Then about the time Nikki turned five, her dad took this job that forced him to travel all around the world. Nikki's mom took advantage of his absences and started cheating on him. Blah, blah blah, her dad found out, blah blah, her mom left with Ricardo the Pool Boy, blah blah. So now, Nikki thinks her mom left because of her, so she has low self esteem and the way that brings it up is by having sex.

Delilah groaned about the whole starving thing. She had so much homework to do she forgot about her cup and noddles. Which ended up getting cold and really bad! "Damn you.." she thought playing with her hair to make it perfect.

Chad sighed. His arm hurt, not because of the whole dad thing. But because of his soccer practice. Some of his team members really didn't understand it wasn't football.

Tails was suppose to be doing somethig. She knew it, too. She just didn' know what she was suppose to be doing. It still eluded her mind. Awe well. She'd remember later. She took off faster down the street toward the school. She had ealier morning pratice.

Momo yawned, taking another bite of his breakfast bar at the same time. Okay, so, he didn't weigh 90 pounds anymore. And he codl actually eat, but he wasn't going to let himself get fat. He remained eating morning bars, no lunch, and pigging ut at dinner.

Lena sighed. The field at school was clearing out, practice was over. Lena examined at her perch on the highest bleacher in her school's stadium. Lena disliked most sports, the only reason she was there was because she'd forgotten her house key and she couldn't get in her house and her mother was working late, till' around 11. Lena groaned and flattened herself on her seat as the coach on the field scanned the bleachers looking for any stragglers.

Aozora was walking outside towards the back of the school. It was early. It was cold. But she didn't have a jacket on. Actually all she had on was a pair of shorts and a spaghetti strap shirt. The truth was that She had woken up in a cold sweat and couldn't go back to sleep. There's no other reason why she'd show up to school so early. "Damn Withdrawl symtoms" she mumbled to herself as she sat at the end of the bleachers.

Malcom was just waking up. Late as usual. He looked at his clock and shrugged then got up to start doing his hair. Combed down in the front and total spikes in the back. It had to be just perfect.

Delilah groaned running to the school gates. She hated even daring to be late. Her hair was all messy for just running all over to the school. Totally pissing her off that she didn't look good.

Chad groaned he touched his arm. Seriously, that was his writing arm. He wanted to punch something out of frustration but he really didn't have then energy too.

Aozora jumped out of shock when the bell rang almost falling off of the bleacher she was sitting on. She was so out of it that it wasn't even funny. Her body was shaking, she was going thorugh a cold sweat, her nose was burning. Withdrawl was a bit.ch. She ran to a near bathroom and pulled out a compact make-up kit, She fixed herself up and made it look like she was just another junior that woke up a little late and not like the crack head who spent her whole morning shivering on the bleachers. She walked through the halls clutching herself like she usually did.

Malcom walked calmly into school. Late, but looking perfect. His hair was in the right place and his clothes were perfect. "Better to look good than be in school on time." He said to a red haired girl as he walked through the halls

Delilah turned to him as her hands were fixing her hair. She just glared at him frowning then made sure hr hair seemed perfect. She would just finish her clothing thing later. Or just in class.

Chad looked over to Aozora as he grabbed his book from his locker. "You look like ****t." he muttered frowning at his friend.

Tails danced down the halls to her locker. She swung it open and shoved her stuff into it. Then she headed off again. She had skating pratice, again. How she hated it so.

Stalking down the hall, Momo stopped at his locker. What was his combination again? Crap. He forgot. Again. For several moments, he stared at his lockr, than began to try several random numbers.

Aozora glared at Chad. "Good morning to you too." she mumbled as she put on her sunglasses to hide her eyes. "How was soccer practice yesturday?" she asked

Malcom walked over to his locker and opened it. He looked over at Momo and sighed. "32, 25, 17. Is there ever a day when you can remember your own combination Momo?" He laughed.

Lena curtsied. "The devil has arrived all." Lena puched Malcolm in the gut. She hated it when people called her Lena. "Whats my name?!" She asked threateningly, as she gave a quick wave to Aozora and Chad.

