
Still waiting for you.
Hoping for you.
Days come,
and days go.
Still I wait.
Still I wonder.
When will you come?
I am still waiting.
I am still hoping.
I am still dreaming.
I will dream until you come.
