In the world monsters such as vampires, werewolves, zombies all do exists. But the common thought of our most beloved monsters the vampires is nothing but falsehoods made up to entertain children. When a vampire is made they must be near death to start with. Any creature can be made into a vampire as long as it holds this single restriction. But they must also know the consequences of accepting this new life. Every vampire holds the pain of their near deaths. Not matter what it is;sickness, gunshot wound, broken bones, poison, etc. Those feelings they have at the time of their changing will stay with them for as long as they are alive on the earth. Vampires are also not living dead, no that is a zombie and a totally different concept all together. Vampires live and die, their weaknesses are kept a closely guarded secret amongst only their kind.

different species
Vampires: As stated in the opening story vampires are living breathing creatures, they are just given a second life at the brink of death. This second life holds requirements though. These requirements consist of: They must give some of their blood to humans to survive (as in they human drinks their blood or else the vampire die), for their whole remaining lives they will feel the pain of their deaths as if they were living it over and over again, and they must stay out of the light. Along with longer life and a second chance vampires hold super human strength and great speed, though not as fast as those of the werewolf, their red eyes are that way due to their diet and are very good for hypnotizing their victims whom they can kill or let live if they wish, this is not a requirement.
Werewolves: neither the vampires friend or foe, this depends on the individual. Werewolves are magical creatures that hold human forms until they will themselves to change. This is not restricted to the night time but it takes a great will to change during the daylight, and none can resist the change during the full moon. They are weak against silver as tradition says but tradition does not state that they are also weak to viruses such as colds. Such a small thing is huge to them and can easily cause death.
Zombies: These are literally the living dead. The soul of they dying decided to neither ascend to the heavens/hell nor become a wanderer. Instead they chose to accommodate their rotting corpse to walk amongst friends and family. These creature are weak to nothing but age as time goes by their bodies wear out and become useless. Thusly the soul must accomplish what ever it planned before this happens. Zombies tend to have great difficulty in verbalizing their needs and wants which can make things very frustrating when trying to talk to one.
Ghosts: Ghosts are the souls of the dead to stubborn to move on. They cannot touch or speak to the living without a willing host. Though they are easily seen by those walking around it can be hard to speak ones needs when there is no way to talk unless someone offers. They cannot just posses someone and use them to talk, a offer must arise before the ghost can even enter the body. Nothing harms ghosts as they are already dead, they only need to move on.
Angels & Demons: These well known mythical creatures have been twisted in the views of traditional story telling. The reality of the fact is the roles are switched. It is not the Angels who are the kind and gentle guardians, or the Demons who are the cruel monsters who like to trick people, but the other way around. Demons are the guardians and advisers to other creatures. Though they are often mistaken for bad creatures for their dark looks. Don't be fooled by an angel's innocent face behind that masked smile lies a cruel and conniving creature who will try anything to lead you astray.
Giants The giants are quite the opposite of their name. In fact they are incredibly tiny. They look like midgets to a human some even smaller then that. They are called giants to appease their quick tempers. Once someone called a Gaint shorty and a tribe of them went after the human and his family. Giants hold increadible grudges and for being so small have great strength able to pull up a full grown Oak tree by its roots.
Migrating species
(in other words these are new species coming into the area)
Pixies- Like the giants these creatures have been poorly misunderstood. Instead of the small creatures they are portrayed to be Pixies are actually quite large, around 8-9Ft to be exact. Pixies are often shy and soft spoken people they have tiny wings on their backs that seem to have no purpose save to flap uselessly on their backs. (their wings are only a few inches large)
Goblins - Goblins are normally known as hateful creatures who deliver nightmares to children their hate and rage so strong it disfigures them gruesomely. In reality they are one of the most beautiful and protective creatures around. Many of them are well known for their Modeling jobs. Their magics revolve around dreams but not those of nightmares like legends say.
Dragons - Dragons are usually well known for their large size, great magic/wisdom, and eagle eyesight. In reality dragons range from the size of butterflies to large sparrows. They are as the saying goes :blind as bats" and often run into things. Their magic is wide spread and good but being so small they can only do small things. tough they are small they have vast knowledge which is correct in the legends, they are fluent in all languages of all species.
Elves - Elves are tall pointed eared creatures that are a bit slow to respond and take a long time to think over one idea. They are not at all gracefull creatures they appear to be they often stumble over their two feet or invisible rocks, their clumsy nature extends to their magic abilities which are there but often times backfire on them.
Faeries -
Fey usually are pretty as butterflied but in fact they are like moths plain and bland. Some out right ugly But they hold very strong magic so strong in fact they can make themselves to appear as pretty as Goblins but they must have the hair of a beautiful person to use as a base to create this illusion.
Where our story starts
Our story is more of a new world where everyone knows of the exsistance of these other creatures. They are pretty much accepted as part of normal society. This takes place in modern day USA, New York. And basicly vampires are trying to encourage the false stories of the other species to hide their weaknesses as many humans wish to control the other species populations. But some of the other species disagree with this and wish the humans to know the truth about them all, they wish to gain their trust.. if the humans found out that they were lying they think the humans would turn on them. But the vampires do not wish to be controled so they do all they can to keep these falsehoods spreading.

Bio : Jessica lives a life of lonelyness in an abandoned mansion, from a window high in the building, she waches the commoners below go about their daily lives, while she hides away in the darkness to afraid to show her mournful face to others fearing that she will never feel the warmth of love and happeiness. Jessica take what little happeiness she can grasp from granting little children wonderful dreams.