Forest didn't bother chaining up his bike as he put in in the rack with other people's bikes. He was going to be late, again. No, he couldn't afford it. He'd get a detention and he was way too busy to bother with those. Forest ran up to the school and pushed the double doors open.

Malcolm groaned. He wasn't as strong as he was..back then..He held his stomach. "Sorry..Lenny." He said as he rolled his eyes. "Now can we please get to math class?"

Aozora smiled and shrugged "The world just hates us huh?" She said and she let herself be pushed to class. She didn't have to use as much energy and she needed that energy so she wouldn't crash during class.

Chad smirked as he shook his head. "Just us against the world." he said walking her into class and choosing seats in the back of class. Least he could go to sleep or something.

"Course!" Lena said brightly, her mood immediately changing. "You know what?" She said. "I love math class! Come on!" She linked arms with Malcolm and pulled him toward the math class. "Come on Momo!" Lena called behind her shoulder.

Forest quickly grabbed his books and followed Lenny, Malcolm, Chad, and Aozora into math class. It was weird how they all had the same first class.

Aozora smiled and sat in the back of class next to Chad she rested her chin in her hands and waited for class to start.

Malcolm made a face..Lenny always confused him. He walked into class with her on his arm and Aozora couldn't help but notice. She rolled her eyes behind her sunglasses and looked past him and at Momo who was walking in. She always thought that Momo had good style he alwyas looked familiar to her, as if she had seen him somewhere before. And she also thought that Malcolm just posed off of him. Then she saw Forest walk in. He was late as many times as Aozora was, if not more. For once everyone was on time...since when did anyone follow the rules around here?

Lena let Malcolm go of her grasp to take a seat at her desk in the class. As Forest, for once not late, took his regular seat by the window.

Math was pretty fun, if he could remember anything. Actually, school in general was fun. There were people who didn't weight fifty pounds. "Hey! Wait for me!" Quickly, Momo closed his locker and followed up behind them. He sat himself next to Lenny.

Lena poked Momo in the side. "Your awfully slow this morning." She commented.

Momo mouthed an 'ow'. He stuck his tongue out at her. "I had an arguement with my man- Mother! I had a arguement with my Mother last nigt." He corrected hisself quickly. That could have been bad.

I guess you just have to keep up Momo..Malcolm laughed as he took watched Momo walk in.
"It shouldn't be hard to keep up with slow kids like you.." Aozora said under her breath with a small chuckle. Malcolm looked back at her.
"What's your probelem stoner?" He said but Aozora didn't worry no one really knew about her problem except Chad. The rest were just rumors if she denied it, everything went fine.
Aozora calmly and plainly fillped Malcolm off and put her head back on her desk.

Momo glanced up slightly. He wasn't slow. Okay, he was physical and he couldn't remeber anything metal, but he wasnt slow. "Like you're any faster." He muttered absently. He wasn't sure if he iked Malcolm calling her a stoner, either. That was why he went into hiding.

"Not too chummy this morning huh?" Lena asked. The tension could've been cut with a knife.

Malcolm just looked at Lenny..Three years ago..before the change...Malorie would have hated her. She was the kind of girl that a tomboy like Malorie would want to pile drive into the ground. Tomboy-ish girls really never hung out with each other...If opposites attracht then things that are the same should repel right?. Lenny's moods cahnged a lot and Malorie liked consistancy. Malcolm put those thoughts aside though. He wasn't Malorie anymore..

Aozora smiled. At least someone agrees with me she thought and she pulled out her math book to make it look like she actually cared about what was going on.

Lena slid down a little bit further in her seat and opened her math book. Not chummy at all, she thought. Lena glanced over at Malcolm and noticed him staring at her. "What?" She questioned.

Malcolm looked at her with a confused look as if nothing was out of the ordinary. "What" he mouthed to her and turned back around to face the board.

Aozora looked at Forest he was staring out the window. She looked out the window too wondering what was so great. She regretted not getting a seat closer to the window. Whenere she was sitting made it too obvious that she wasn't paying attention but when she was looking outside she seemed to have another dased moment..she just stared and stared...

