Character needed...Having truble...

okay so I'm having truble getting this character just right for a project I just started. This project is not for school or anything school related. I was wondering if someone could help me?

Here's what I need done.
Hair Color: Her hair Color is Redish Brown
Hair Style: Her hair is midlegnth, with frayed ends.
Eye Color: Her eyes are frosted white with a hint of Green.
Outfit: Her top is two layers, the under layer is white and the top layer is Crimson Red.
Her skirt is short with two layers, the top layer is Crimson Red and the under layer is Wite.
The top layer should be just above her knees and the under layer should be just below her knees.
Her shoes are Crimson Red Slipons.

So if you can help I will be very greatfull..All credit will go to you of corse.

but what to you want the layers for the shirts to look like? like a long sleeved shirt and a short sleeved one or soemthing else?

Well the top layer is like a tanktop and the under layer is long sleeved. :D
