-Every once in a thousand years is an eclipse that blocks out the sun for six months. This is when Vampires start lurking around. Humans are too afraid to venture out of their homes and stay locked up. There are two kinds of Vampires..Ones that drink Human blood and the others..the 'vegetarians' that survive off animal blood. And there are reports of Werewolf sightings..not any good for the humans.

Isabella's eyes scanned the streets, she grumbled angrily to see not one single human outside..she could always break into people's homes..but she found that rude.

Jacob rubbed his temples slightly as he yawned, he lay on a haystack as he looked up in the sky."Where's all the damn food..?@@"

Alix threw down her video-game controller and started to dance. "I did it! I did it!" She chanted over and over again. She had finally beaten the twin bosses, Agni and Rudra, in Devil May Cry 3. "In your face!" She pointed at the screen.

Sirius shot up from his big comfy couch, and stumbled into the kitchen. He pulled opened the refrigerator's door and found it....empty. "-___- Oh yeah...." He closed the door and picked up the phone.

Isabella closed her eyes in concentration, listening into people's thoughts.

Jacob stretched and yawned as he scanned around, sniffing the air. He grinned slightly."Maybe another chicken.."

Alix poked her head into the kitchen. "Get pizza." She mouthed to Sirius. He shook his head. "No. Chinese. >.<" He mouthed back. Alixandrea glared and went back to her game. ((Me hungry now.)) Alix was Sirius's step-sister who he had to tolerate at the moment.

Isabella gave a slight grin at the people's thoughts. "Humans have such horrible thoughts.." she sneered.

Jacob licked his lips as he stared at the chickens in the chicken coop. "Oh I'm eating you definately.." he pointed to the fattest chicken.

Alix whined as she died again. She shut off the game and glared at the console. "Stupid thing." She stretched. "Come on, We will have to pick up the pizza." Sirius said as he pulled on his jacket. Alix grinned. "Yay! Thanks."

Isabella's body tensed and grinned, she then disappeared into the night.

Jacob burped up feathers and stretched."Yummy.."

Alix hummed as she and Sirius made their way down the side walk. The pizza place wasn't far from their home so there was really no need for them to deliver it. Plus it was a nice night.

Isabella followed after the two in the shadows, licking her lips slightly at the sight. She hadn't fed in weeks..

Alix rubbed her stomach. She couldn't wait to eat. "Mm...." She said dreamily as they walked. Sirius stopped momentarily. He was probably being paranoid but he felt that they were being watched.

Alix chewed on her thumbnail as she wandered around. She was in an unfamiliar part of town. 'Shouldn't have took that left turn.' She scolded herself.

'Damn. That worked last time. -___-' He sighed. For some reason, Sirius's strength was greater then normal humans. He had limits but breaking off a lamp post should be easy. 'Come on..' The post let out a groan as it was slowing becoming bent.

Alix looked around again. If vampires were real then all the other monsters, like the Boogeyman for example had to be real. She bit her nails nervously as she tried to retrace her steps.

Jacob gave a wolfish grin as he saw the human girl up ahead, he stopped running and growled playfully. Girls were always fun to chase...they screamed the loudest.

"Thanks." He grunted as the post finally gave in and broke. He smiled and swung the post at Isabella.

Alix tensed and slowly glanced back. "Oh...God." She gulped at the sight of a what looked like a dog. Alix did the only thing that she could think of, Run.

Jacob's wolfish grin widdened, he immediately ran after her, his tongue sticking out.

Sirius blinked. That was easier then he thought. He held the post tightly as looked in the direction of where she disappeared.

Alix screamed rather loudly as she ran. She hoped that she catch someone's attention.

A man opened his door to get a newspaper and saw Alix, then turned to see the monsterous dog"....:3......" he quickly went back in and slammed the door, locking it.

Jacob howled loudly as he quickened his pace, catching up to Alix.

Sirius tensed. 'Crap.' He knew this woman was vampire and theres a great chance he was going to die now.

Alix screamed in frustration. "YOU BASTARD!" She yelled. Now she was going to get mauled by an overgrown mutt.
