All stood in the dark cavey interior of the Akatsuki base.


Pein stood before them,looking at each and every one of them.
"Ready...for your mission...?"

(Ha,and this is where I can't think of any mission :])

(( Haha. I'll be Zetsu and Sasori then too. :] ))

Konan stood at Pein's side and said nothing.

Tobi smiled cheerfully."TOBI ALWAYS READY!"

Sasori merely shook his head at Tobi." Sure..why not.."

Zetsu was chomping on a table.

Itachi and Kisame nodded.

(( XD Hmmm...Invade a village? Kill someone? >> ))

(O.O thats exactly who I was hoping you would be! 8D)

Pein twitched,from Tobi's sudden shouting,along with Zetsu eating the table instead of listening...but didn't bother with it.
"Each of your pairs,will be assigned a village to invade.We're taking another huge step to complete what the Akatsuki need to," He announced,and started to search through his cloak pockets.

'Haha...' Hi dan thought eagerly.'I'm not going to just invade...I'm going to DESTROY!'

Deidera and Kakuzu just waited for the instructions to be handed out,seeing as the leader hasn't given them yet.

Tobi shook from excitement as Sasori sighed.

Zetsu bit a chunk off the table and chewed, tilting his head to the side.

Konan shook her head slightly.'I wish I had a female to talk to..Then I wouldn't have to bottle up all this annoyment and rage..-_-' she thought.

(Kay,night-night)

'Damn it...where did I put,here it is'! Pein thought as he was digging through his pocket,taking out several peices of paper.

"Deidera and Sasori,you are assigned to the grass village," he announced the first assignment as Deidera grinned at his partner.

"Zetsu and Tobi,you are assigned to the moon village.Kakuzu and Hidan are assigned to the cloud village.Konan and myself are assigned to the village hidden in the shadows.As for Itachi and Kisame,you are assigned to the stone,along with the waterfall," he told the rest,tucking the papers back and looking at the members.
"Any questions?"

Tobi's hand shot up."Oh Oh!!! Tobi has a question! Tobi has a question!!"

Deidera sighed,thinking of what idioticness Tobi questioned...

Pein didn't think twice."Yes Tobi?What is your question?"

Tobi smiled widely. "Can Tobi go to the restroom?"

Sasori, Itachi, and Kisame shook their head in shame.

Zetsu finished devouring the table.

Konan sighed.

Pein hung his head."Yes Tobi...you may go to the bathroom..." he answered,waving him off.
"When he comes back,the missions will start!" he tried to save this horrible moment.

Deidera just quitely laughed at Tobi's question,along with everyone else's responses.

"Zetsu...why the hell did you just eat a table...?" Hidan whispered,just noticing.

Tobi grinned and darted off to the restroom.

"You sure it would be wise to take Tobi..?" Konan asked Pein.

Zetsu blinked." I thought I was eating a person...."

Hidan stared,and stepped away from him a little.
"Kakuzu's gonna yell at youuuu~" he teased,looking around for him.

Pein slowly nodded.
"He'd be with Zetsu," he answered,then glared to Zetsu and the missing table.
"Then again...you think we should combine teams?"

Zetsu only chuckled and then tilted his head in thought. "I wonder how Kakuzu tastes like..."

Konan nodded. "That would be wise..I'm not really sure about some of the teams paired up.." mostly thinking about Zetsu and Tobi.

"We'll put them with...Sasori and Deidera then," Pein concluded,thinking the other pairs just wouldn't work.
"Sasori could probably keep them in order,"


"Bet he tastes like money..." Hidan,unknowingly,answered/thought outloud.
"Where is that greedy S.O.B. anyway...?"

Konan nodded."Wise pair up. I feel much easier now."

Zetsu grinned. "I can sniff him out..but..not on an empty stomach..."

Tobi skipped back to them."Tobi done." he grinned.

Pein nodded when Tobi came in.
"Allright.Tobi and Zetsu,your team is combined with Sasori and Deidera's." he informed them,then turned to Konan.
"Now,we're off on a mission!" Pein exclaimed then disappeared in a puff of smoke,and reappeared just outside of the base.


