"Sensei!" Hiro whined. "When are we gonna learn a new jutsu?"

"Oh, shut up, Hiro!" Yo snapped

Asuka rolled her eyes, "You will learn a new jutsu when your ninja skills are better. And plus, with missions like these we don't need jutsu..." She mutters the last sentence under her breath.

Kanoa sighs, leaning against a tree, "Ugh...I'm tired...I didn't get any sleep..."

"You should have gone to bed earlier then." Ryuu points out. "You always stay up late."

"Hey! I'm, like, half nocturnol, okay!?" Kanoa shoots back.

[TaeKwonDoGoth]

"Stop whining, Kanoa. You're going to have to get used to waking up early, if you cant even do that, how on earth would you be able to withstand an enemy attack?"

"Come ooooonnnnn, ssseeeenseeiii!!!" Hiro continued "Why don't you ever let us do something besides a mission?"

Yo followed them, staying very quiet, his prostetic leg clanging with each step.

Asuka sighed, "How many jutsu's do you know?" She asked Hiro, walking backwards to stay ahead of them, but be able to face them.

Kanoa yawned, "Ugh. Fine. But it's not like I'm gonna be attacked while weeding a garden...what a pitiful mission..." She muttered.

Ryuu stiffled a laugh.

[TaeKwonDoGoth]

"Kanoa... You aren't playing ninja in the academy any more. You are a real shinobi, therfore, it makes you a target..." He paused a moment. "The same goes for you, Ryuu."

"Not enough! I want to learn them all!"

Yoshiro rolled his eyes "Hiro, some day you'll run out of chakra and won't be able to use it in that fight. So practice your Taijutsu more."

"Shut up, Yo!"

Asuka said, "Calm down, boys! Hiro, Yoshiro is right. Maybe not about the running out of chakra thing, but you need a good balance of ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu to be a great shinobi."

Kanoa rolled her eyes, "But I'm not important enough to be a target. I mean, I can see Ryuu being targeted, but not me..."

"SHH!" Ryuu glared at Kanoa. He sighed. "So, what d- ranked mission do we have today?" He asked.

(Sorry I kept logging out, my computer was restarting)

"Today... I think I'll give you two a treat. I want yo to fight me. Not to kill, but to subdue, as if you were to capture an opponent and bring him to the leaf authorities."

"Fine." He said under his breath. "What mission are we going to do?" Hiro said

Asuka said, "I'm not sure. Here, today you get to choose what we do. No, not mission-wise. Training wise."

Kanoa pushed off the tree, stading on her own, now. "Okay, sounds like fun." She smirked.

Ryuu nodded, "Yea!"

"All right..." He turned around. "Show me how you passed the academy."

"Really?" Yo looked semi-surprised. "I don't know."

"YO! This is our chance to do ANYTHING!" Hiro yelled. "Let's see... Could we run to the candy store?"

"You are so immature, Hiro." Yo spat.

Asuka sweatdropped. "We can race, but we're not buying anything." She said, sighing. She watched Hiro and Yoshiro fight, "Wow you guys don't really like each other..."

Kanoa said, "Uh...did we, like...start already?"

Ryuu took out a Kunai, just to get a head start.

Ryo quickly threw a kunai, knocking the one out of Ryuu's hand. "Yes."

"Thanks to the Academy's heads, I'm stuck with this emo freak!" Hiro yelled

Yo pushed him to the ground easily. "Do not call me emo, you waste of carbon!" He yelled back.

"Owww... Yo, you don't have to be an ass!"

"Hey!" Asuka said sharply. "Shut up! I'm not letting you two choose what to do again..." She muttered, shaking her head. "You guys are such pains."

Kanoa jumped backward, then into a tree. Ryuu ran up to Ryo, leg sweeping him and taking out another Kunai.

Ryo tripped over his sweep and flipped, but caught himself by doing a handstand, then twisting and kicking Ryuu, still on his hands.

"It's not my fault, it's all Yoshiro's!"

