Meiko sighed a bit as she walked through the hallway. Some teacher stopped abruptly when she walked past. It wasn't weird, seeing as the back of her hand was covered in blood. Not her own, of course.

Amaterasu was walking merrily down the hallway to get to her first class, starting in Anva highschool was very exciting and she didn't want to be late.

Meiko walked over to her locker, biting her lip softly

Amaterasu shoved her things into her locker, got out what she needed and slammed the locker shut, seeing some of the upperclassmen, she didn't show any respect earning some mean glares from them.

Meiko had only been in the school for five minutes but she hated it alreaddy

Amaterasu laughed and crossed her arms, this would be a great year. She could tell.

Meiko sighed. She wished she had never left Konoha.

Amaterasu then reached down to her waist, then frowned. She felt naked without her Zanpakuto. She stiffed her shoulders, and moped till the bell rang. "Oh crap!" She swore as she ran to class.

Meiko heared the bell and started walking slowly.

Amaterasu slid into class, getting there right on time by using Shunpo.

"I don't want to go to school!!" Meiko screamed.

Amaterasu sat down in an empty seat, and got out her matierals quietly.

Meiko wanted to run. She didn't want to open the door.

Amaterasu sighed and rested her head on her hands.

Meiko opened the door reluctantly

"Late, Miss..." The teacher stated, his fangs glinting in the light, awaiting her answer.

Meiko shivered a bit. "Sasehare. Meiko Sasehare."

[rockerchic24]

"Late, Miss.Sasehare." He said, but then turning back to her, "But, since it is your first day, I'll let it slide. Don't do it again." He warned, menacingly.

"Tch. You think I care?" Meiko mumbeled as she sat down in her seat

The teacher ignored her and began teaching.

Amaterasu bit her lip and thought, Wow... Must suck.

Meiko just sat there, staring out the window, not bothering to take her books out

Amaterasu observed everyone in the class, taking notes about them, as if she were on a mission.

Meiko saw a butterfly and concentrated hard on it. It slowly started to vanish.

Naruto was sleeping in class, not finding what the teacher was teaching interesting.

Meiko took her eyes off the butterfly, and it reapeared, as she looked around the room. She saw Naruto and smiled. Atleast there's one person I know here...

Naruto shifted slightly, he was sleeping in a corner of them room, the one in his seat was a shadow clone, to make it look like he was awake.

Meiko giggled abit and looked back outside.

The bell rang once again, at the end of the period.

Amaterasu sighed in releif and began packing up her stuff.

Naruto had already planned his escape out, his shadow clone dropped his earaser behind the desk as it 'poofed' Naruto stood up, the earaser in his hand as he began gathering his stuff to leave.

Meiko stood up and swung her bag over her shoulder with a small sigh.

Toushiro walked out of the classroom and over to his locker, bored.

Naruto followed Meiko, going to say 'hi.' "Meiko-san! Meiko-san!" He called, running up to her.

Amaterasu sighed and trudged out of the room, 'That was, by far, the most boring class I have every been in. And I've been to soul acadmy.' She said, with anime tears.

Meiko looked behind her at Naruto and smiled. "Ohayo, Naruto-kun." She said happily.

Toushiro turned around and blinked when he saw Amaterasu. "Ano... Why are you crying?"

"Class was boring, ne?" Naruto said, crossing his arms behind his head.

"Class... So... Boring..." Amaterasu said, stopping the tears. "Bleh..." She said, trying to forget the annoying teacher, as well.

Meiko nodded. "Yeah. I was this close," she held up her thump and forfinger an inch apart, "to throwing up out of pure boredom."

Toushiro nodded. "Oh."

Naruto laughed, "Yeah, I bet my- Um. I was too." He said, trying to cover up his mistake.

Amaterasu blinked, "How was your class?" She asked, not knowing how to adress him.

"Your kagebunshin?" Meiko asked with laughter in her voice.

"Same as yours."

"Yeah..." Naruto replied sheepishly, now that he'd been caught.

Amaterasu blinked, and blew her bangs away from her face. "The soul acadamy is like heaven compared to this!" She said, before coughing and saying, "No pun intended..."

Meiko giggled a bit and stopped outside the art room. "I have art now. I'll see you later."

"You're right." Toushiro said with a small sigh.

Naruto waved, "Science." He said, shuddering.

