A popular teenage girl gets a new cell phone from the negihbor boy on the day before halloween.Whta she didn't know was the boy is the devil's son and the phone can create zombies.The devil's son had fallen in love with the girl but she turned him down.He wnated revenge but dosen't wnat to hurt the girl just shopw her what happens when you break a devil's heart......

Rules of the phone:If you touch it you will turn into a zombie everyone but the girl and the devil's son
The zombies can talk but their sole purpose in life is to haunt the girl
The devil boy is in charge of the zombies
