Heart of Dixie

A boy and girl were at their grandma's house and the boy said "Grandma tell us a story please." The grandma asked "What would you like to hear about?" "Dixie." the kids said. "Ah yes I figured you would say that..your parents loved this story also." their grandmother replied. "Okay a lot time ago there was a young woman named Dixie who had the purest heart of them all. She was loved by everybody. But day while walking through the woods she runs into an old lady who was dying. When she touched the lady her heart went from pure to evil and turned to stone it felt like." the grandmother started. The two kids were staring at her intently. "So then when everybody found out about her evil heart they set out to kill her. But nobody ever found her. But then a guy named Chris was wandering in the woods and came upon a heart as cold as the wind and as hard as stone. He took it to the palace and everybody said it was Dixie's cruel and evil heart. When they burned it the owner appeared and caused Chaos and accidently killed her lover, Chris." The kids gasped and said "No!" Their grandma nodded and said "Listen to the rest of it." She started to tell more of the story. "Dixie was so furious she went to find the one who killed her and ripped out her heart and put it into her lover's chest. Chris rose and said "Dixie my love." Dixie said "I'm here." Her heart started to turn pure again. Okay time for bed." The kids fell asleep.

Ten years later the two siblings stood by their grandmother's grave. She had died of cancer. The brother looked at his sister and said "We will always remember her." His sister nodded and said "Yeah...remember the story she told us..what if it is true because it said that Dixie grandmother had died of cancer." Her brother said "I think so....so who is Dixie in this story or is this our own story?" Join to find out what else happens.

bio/background: When the siblings were younger they would want to hear the story all the time and now she is the one telling it. Since she knows it by heart she has started to write it and make it into a book but somebody got her copy and it was published. She wears a locket that has a picture of her grandmother. Both the siblings have it and it seems it has a power. She is sweet and shy and hates fighting. If she sees a fight she goes to her older brother right away but if she is part of a fight or somebody hurts her brother she will hurt the person who started it.
She ran away from home when she was ten to go try and find the cave that her grandmother had mentioned in her stories often but never found it. When she returned she found out that her parents were worried sick and her brother was afraid she had gotten hurt. Then a week before her grandma died the siblings were each given a locket with a picture of her and their names engraved onto the front of it. They both have a different locket. Hers is for love and saying she can fly away and show strong leadership and her brother's said he was a leader and sombody you could look to.

The diamond tattoo she has on her left cheek, the rose is on the upper part of her left arm and the heart with wings is on her back. Her parents were not very happy but she said screw it.

bio/background:When the siblings were younger they would want to hear the story all the time, now he wishes to live it. He was always into fairy tails, and wished that he would have an exciting story like all the ones he heard about. Like his sister, he wears a locket that has a picture of his grandmother. He is a bit of a goof ball at time, and other times over-serious, but he is mostly kind and caring, especially to his little sister, and does his best to take care of her and protect her.

A week before their grandma died the siblings were each given a locket with a picture of her and their names engraved onto the front of it. They both have a different locket. His symbolized being a leader and somebody you could look to.
