Well if you wana talk terms people copy write things all te time and say they made them it's just like copying homework but when you copy right the ower or writer of what ever you copy righted could fine yo or you could possibly go to jail

myhorses1011, what you've done is plagerize (http://www.plagiarism.org/learning_center/what_is_plagiarism.html) a poem. You've taken something that isn't yours and claimed it as your own. This is considered illegal.
Next time post your own work - thanks to the internet, you are more likely to get caught than not.