Amaterasu sighed, "I have to go, bye..." She said, still not knowing how to address him. She shrugged mentally and said, "Bye, Shiro-san."

Toushiro continued walking.

Meiko sighed when the art teacher arived.

Naruto got into Science and sighed, getting ready to fall asleep again.

Amaterasu walked to her next class, dramatic arts.

The teacher smirked a bit when he started calling out their names. A shiver went down Meiko's spine again when she noticed the fangs. This place makes Iruka look like an angel…

Amaterasu snikered as she called down the hallway, "Bye, Whitey-chan™!"

Naruto sighed as he began drifting off, the teacher not focusing on him.

"THAT'S CAPITAN HITSUGAYA TO YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE!" Toushiro yelled down the hall.

Meiko's hand itched after her kunai and shuriken, but she knew it would be stupid to do anything

That made Amaterasu crack up, very badly. She had tears in her eyes from laughing so hard.

Now Naruto was completely asleep.

Meiko's hand finally setteled around her pencil and she started drawing

Amaterasu nearly dismissed him with the wave of her hand and kept walking, snikering to herself.

The teacher same Naruto's sleeping face and snapped at him, "MR.UZAMAKI!" He yelled, jolting Naruto awake, "Nani!?" He yelled. "You can sleep! In detention!" He roared.

Meiko got a shock when she saw what she was drawing. "Shimatta..." She muttered and tore it up into a million pieces.

Amaterasu slumped in the theater seat, posture was never one of her stronge sides.

Naruto had anime tears running down his face as he slumped in his seat.

"Posture, Miss Eiko, is everything in dramatic arts. Sit up straight." Someone said from behind the stage.

The teacher suddenly apeared behind Meiko, making her scream slightly. "You can rip up all the paper you want when this lesson is done, Miss Sasehare, IN DETENTION!"

Eiko sighed and sat up, "Whatever..." She mumbled, crossed her legs.

The teacher came out, smiling. Not in a creepy way, but in a friendly way.

"Now, miss Sasehare, you may continue."

Even if the smile wasn't creepy, Eiko shivered. 'Ugh...' She thought, 'Not another Gin!' She pleaded silently.

((I actually though Gin was nice when I frist saw him. XD))

"Now, I want you all to get out of here and do something weird to the school. Remember, it has to be dramatic!"

Amaterasu snickered. She could think of one thing. She snuck into the art room and got a couple yards of colored paper, a paint brush, and blue and white paint and got to work.

Meiko noticed Amaterasu, but didn't say anything

Amaterasu put the final touches on it and sighed, proud of her work.

Meiko yawned a bit just as the bell rang.

Amaterasu was now on the roof, she got two large rocks and placed them on the banner to hold it there, right over Shiro-sans classroom that he was in. The banner fell and on it it happened to look something like this:

Toushiro got up and, ignoring the teacher stalked out of the classroom. "I swear I'm gonna kill tha girl..."

Amaterasu was laughing her ass off at the roof, she knew she'd be in deep crap when she was caught, but she didn't care. She savored the moment.

Toushiro was by now on the roof. "I SWEAR I'M GOING TO PUSH YOU OFF!"

Amaterasu just laughed more. "No you're not! You're too-" Right now she had half a mind to finish that sentence with 'short' but deciding that wasn't the best thing to say, she couldn't think of anything. She laughed nervously and shifted her eyes, "So maybe you are..."

Toushiro yelled something and ran at her.

Amaterasu coughed and began running away to aviod the angry, short, white-haired male.

"I'll kill you!" Toushrio yelled and ran faster.

"AAAAH!" Amaterasu screamed, being as dramatic as she was, she 'acidentaly' tripped, as if in a bad horror movie, she shreiked and tried backing up, but instead hitting the edge of the roof. Of course, this was all planned. She'd so get an A+.

"iI'm not going to help you up, you know!" Toushiro said before leaving

Amaterasu glared, and frowned. Okay, so maybe she owed him an apoligy, he had scored her a propable A+. She sighed, got up and began running to catch up with him, "Shiro-san! Wait!" She cried.

Toushiro didn't listen and walked down the stairs.

Amaterasu had anime tears down her face again as she ran to catch up with him.

Some of the upper classmen tripped her, and walked away, laughing. Meiko saw the whole tripping thing. "You shouldn't cry while you're running. It makes your vision blurred. And I should get to the detention room." Meiko helped Amaterasu up before running

Amaterasu blinked back the tears and kept running.

