When others call people retards or retarded.
I just simply hate it, and no not dislike this time HATE.
That is the cruelest thing you could say, I hate when people do that
what about the children and teenagers that ARE retarded? What about them? How would they feel knowing that people are calling people who are normal retarded? Retarded people go through millions of troubles and stuff they aren't able to do like a regular person. So why do people call other regular people retarded? Its so offending and so mean to say.

I know, because everyday when I'm at lunch a girl calls two boys Trevor and Anthony retarded. Her and her friends.
I've heard it everytime I'm near them.
And I hate it.
I really just want to punch her and just scream the hell out of her.
But I know I can't.
But I atleast want to stand up and say that calling others retarded isn't right.
But I don't have enough courage.
I'll leave it at that. I want to know if people agree with me or not. Although I'm sure many do.

My Mom's a phycoligist, so if I even THINK that word, I'll get grounded ._.
Me and my friend's we don't say 'the R word' we call eachother spazzes. Also, in my class we have two kids that are Special Ed.
So calling people 'Speds' I ESPECIALLY depise. >_< One of my best friend's and his cousin, who's another one of my friends, are both special ed. But they only have learning diablities. In fact! I have a ton of friends like that! So that word just P.O.s me. Especially 'sped'

Yeah, I hate it.
I was friends with a little special ed boy in elemetary(eh can't spell -_-) and he couldn't talk I think or he could but he couldn't put words together or say a sentence right so when my friend and I were at recess he would always point to the basket ball whoop and we would shoot baskets for him.

I have a two friends like that. In Elementary I invited the boy to my b-day. I had felt bad for him because noone that I knew had ever givin him a Birthday Invitation. He can speak, but had trouble speaking.
The other person can always make you laugh. She's so funny and can cheer you up if your down.

Our english teacher had us read a book about a boy with A.D.D. and how everyone though he couldn't do good in the world and it was just a really cool book ^_^

Yeah, my brother and sister always say that word but, they dont really know what it means I think.
My cousin is Special ED.
She has the mind of like a five year old in a seventeen year olds body.
In my gym/choir class we have like 5 kids like that, one only has a problem talking and people really make fun of him; and hes mean, kicked me in the head.
This one other girl only copies what other people say and cusses ALOT...
The other girl just has speaking problems and I dont remember about the other guys...
But yeah, I do take that word to be offenceive...

My english teacher last year would give a detention if you said the word retard. It ticks me off when people call others retards because I feel so sorry for the people who really are. Maybe its just because I'm extremly empathic, but... they have such a rough life, nobody reallt talks to them because a lot of them can speak mush better than a small child... I just feel bad for them.
