Need art for character

I highly doubt I`ll get any help, but, might aswell try.

Seeing as I lack any artistic talents I`m calling for help.

I`m making a website, and I need a character illustraited to put up on it. YOU WILL GET ALL CREDIT FOR IT!

Description on character:

Hair color/style: Her hair is black, and has to layers, the upper layer reaches her shoulders, while the under layer reachs her waist.

Eye color: Her eyes are a light/ice blue.

Outfit:
Her outfit is three colors, white, gray and silver, her skirt is short, and has to layers, the upper layer is silver while the under, is gray.

The torso of her outfit looks like this one, or least similar:

Except her sleeves would be off the shoulder.

And her boots would be same style as in picture except in white and silver.

Hey! Just spent an hour doing your request, and it's FINISHED! Now I just need to find someone with a scanner so I can upload it -.-' I took a couple of creative liberties with the costume and backed it with gift wrap because I can't colour anything on the computer. Hope that's ok! and thanks for putting it up, I had a load of fun doing it and it got me out of my 'drawer's block'=3

Ooo... I like the one in the upper left corner, but, could you make the under skirt just a bit longer? I also like the hairstlye of the one in the upper right corner. >.<
