Bio: He grew up all alone, parents and everyone he loved was murdered, he developed special jutsus that only a Hokage couldn't even do.
Jutsu: Chidori, Sharingan, heavenly spin, Juin Jutsu, (Cursed seal) Kokuangyo no Jutsu (makes battle area, nothing but darkness) and Mokudon Hijutsu Jukai Koudan (controls plant life)

It starts out Enfer walks into town and try to become a member of the town.

Enfer walked into the Leaf village. "Hmmp, such a punny town." he thought. "easy to destroy, but I wont right away." He then continued to walk to the center.

Enfer was hungrey so he decided to try the local ramen place. As he walked in he sighed. A loud kid with blond hair was yelling about how great the ramen is. He sat down and ordered.