"Please, sensei! Just let me gut him with a kunai so I can shut him up!"

Asuka said, "I'll gut you two with a Kunai if you don't shut up! I think I'm going to teach you something about teamwork..."

Ryuu flipped backwards, getting hit but recovering quickly.

While Ryo was distracted by Ryuu, Kanoa jumped down on top of Ryo, bringing a net with her.

Ryo flipped to his back and flung several shuriken at Kanoa.

"I'd rather eat dirt before working with him!"

"I can arrange that, f*g." Yo said.

"F*** YOU!" Hiro yelled

"You'd like that, wouldn't you." Yo laughed.

Asuka almost burst out laughing. But she contained herself. "Shut up. No missions today, then." She sighed, "You two have to fight me. You have to be a team because one of you can't beat me on your own."

Kanoa threw shuriken at the kunais to block them.

Ryuu kicked at Ryo's side.

Ryo took the hit and bounced off, but quickly regained his footing and Made a few hand signs. "Focus on my next move, not my current!" He saqid, still coaching them none-the-less.

"I can take you on myself!"
"I can take you on myself!" They both said at the same time.

"I don't need this weak minded fool as a team member!" Yo said.

"How 'bout this... We each go against you, but I go first!" Hiro said in confidence.

"Fine, I like comedy."

Asuka sighed, "You can try to fight me by yourselves, but if one of you fails to defeat me, you have to work together when you fight me after that."

Kanoa and Ryuu jumped back, getting ready for his attack.

Kanoa took out another Kunai, getting into a defensive stance.

Ryuu just stood there, a bit behind Kanoa.

"Summoning!" Ryo yelled. He then disappeared into a puff of smoke.

"But that means I'll never fight." said Yo, slightly complaining, but still insult Hiro.

"FINE! You want us both to attack you, then we will!" Hiro charged at Asuka, arm raised behind him, ready to hit.

Asuka effortlessly grabbed Hiro's arm and swing around, flinging him into a tree. "Come on, fight me like you would each other."

Kanoa looked around her,keeping her eyes open.

Ryuu tensed, jumping into a tree.

Some roots grew from the ground, twisting around Kanoa's ankles, trapping her to the ground.

Yo leaned to a tree, half asleep.

Hiro samcked againsted th tree and yelped, but got back up and made a few handsigns.

Asuka smirked and waited for Hiro's attack. "You are no fun, Yoshiro"

Kanoa yelled out in surprise and tried to pull away, and slashed at the vines with her kunai.

Ryuu saw Ryo and attacked him from behind.

Ryo grabbed a kunai quickly and hit the opposing one down, making it hit the ground. The roots broke free and squigled back into the ground. "You guys need to watch ALL your surroundings. Oh, and Kanoa... If I was an enemy, I wouldn't of released those vines."

Hiro quickly seperated his hands, causing hs hands to both catch fire... kind of He had forced chakra to his hands, whih made two fireballs.

"I'm coming..." Yo sluggishly walked to Asuka and yawned. "I want to see what he does first, though."

Asuka sighed, "You're just lazy..." Then refocused her attention on Hiro. "Impressive" She smirks.

Kanoa nodded, jumping backward into a tree, then forward head-on toward Ryo.

(Sorry I haven't been posting... But I got a Wii!!! I don't even have a game (Besides wii sports) for it yet, and it's AWESOME!!!)

Ryo made a hard fist and curved it up, punching Kanoa softly in the stomach and pushing her upwards before she hit him.
"Never. Make. An obvious. Attack." He said, slowly.

"Am I? Look at your feet." Ice was traveling up Asuka's ankles and solidifying.

Hiro jumped into the air and threw one bolt of fire like a baseball straight for her.

Asuka's image flickered, and then she disappeared right before the fire hit her, and was replaced with a log. Ahah...they don't know the subsitution jutsu yet...

Kanoa made a small 'oof' but got back on her feet. She said, "Fine..." And took out a could shuriken.