Meiko ran towards the detention room, frustrated.

Naruto sighed and walked forward, bummed about going to detention.

Amaterasu's eye twitched as she decided to go a little faster and used Shunpo to catch up to Shiro-san.

Toushiro walked into his next class, math, and sat down at a random desk.

Meiko bit her lip as she wrenched the door open

Amaterasu came upon the math class and bit her lip, how would she get his attention... Then it hit her! Something else dramatic, she'd have to think for a while though, so she set to work.

Naruto turned the corner as Meiko opened the door, coming from further away and not as fast he was a bit a ways behind her.

Meiko walked in and took a seat.

Toushiro opened his mathbooks slowly

Amaterasu smirked as she walked to her locker, where her Zanpakuto was stored. 'Heh. Good thing I never leave home without it!' She thought, gleefully.

Naruto walked in and sat in the desk besides Meiko, sending her a sympathetic look for both of them.

Meiko sighed. "Glad there are no teachers in this class.." She muttered

Toushiro started solving a difficult question that was on the blackboard

Naruto nodded and asked, "So.... What'd you get busted for, Meiko-chan?"

Amaterasu was still thinking, yet nothing came to mind.

"I got busted for ripping up paper -_-;"

Naruto sweatdropped as well. "I got caught... Sleeping in class... Again." He explained.

Amaterasu smirked as she got out her Zanpakuto, Kotonohoka Yuui, and her Zanpakuto's specialty was illousions.

Naruto sighed, "I'll have to think of something more relieable..." He said, putting his head on his hand.

Amaterasu giggled evily, as she stood outside the math classroom. She began swinging her Zanpakuto's hilt around her wrist, like a baton. The mirage that came was of smoke, on the ceiling of the classroom, she smirked and wondered if they would fall for it.

Toushiro looked up and recognized the illusion at once.

Meiko nodded. "Yeah. You'll have to."

Amaterasu braced herself and also placed an illusion around herself as to not be seen.

"And you'll have to stop ripping up paper, Meiko-chan!" Naruto joked.

every student apart from Tousshiro ran out of the classroom

Meiko giggled a bit. "It wasn't my fault!"

Amaterasu silently cheered as she made the smoke twist into the words, (and smily-face): "I'm sooooooooooooo sorry :(

Naruto laughed as well, "I know. I'm just kidding, but seriously, what made you so angry you got into trouble for it?" He asked, curiously.

Toushiro looked up agian and sweatdropped.

"Um.. I don't really know. I didn't like my drawing so i ripped it up and the teacher gave me detention."

Amaterasu released the illusion over herself and walked in the classroom with her hands behind her back, looking down at her feet like a scolded child. "Do you... Forgive me?" She asked, frowning.

Naruto shrugged, "Oh. Okay! And for me, class is just so boring!" He complianed, wondering what everyone else in the room was there for.

"Yeah yeah.." Toushiro said as he solved the problem

Meiko nodded. "I agree."

Amaterasu's expression changed to delighted. "YAY!" She cheered, hugging him.

Naruto laughed, "Well, at least with you here it's not totally boring!"

Toushiro sweatdropped.

"I agree."

Amaterasu let go and laughed nervously. "Um... Heheheheheh... Sorry." She apoligized.

Naruto sighed, "Well, what do we do now?!" He asked.

"I dunno..." Meiko shrugged

Amaterasu sweatdropped as well, "Well... I've gotta get back to class! Ja ne!" She yelled over her shoulder as she ran out of the room.

Naruto sighed, "Well this is more boring then class!" He complianed.

Meiko nodded. "Yeah."

Toushiro sighed a bit.

Naruto sighed, "Well, at least you're here..." He said, trailing off into thought.

Amaterasu bounded off to the theater, when she got there, she plopped down in the seat that she had been sitting before, but this time sitting up straight as to not get yelled at by Mrs.Ichimaru, which she had nicknamed her teacher.

"I wish i had never left Konoha..."

Naruto blinked, "Why?" He asked, curious.

"Because there's always something going on there."

[rockerchic24]

Naruto blinked, "Yeah..." He said, thinking over it. "Yeah, but..." He said, once again trying to think of something to console her. "But, all of our friends are here! Wouldn't you have missed them?" He asked.

"I haven't seen a single person"

Naruto laughed, "It's only the second period of our first day!" He said, trying to convince her.

