BIO/Personality- He was usually a shy guy, and never had much experience with relationships. Only a few people knew he was gay, until it spread around teh school. Now some guys are afraid to talk to him and it made him mad and sad so he walks around the park and draws a lot to get his mind off things. He is submissive and can't really stand up for himself.

BIO/Personality- Alex is a commanding presence who likes to be in control. When he was young he was always poked and prodded by tutors, as he’d come from a noble family, and he was never allowed to do what he wanted to. Now to make up for that he is a bit nutty and wild, but he has a sweet side too him. He likes caring for things, and consequently has several small and strange pets. Over all he is a bit weird, and tends to bounce from being a goof ball one minute to being someone you REALLY don’t want to meet in a dark ally the next.

Many eyes were attracted to the spectical that was Alex as he walked through the park. He wore a pair of black dress pantes, a white turtle neck, and a loosly tied rainbow patterned tie. From his hand swung a bag with the word 'wonderbread' printed on it, and a few crusts inside. He intended to feed the ducks at the pond as he did most weekends. It appeared that few people in the park were used to him, no matter how often he came here.

Tanner looked up. It was that weird guy again. The colorful one who always fed the ducks... He laughed to himself then took out his sketchbook, starting to draw him and his outfit. He kept a close eyes on him as he did, it being hard to draw a moving subject.

A small smile fell onto Alex' lips as he began feeding the ducks. He had sat down indian style on the ground with no particular regaurd for his clothing. He notticed vaugly that he was being watched, and turned to return the favour to the person watching him. He was used to drawing eyes, he rather enjoyed doing so as a matter of fact, however the eyes on him now seemed a bit different, hence his turning to look.

Tanenr blushed slightly when he looked over at him, quickly looking down at his sketch and drawing in some details, trying to look like he wasn't looking at him.

Michael chuckled, well, at least he was being looked at by somone who was cute when they blushed. He turned back to the lake, tearing up some more of the bread crusts and throwing them to the ducks. "Allright ladies and gentlemen, I'm out." He adressed the ducks when he'd run out of crusts. He stood up, brushed him self off, and headed to talk to the person who'd been looking at him.

Tanner's face got redder when he noticed the guy was walking over to him. He quickly closed his sketchbook with his pencil in the place of the drawing, not wanting him to see what he was drawing. He picks up a book and makes it look like he's reading.

Alex sat on the bench on the opposit side as Tanner. He feigned disinterest at first, examining his fingernails, and then the clouds as if he didn't have a care in the world. He chuckled to himself, knowing it probably made him seem even crazier, "You know, when you don't turn the page for a certain length of time, and you hold your book upside down, people may just be able to guess you're not really reading. I meen, only if they're very savvy of corse, but I'd say you may want to try at least holding the book rightside up in future." He remarked finnaly.

Tanner blushed more, if possible, "I-... I just picked it up before you came over here. I didn't know it was upside down because I wasn't reading it yet..." He quickly turned the book around so it was rightside up. Oh god, was he embarrassed!

"If you say so. Only you've had it that way for quite a bit now." He pointed out. "If you wanted to stare openly you could have, people do it quite often. I promise not to club you or anything." He said. His voice had an absent minded quality to it. It made him sound as if he was thinking very deeply as he spoke. It was actually a traight picked up by accident, learning to speak English in different centuries was hard and did weird things to the way you spoke.

Tanner sighed. He probably was right... He stuck out his hand to shake, "I'm Tanner, by the way..." He says softly. He puts the book down and on top of his sketchpad.

"Alex." He said, taking the hand to shake. "Pleasure to meet you... oh." The hand he had taking Tanner's with still heald the 'wonderbread' bag. He quickly shoved his into his back pocket, re-offering his own hand. "Sorry 'bout that."

Tanner laughed, his blush fading, "Don't worry about it..." He shook his hand again. "So, why do you wear such... colorful clothes all the time?"

"Because I like them." He said shrugging. "I suppose you could say it's a quirk. When I was young I never got to wear anything I wanted, so now that I can do what I like I wear outlandish things. This isn't even one of my worst outfits either." Said Alex, smiling brightly.

Tanner laughs, "I guess I could get that..." He smiles, taking a breath as his blush fully fades... for now.

"Well, I'm glad you can." Said Alex. "You have a sketch book, I take it you like to draw?" He asked, for sake of conversation. This may be a good candidate for luring home and feeding off of. Not killing him, or turning him, just drinking his blood when needed. ((I'm off to bed, nighty night.))

Tanner nods, "A bit..." He blushes, remembering to have started drawing Alex.

"What kinds of things do you like to draw?" He asked, allready knowing that he had been the subject of one of these drawings.