Ryuu threw a kunai at Ryo's side.

Right after, Kanoa threw the shuriken at his stomach and other side.

(Well! That's my luck! The wii broke yesterday and we will have to wait 2 weeks - 2 months for a new wii system to be availible. They'll let me have a free one, but I'll have to wait even longer... :( )

Ryo sat there and crossed his arms, no intent to fling them back, or divert them, or dodge them. They pierced into him like a knife into butter, but he showed no pain.
"Like I said. NEVER make an obvious move."

Yo gasped and jumped out of the way. A tree behind him caught ablaze instantly.
"What the heck, Hiro!"

Hiro's other ball dispersed. He had not until now realized he was in mid-air, and fell to the ground face-first.

Asuka laughed silently to herself, and took out three senbon, getting ready to throw them if the boys spot her.

Kanoa's eyes widened. 'He just let them hit him!'

Ryuu 'grr'ed. 'cr@p..'

(YAYS! I fixed my Wii! My mom's at the store and she's gonna buy me a REAL game like mario or zelda! Ahh... The classics. Those were the first video games I've ever played.
Oh yeah, if she does buy me one, I will be gone for a few days :D )

"Do not curse, Ryuu. You should be happy you hit me. But remember..." He said, pulling the shurikens out and slightly wincing in pain. "You have not beaten me yet." He held the blood drenched shuriken in front of his face and laughed.

"What the hell, Hiro! You could of killed me!" Yo yelled, forgetting about the mission.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Next time I won't miss!" Hiro said, standing back up, also forgetting about the mission.

Asuka smirked. She landed behind Hiro and put the senbon to his throat. "Don't move" She said. "Either of you. Or Hiro gets it"

Ryuu said, "But- How?" Ryuu stuttered. Was Ryo-sensei reading his mind?

Kanoa cam down suddenly on top of Ryo-sensei, with the net.

(Yeah, but I don't know which one I'm getting yet.)

Ryo sat down and folded his legs as the net fell onto him.
"Is that the best you can do?" He said, looking at the net. "Even a monkey could get out of this! but whatever. I'll give you another chance Attack me with all you've got!"

The color fell from Hiro's face, replaced with paper-white.

Yo pulled out a kunai and smiled. "Can I help!" We was excited.

Asuka rolled her eyes. "You baka, Yoshiro! You'll never make a good ninja if you're willing to have your own teammate injured because you don't like him! What if this was a real-life situation?" She said, still holding the senbon to Hiro's neck.

Ryuu disappeared, and Kanoa just stoof there.

"I'm waiting!" He said, easily pulling the net off of him.

Hiro quickly elbowed Asuka into the third rib and ducked crawling away.

Yo, now seeing Hiro crawling away, threw a Kunai at Asuka. "HA! There's an opening!"

Asuka smirked, "Think again" And ducked, leg sweeping Hiro to make him fall. She threw two senbon at Yoshiro and one at Hiro.

Kanoa ran toward Ryo, kicking and punching with taijutsu force.

"Oh, so NOW you're awake!" He said with a smirk occasionally getting hit by one of his punches, but dodging and locking the rest.

The senbon went into Hiro's arm, hitting the radial nerve and making him scream profanity at the top of his lungs.

Yo leaned back as one of them passed over him, but the other one hit his leg. The senbon shattered on impact to his leg.

Suddenly Ryuu comes up behind him, still invisible, and kicks him hard in the back, intending to knock the breath out of him so Kanoa could get him.

Asuka said, "So? No counter-attack or anything? Geez...might as well give up now..."

As the kick hit Ryo, a large crackling noise came from his back. His eyes grew wight, he took a breath, and fell face-first onto the ground.

Tears were coming out of Hiro's eyes as he pulled the senbon out of his arm.

"Hiro! You weren't supposed to get hit!" After a few seconds, Yo rolled his eyes and made a few hand signs as fast as he could.