When Malcolm had turned away from Lena, Lena made a face and stuck her tongue out at him. Then, she too face forward. Several seats to Lena's right, Forest was still gazing out the window. Forest preferred being outside instead of in. Especially at school. The school building was old and gave off a dusty smell in it's halls. Forest would've much preferred to be outside. Not cooped up in the school building.

Aozora started feeling sleepy as she stared out the window..Okay to be perfectly honest it wasn't sleepy more like woozy more like the room was spinning and she was going though another cold sweat. Maybe Chad can make them think I fell alseep...She thought before she totally blacked out. Her head hit her desk with a thump and she was out cold.

Malcolm jumped and turned around when he heard the thump and he looked at Aozora. "Why is she so pale?" He asked and he looked at Chard. "Well? You're her keeper. What happened?"

Momo shifted in his seat unomfortably. He didn't like sitting in one place for very long. He was use tot, but it was dimly lit here and hurt his eyes. Without meaning to, he let out a cat like noise, showing his displeasure.

Lena looked over at Aozora, but quickly turned away. Her skin was extremely pale. Almost as if she were dead. Then, Anna could see it in her minds eyes. Only a blur of her father's face, even more pale than Aozora's; dead. Lena closed her eyes and took a deep breath, attempting to calm herself. But, the image of her father wouldn't go away. Lena could recall how it happened then, she could see it clearly. Lena's eyes shot open, and she realized she'd been gripping the edge of her desk.

Malcolm had been staring at Lenny again. "What's the matter with you?" he asked "I will never understand you girls..this one's dead and you're having a seasure.." he said and thought of himself back then. I was never like them..when I was a girl.. he thought to himself proudly..

Aozora's body rolled over to the side and she had woken up and the first person she saw was Momo.."Forest?" she murmured and she squinted to look at him through her sunglasses.

Malcolm just rolled his eyes..."She can't even get their names right.."

Momo looked to her slightly. "RAWR! I'm not Forest, stupid!" Okay. So. There were things that ticked him off. Not very many thing, but things. Getting his name wrong was one of few. "I is Momo! Momo! Get that through your thick skull!"

A low, throaty sound emmitted from Anna's mouth. "Leave me alone for a second..." She mumbled.

Aozora winced at the shouting...and fixed her sunglasses. "No need to have a hissy fit honey..." she mumbled finally raising her head from her desk. He better be glad that he's not ugly. It would be easier to hate him if he was ugly. She thought then looked at Forest. "Yeah, I'm fine..I just..didn't get enough sleep..that's all.

Maybe you should pop somoe sleeping pills instead of ecstacy. Malcolm thought to himself and looked at Momo. "Jeez you got pretty worked up there..."

Forest frowned. Aozora was a nice person, well he thought so, and for her sake, when asked about the rumors of Aozora being an addict, he denied them faithfully. But, it was getting harder and harder to turn a blind eye to what was clearly visible. Forest poked Aozora's cheek and said sternly, "Go to sleep earlier then."

Anna opened her eyes and sighed. Slumping down in her seat, she remained quiet.

Momo pulled his neck in slightly. "Yeah. I don't like people who forget my name. It ends up pretty bad." He muttered, sounding pretty seroiuse. He'd been mistaken for one of his old friends, Justin, and almost ended up in court. Not a pretty day.

Forest sighed. " People forget my name all the time." He said flatly. " What makes you so special?"

Momo glanced toward Forest, his eyes narrowed. Stupid male. I thoguht it would be hard to hide in a public place. News papers and broadcasted reports. The again, they do no harm if the people pay no attention. Poor saps. "Many, many things. Things that you will never find out."

Forest eyed Momo. "Great." He said sarcastically.

Aozora looked at Forest. "Yeah. That's a good idea." She said smiling a normal smile. She looked like every other bright eyes teen in the school. It took all of the energy in her body. But it was enough to fool Malcolm who just shrugged and looked back at Forest. He has no idea about Momo... He thought.

Forest smled a bit and patted Aozora's head lightly. "It' a great idea."
