In the middle of the city there is an abandoned building. It is a huge building but it's in horrible shape. many people want it torn down out of the way. They think it would be better off as something like a mall or a an apartment building something they could use. But something always goes wrong when they try and tare it down.
Before there very eyes is not an old useless building but a school for the damned, the creatures of the dead. There's a spacial spell around the building so they can't see what it really is. The school's class are at night so humans won't see the students enter the school, but every year they try harder and harder to destroy the school. Will they last this new year?