Asuka watched Yoshiro, and said to Hiro, "Sorry 'bout that. But sometimes you've just got to suck it up and keep fighting"

"EH!?" Kanoa said, hearing the crack. "RYUU NO BAKA! YOU KILLED HIM!" She yelled, hitting Ryuu on the head.

Ryuu had chibi face all TT~TT "I didn't mean to!"

Ryo's body disappeared in a puff of smoke, and was replaced with a stick that had broken in half.
"Wow!" Said Ryo, leaning against a tree. "That's some leg you got there. Any harder and you could of bruised me!" He laughed histerically.

Hiro sat on his knees and rubbed his arm.

"Oh, don't be a baby Hiro!" Yo raised his hand in the air.
"Ice style: Ice daggers!" Ice formed quickly anto his hands and he shot several at Asuka.

Right after Yoshiro did his jutsu, Asuka yelled, "Phoenix fireball jutsu!" And melted the ice senbon quickly.

Ryuu rolled his eyes, "Will you take us seriously!?"

Kanoa sighed, "I knwow, really! We're trying our best!"

"You want me to be serious?" Ryo smiled and shook his head, then turned it back. "If I was serious, you two would be dead. I'm not even using five percent of my power, and yet you are unable to subdue me. If this is your best, you need to train MORE." He smiled again. "Maybe you shouldn't of left the academy!"

Hiro was still wimpering on the ground.

"Oh, you've got to be kidding me... HOW MANY JUTSUS DO YOU KNOW?!"

"This is why we train, smart one" Asuka sighs. She tugs a bit at her mask and smirks. "And I know more jutsu's than you because I'm older." She looks over at Hiro and sweatdropped. She walked over to him.

Kanoa growled, "That's why were your students! You're suppsed to help us, not torment us on what we can't do!"

Ryuu's eyes flashed red, but he snapped out of it.

"Actually. You were some of the WORST in your class and was paired with one of the best teachers. So bite your tongue. By the way, this is not torture, I've BEEN through torture." Ryo said, smirking at Ryuu and Kanoa.

Hiro regrouped in a flash and sweep kicked Asuka. "Take that!" He yelled.

"And slower." Yo said, watching Hiro's fake-out.

Asuka smirked, "Don't be so sure" Her feet each went on a side of Hiro's legs, making him fall, also. She quickly pinned him to the ground with a Kunai to his neck, but kept her senses open for Yoshiro's next attack.

Ryuu sweatdrops and rolls his eyes.

"I have the skill of an actual ninja. You two, are still unable to finish a legitamite(SP?) mission. So who is better, me or you?"

"YO!" Hiro yelled "Do something!"

Yo looked around and paused. Not sure what to do, he threw a few kunais he grabbed from his pocket at Asuka.

Asuka make a quick flip move, and held Hiro in front of her. They missed anyway. Just barely.

Kanoa growled, and threw Kunai at him.

Ryuu's eyes had a faint red glow.

Ryo quickly caught the kunai and held it in front of his face. "I think this lesson... Is over." He threw the kunai down and started to walk away.

Both Hiro and Yo shivered in fear of Hiro's life.

"Fine." Said Yo. "We give up."

Asuka smirked, "See? You never know whats going to happen, so keep your eyes and ears open at all times." She released Hiro and said. "Lesson over."

Kanoa said, "No! You can't just do that! You have to at least teach us a jutsu or something! That's not fair!" She glared at Ryo-sensei.

Ryuu sighed and leaned against a tree, waiting for this to be over with.

Ryo instantly stopped and paused for a very long time until he finally spoke.
"Fair..." He laughed uncontrollably and turned around. "Nothing is nor ever will be fair in life!" He raised his voice, almost yelling, but maintaining control. "If you want to learn a new jutsu, earn it next time."

Hiro dropped to his knees. "Yoshiro! why'd you give up? You cost us the mission!"

Yo smirked. "Yes, but I saved your neck. Literally."

Hiro quickly grabbed his own neck and gulped. "Well... I guess your right."