"Yeah, but still."

[rockerchic24]

"Patients." Naruto said, sighing, "But if you leave, I won't have anyone to hang out with!" He chided.

"Yeah you will. There's Sakura, Shino, Kiba, Hinata and lots of other people."

Naruto frowned, "Yeah, but you're funner to hang out with!" He said, trying to cover up for that.

"Prove it." Meiko said, smiling slightly

"Um..." Naruto said, thinking for a moment. "Uh. You're nice, funny, smart, prett-" He cut of at that, not meaning to say that, at least, not to her face.

Meiko pretended not to hear the last part.

Naruto sighed in releif, thinking she really didn't hear the last part, "See?" He asked, hoping she changed her mind.

"Maybe…" Meiko said, staring out the window.

Naruto sighed, and began thinking of the new techenique.

Amaterasu sat eagerly, awaiting her judgement. "Come on..." She chided, her teacher.

The teacher came in. "B- to all of you."

The reason Meiko was looking out the window was simply because she was blushing.

Amaterasu's mouth dropped. "WHAT?!" She yelled.

Naruto blinked, and couldn't think of anything.

"Seeing as none of you did something to the school, you're all getting B-!"

"try harem-justsu.." Meiko muttered

[rockerchic24]

"I did though!" Amaterasu complianed, because she left her illusion there, and the banner.

Naruto blinked, "That's brillant!" He exclaimed, "Thanks, Meiko-chan!"

"No. You did something to a fellow student!"

Meiko nodded. "Yeah.."

Amaterasu pouted, "Awwwwww..." And crossed her arms.

Naruto grinned, "I can't wait to try!" He said, cheering.

"Well, a teacher is comming. I could either whipe him of the face of the earth or you could use Harem."

Naruto preformed the Harem jutsu, a bit slowly.

When he did Meiko burst into laughter

Naruto did a pose, keeping a straight face.

"oh My God! You Seriously Haha Belived Me Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!"

Naruto turned back into his normal self. "What?" He asked, sweatdropping, "It worked, didn't it?" He asked, looking at the teacher with the nose bleed.

The teacher poofed and vanished. "Ohmigodohmigodhomigod! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Meiko was rolling on the floor, laughing her head off

Naruto started laughing as well.

Meiko thumped her fist hard against the floor, tears of laughter running down her face.

The rest of the people who had detention looked at them

Naruto wiped the tears from his eyes and eventually calmed down.

Meiko had a much harder time than him as she tried to calm down.

Naruto waited for Meiko to stop laughing.

Meiko finally stopped laughing and sat up.

Naruto smiled. "Satisfied?" He asked.

Meiko nodded. "Yeah."

Naruto grinned, "Okay!" He said, happily.

"You know... You're really weird."

Naruto laughed and said, "You're one to talk, Meiko-chan!"

Meiko grinned. "I know."

"But that's why you're my friend!" Naruto consoled her.

Meiko laughed again, feeling her heart sink. He only thought of her as a friend.

Naruto blinked, "Something wrong, Meiko-chan?" He asked.

Meiko shook her head. "Nope."

"Okay then! Jeez... When's this going to be over?" Naruto asked, bored.

"I dunno... Pobably when the school day is over."

Naruto's face fell, "That' just great..." He said.

"That was a joke."

Naruto smiled again. "Oh! Okay!"

Meiko smiled a bit.

Naruto smiled back, happily.

"I miss Iruka-sensei.."

Naruto frowned. "Yeah... And the Pervy Sage..." He thought.

Meiko looked at him. "And Grandma Tsunade."

"Yeah..." Naruto thought, sighing.

"I wanna go home!"

Naruto frowned again. "But..." He said.

"But what? The teachers here are creepy as heck!"

"But what about me? And everyone else?" Naruto pleaded.

"You can come home as well"

Naruto frowned, he wasn't sure if he even wanted to leave. He didn't want to make Meiko feel bad, and if she left, he wasn't sure what he would do.

Meiko sighed a bit. "i hate it here."

Naruto blinked, ""Why?" He asked.

"The teachers are a bunch of creeps."

Naruto blinked. "So?" He asked, he had gotten used to the teachers by now.

Naruto shook his head, "But they won't. It's against school rules." He explained. "Unless you break the rules. Then you're dinner!"

Meiko shivered a bit. "I could say the same to you!"