Deidera now hugn his head.'I have to be with plantman...and that masked idiot...?' he sulked in his head,then returned to normal.
"Come on Sasori-danna,un," he said as he started to walk towards the exit,not bothering to call Zetsu nor Tobi.

'How the hell could he be on an empty stomach...?He just ate a f***in table!' Hidan thought,looking around again.
Somehow finding Kakuzu,then they both ran out.

Konan followed after Pein, she still had an uneasy feeling.

Sasori followed after Deidara quietly.'We had to be paired up with the losers of the Akatsuki...' he thought angrily.

Tobi skipped fastly over to Deidara."Wait for Tobi Sempai!!"

Zetsu sighed and lazily followed.

Kisame and Itachi left as well.

Deidera sighed.
'Find your happy place Deidera...dont resort to blowing these newbs up...' he thought to himself,getting out his clay bird and hopping on as soon as they exited.

"Everyone hop on,un,"


"Are we just going to walk there...?" Pein wondered on how they would get to the shadow village.

Konan closed her eyes in thought. "It will take too long to walk to the village. We need transportation.." she said taking out an origami of a bird.

Tobi smiled brightly and quickly hopped onto the clay bird.

Sasori growled slightly at Tobi's happiness and went on.

Zetsu tilted his head to the side."Is this edible?"

Deidera glared at Zetsu.
"If you eat this,you'll blow up,un," he warned
"Just get on Zetsu,"


"I forgot you could do that..." Pein mumbled,staring at the bird.

Konan chuckled slightly. "You forget too easily." she said as the bird formed larger. "We better get on and leave soon. It's telling me it's going to rain...Origami doesn't mix well with water..." she said and hoped on."Oh..Don't get a paper cut." she teased.

Zetsu sighed and went on."Maybe Later...."

Pein just got on with a slight 'hmmph'.
"I dont forget easily...I just have my mind on other things..." he explained,not even bothering with her other comment.

"No Zetsu,un.No eating the clay," Deidera repeated,then the bird flew up into the sky,getting higher and higher.

Konan chuckled lightly."Whatever you say, Pein." she said as the bird flapped it's wings and took off.

"Eeep!" Tobi clung onto Deidara."Tobi scared of heights!!!"

Sasori sighed.

"Get off of me you idiot!" Deidera shouted."I have to steer this thing,un!" he said,trying to keep his focus on getting higher and out of the many trees so he wouldn't crash into them.


Pein grabbed a little into the paper,crinkling it a little then let go because of this.
"You shoudl have seat belts in this thing..." he mumbled,looking around for something to grab a hold of.

Konan chuckled, she herself didn't need anything to hold onto since she was so used to it."Just don't fall off..."

Tobi continued to hold on.

Zetsu poked at the bird."Hmm...."

Sasori tried to get away from all this by closing his eyes tightly.

"Sasori-danna,get him off,un!" Deidera whined,seeing as asking Tobi to stop hanging onto him wasn't going to work.

"Yeah I'll try..." Pein scuffed,just hanging his legs off of the bird in an attempt to balance him enough to not fall.

Konan looked around, gazing at her surrondings."We should be their in a while, this bird isn't that fast. We might even have to stop when it begins raining." she stated.

Sasori opened one eye and looked to Tobi dully."Tobi..you're irritating me..and people that irritate me end up being my new puppets..or experiments...so if you keep irritating me you might find yourself being inside out...so..are you going to continue..?"

Tobi immediately let go of Deidara.

Deidera muffled a laugh.
"Thanks Sasori-danna~!"
He aimed the bird higher and higher,finally up much higher in the trees.
Unlike Tobi,he liked heights...
"And then we'll have to walk...right?" he wondered.
"Or would you want to take shelter somewhere to not get your precious hair wet," he teased her now.

"Haha. Very Funny." Konan muttered, even though she knew she would have a fit if her hair got messed up, especially her origami flower in her hair. "We should take shelter, Depending how big the storm is."

Sasori only nodded.

Tobi sniffed as he closed his eyes and held onto the bird with his dear life.