Asuka laughed and said, "Seeya tomorrow." And walked away.

Kanoa growled and wanted to go up and punch him in the face.

Ryuu put a hand on Kanoa's shoulder, keeping her back.

"Cotrol yourself, Kanoa. It could save your life one day." He began to walk away once more.

"Wait, what the crap? That's it? That was the big training session?" Yo yelled

Asuka nodded, smiling. "One, Keep eyes and ear open, Two, Be ready for anything, Three, Nothing is what it seems, Four, Don't subject your comrades to danger purposely."

Kanoa growled, "You couldn't control yourself a minute ago either! So speak for yourself!"

"Control in anger and control in hilarity are two different things." He said, forgetting about the moment he yelled.

Yo sighed. "Well, that's my luck. We fail again, making me stuck with you even longer."

"Yeah... It sucks..." Hiro said, also sighing

Asuka laughed, "Just practice amonst yourselves."

Kanoa rolled her eyes, "Whatever."

Ryuu watched Kanoa walk away, and waited a moment before following.

(I'm back... And I want to... BRING BACK MY WII!!!)

After a long time, Ryo arrived at the market-place. He laughed to himself. "If those two don't shape up, they'll never be chunnins!" he said to himself, now far away from them.

"You know what, I don't need this cra, I'm going home." Yo said, walking away non-chaleantly.

"Yeah, I'm tired." Hiro followed.

Asuka walked to the marketplace to get some dinner. She smirked to herself and shook her head, 'They should really get over their dislikes...'

Kanoa 'grr'ed. "I can't believe we got him!"

Ryuu laughed and rolled his eyes. "I'm going home...Seeya"

Ryo noticed Asuka and walked to her.
"Hey, Asuka. Let me guess... Rough day with the genin, right?"

"I can't believe her! Why can't she just let us have a normal training session, or something! Or at LEAST teach us a new Jutsu!" Hiro complained "I mean seriously, why can't she-"

"Don't you have somewhere to be? I'm tired of hearing how you think you get screwed out of everything that happens to you." Yo said.

Asuka laughs, nodding. "They hate each other enough to get them killed. They'll never make it..." She laughed.

Kanoa sighed and went >< "HE could have at least taught us something useful!"

Ryuu laughed, "Get over it, Kanoa. I'm tired. I'm going home, bye" He waved.

"Well, my students hate ME enough to try to kill me because they failed a training session."

"Well, I thought I'd hang out with you today!"

"I am going home, and I do not want you to follow me. Hang out with the other hyper and stupid kids, but not me."

Asuka laughed, "That's what happens when genin get mad. They try to do the impossible."

Kanoa waved, "Bye bye Ryuu!"

Ryuu laughed and walked home.

Kanoa walked around the city, watching the people walk by.

"Maybe so. My genin are quick to react, but aren't the smartest. They tried to subdue me by only throwing an unweighted net over me." Ryo laughed.

"All right, I'm going! Don't have to be an ass about it!" Hiro said, walking away.

Yo rolled is eyes and continued home.

Asuka laughed. "Remember when we were genin? I mean, has Iruka gotten softer or what?"

Kanoa jumped up onto a roof, watching the sky for a moment.

"Of course he's gone softer! He's basically senial! Old man can barely make a hand sign these days, why would he be able to bring out the best of these genin?" Ryo sighed. "But when we were gennin, things were a lot tougher. I remember having the take a shower after every training session just so I could get the blood off me."

Yo enterd his house ad fell asleep.

Hiro walked aimlessly around town from boredom, until he spotted Asuka.
"What the... Who's she with?" He thought for a second then chuckled immaturley. "I've gotta mess with her for this one!" He sneeked donto a roof top near where Asuka was. He was far enough to be out of eyesight, bt close enough to hear them.

Asuka nodded, laughing. "True, true." She sighed. "And back then we didn't disrespect our Sensei. " She sighed, "I miss those days.

Kanoa goes up to Hiro, "What'cha looking at?"