"I mean. The 'big' rules." Naruto said.

"Like what?" Meiko asked, confused.

"Ya know, graffitti, drugs. That kind of stuff." Naruto explained.

Meiko shrugged. "I guess."

Naruto frowned, he couldn't think of anything to convince her to stay.

"Besides… The person I like here only thinks of me as a friend.. Giving me more of a reason to go back home."

Naruto blinked curiously. "Um... Who?" He asked.

Meiko sighed a bit and stood up. "I don't know if I'm sure of that myself."

Naruto blinked, and wondered if he had done anything wrong.

Meiko sat down by a desk and sighed again.

Naruto frowned but made no move to stop her, if she was angry he should let her 'cool down' first, so she wouldn't get really mad at him.

"I'm not angry." Meiko muttered, as if she had read his mind.

Naruto tilted his head, "Then... What's wrong?" He asked.

"i'm just... Never mind."

Naruto blinked, "Uh. Whatever you say." He said, deciding not to bother her anymore.

Meiko looked at him. "You're an idiot. Do you know that?"

Naruto blinked, "HEY!" He said, insulted.

Meiko smiled a bit. "What? Haven't you gotten used to people calling you that?"

Naruto got anime veins on his head and glared, "WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN!?" He yelled.

"Ow. It's supposed to mean that I thought you'd gotten used to Sasuke calling you stupid. Besides, you don't notice glaringly obvious things."

Naruto blinked, "And what's so glaringly obvious?!" He asked, obviously oblivious.

"That.. Nevermind." Meiko looked back out the window. She had almost told him.

Naruto sighed in defeat. "Fine..." He said.

There was a faint blush on Meiko's face. She felt like disapearing off the face of the earth.

Naruto didn't notice at all. He was quite nieve to these sorts of things.

Amaterasu was bored to death of her class, she was spacing out and not paying any attention.

Meiko noticed the same butterfly as earlier and concentrated on it.

Amaterasu's teacher came up to her. "DETENTION!"

Amaterasu sulked and began walking to the detention room.

The butterfly was soon inside the room, fluttering around.

Amaterasu sulked into the room and sat down.

Meiko ws busy watching the butterfly with a small smile on her face

Amaterasu just sat there spaced out.

The butterfly flew over to Amaterasu and landed on her nose.

Amaterasu blinked and looked at it, was it a hell butterfly?

it wasn't. This butterfly was full of bright colors.

Amaterasu blinked and mumbled, "What are you doing here...?"

Meiko smiled a bit. "Sorry about that." The butterfly dirapeared the reapeared outside the window.

Amaterasu blinked, "It's fine... Just, what was it doing here?" She asked, curiously.

Meiko sighed. "Hard to explain."

Amaterasu shrugged, "Whatever." She said, disregarding it.

Meiko was once again staring out the window. She knew that if Naruto had asked her what he was so oblivious to now, she would probably burst it out.

Amaterasu sighed and put her head in her hands. She was so bored and the only one she knew in the school was Shiro-san, and she probably wasn't in any of his classes.

Naruto blinked about Meiko-chan's behavior and wondered if he had anything to do with it.

Meiko sighed and lay her head on the desk.

Amaterasu eventually fell asleep.

Naruto blinked and asked Meiko, "Did I... Do something?"

Meiko shook her head. "No." She turned her head to look at him. "Not really."

Naruto blinked and mumbled, "Okay..."

Amaterasu sighed and began thinking about Shiro-san.

Meiko smiled a bit. "But I really did think you had gotten used ot it."

Amaterasu was drifting off to sleep.

"You know, seeing as Sasuke called you stupid all the time."

"Right... Sasuke..." Naruto said, an anime vein on his forehead as he thought about him.

"Sorry." Meiko said hastily.

Naruto shrugged, "It's fine." He answered.

Meiko nodded. "Alright. If you're sure."

Naruto nodded, "Yeah. I'm fine." He replied.

Meiko sighed and stared out the window.

Naruto blinked, "Why do you stare out the window so much?" He asked, "I mean, what's out there?"

"Nothing, really. It's just something to keep me busy." Meiko said as it started raining. "Why must I have two kekkei-genkai's?" She muttered.

Naruto blinked again, not hearing that last part.

Naruto shook his head, furiously. "No! Of course not! You're so smart you make Shikamaru look stupid!" He consoled her, going a little bit over the top.
