Programs For Prop Making?

Does anyone know any good/somewhat easy, free programs to make props? Also, is there any semi-easy way to make props on Photofiltre? I have the following programs:
The GIMP(I know it's possible to make them on here)
Paint.Net(I've made a few dresses on here)
Photofilte
MS Paint

I'm really just trying to find one that I'm good at, I always mess up slightly on Paint.net and am still trying to figure out the needed tool to use on GIMP.

You should ask the DollWiz admins about this. For my advice, don't you use Adobe or Paintshop? MS Paint may not be enough.

MS Paint won't work. For GIMP...there used to be a tutorial around her somewhere. *starts digging through threads*
