The Beautiful Tragedies : Our Band.
Hello, everyone.
I am finally in a band for the first time that's actually serious!
I'm happy now!
We're called The Beautiful Tragedies.
Each of us are known as "The Tragedy Dolls" or just "The Tragedies.
We're an all-girl band and we're quite different from your usual Alternative Rock band.
We all have our own stage name and we're still picking ours.
I'm still debating on mine and so far our options are
Satine Suicide, Marina Misery, Odetta Oblivion, Raissa Revenge, Ruby Rage,
Valerie Vengence, Tempest Terror, Tayce Torture, Searlait Suffering, Papillon Pain,
Faye Fury, Genevieve Gore, Liana Lust, Crescent Chaos, Destinee Destruction,
Diamanta Dead, Bella Betrayl, or Carissa Cuts
I'm thinking Marina Misery or Crescent Chaos, Satine Suicide, Faye Fury, or Dollia Death Doll
Well, anyways...
We're a band who dresses up in the Gothic Lolita style with a Old French flare mixed with today's punk or light gothic glow or Visual Kei.
We're not like other bands because we play Violins, Cellos, Ochoridians, and mix it with the guitars, bass, and drums then do some remixing with very strange lyrics.
It's kind of like Emilie Autumn, really but mixed with more of today's Alternative Rock.
My cousin's the singer and so is Emily.
I play the piano {orchordian}, violin, bass, and I remix everything then write a couple lyrics every now and then.
And I'm the fashion designer and Emily's the make-up artist, but I'm the one who designs the make-up set up and the hairstyles.
We all have our own color combination which is our two or three colors that go together.
Emily's picked blue and silver and I'm torn between red and white, pink, white and red
OR
purple and black.
We all have our own hairstyles too and I'm supposed to be the cute girl of the group so I have two messy ponytails.
And I think my main costume design is something tied between a tortured balleria and a porclien doll.
It's quite weird.
And we all have our own symbol too.
We all design our own and I think I'm going to stick with hearts.
Whelp, we're going to talk to a friend of mine about getting us into a recording studio so you might hear us soon!
We're still setting up our song's composition with lyrics by Emily and I so...
It might be within a the rest of this month and a little of next.
BUT!
There is some good news!
One of the band member's cousin is a professional photographor so we're doing photoshoots soon once we get together Maria's little attire.
We still haven't quite figured her out...
But, once we get our first song recored or a couple
Then when we get our photoshoot down then we'll have a MySpace!

Once we do, we'll be sure to post it on here!