Tanner shrugged, "Animals... people..." He looked at his sketchpad.

"May I see some?" Asked Alex. He wasn't so curiose to see his art, though he did want to see the picture that Tanner had drawn of him.

Tanner blushed and nodded, "Sure..." He slowly handed the sketchbook to him, fogetting the pencil marking his spot.

Alex took it, flipping through it. He flipped it open to the page marked by the pencil smiling, "Very nice. Rather acurate." He said.

Tanner blushed and jumped at his book, trying to take it back, "I just thought your outfit was workth drawing and so why not draw you in it heheh..."

Alex willingly surendered it. "No need to be embaressed. I don't mind." He said, smiling at him. "I think it's nice." He added. "Though you are cute when you blush." He said, leaning back, stretching his arms across the back of the bench.

Tanner tried not to blush more. 'Damnit Tanner! You blush to much!' He scolded himself in his mind, looking down. He starts stuffing his drawing stuff into a small pack.

Alex merely watched him. He didn't say anything quite yet, though he certainly intended to if Tanner looked too much like he was planning on leaving.

Tanner put the pack on his back, "I-I really should be getting home..." He murmurs.

"Allright." He said, standing up. " I should too. " He said. He yawned and stretched. Well, this wasn't going quite as he had wanted it too, but that was okay for the moment. "I don't suppose you would like to get a bite, before you go? I know I seem a bit nutty, but I'm also very nice when you get to know me." Alex said. Bite was the key word. ((^.~ ))

Tanner nodded, "Uhm, sure... I think I have time." He smiles softly.

"Good, come this way, I have a great place." He said. Have a great place, as in his home. Hey, when you needed to trick somone into being your next meal so be it. He liked the honest approach but that wasnt' possible now.

Tanner smiled, following Alex.

Alex lead him down the street a ways, they ended up in a little neighborhood of townhouses. He only hoped Tanner didn't get too suspiciouse. If he was lucky he could drink some of his blood and leave him alive. If Tanner got too suspiciouse too soon though, he may have to kill him, which wouldn't be a good thing.

Tanner looked around, "You sure we didn't get lost? It would be odd to build a restaurant here..."

"Nope, we're not lost." He said, wow, somone guilible, good. "Right this way." He continued leading him. His own home was towards the end of the strip of houses. "See, I need to stop at my house really quick and grab somthing, do you mind?" This was the point at which he allways said this, he used simular ploys each time he looked for somone to be his prey.

Tanner nodded slowly, "Okay... I guess I'll wait outside..."

"Oh, there's no need for that, you're welcome to step inside, it's awefully hot out here." He fealt somthing like some sort of weird child molester or somthing, maybe the wolf from little red riding hood. Luring an innocent victom home. This allways fealt strange to him.

Tanner smied, "No, really, I'm okay waiting out here...

"No, no, I insist, really." He said, unlocking and opening the door. They were close enough now, he could push Tanner inside if need be.

Tanner sighs and nods, "Kay..." He slowly walks into Alex's home.

Alex closed the door behind him, and locked it. ((Ominouse music))

Tanner blinked, "What are you doing...?"

Alex smiled a fanged grin, "Oh, nothing really." He said. His normally crystaline eyes suddenly glowed red, and his fangs lengthened so that they fell bellow his bottem lip.

Tanner slowly backed up, his sky blue eyes widening in fear. 'You're too gullible... like someone would ask you out... and see where is got you? You're going to be killed.' He sighed to himself.

"Look, I'm not going to kill you, before you start running all around the house. All I want is a bit of your blood then you're free to go." Alex said. He did not advance towards him just yet, hoping he would be a bit complient and not move. "I hate to have to trick people in here, but they tend not to follow when you tell them you 'vant to suck their blood' " He said, the last part in a dracula voice.

Tanner shook his head, "No..." He took another step backwards, keeping an eye on Alex.

Alex advanced forward slowly, looking as mournfully as if he didn't want to do this. But he had to eat, value human life if you can, take it if you can't. He wouldn't kill Tanner, if he could help if he wouldn't kill him, but it would all depend.

Tanner knew he had no escape... so he just gave up right then and there.

Alex was relieved that he didn't look like he wasn going to bolt. He kept moving forward slowly, Tanner was allready standing in frount of a wall, so he figured he would just back him into it.

Tanner stood still, too shocked to run, anyway. If he wanted to he couldn't. It's not like he wanted to anyway, it would just end badly.

Alex reached out to place his hands on Tanners shoulders to hold him in place. He was very slow, still expecting him to bolt away, in which case Alex would have to run after him, which he hated doing.

Tanner slowly started trembling. She squeezed his eyes shut, bracing himself.

Alex leaned down and sunk his fangs into Tanners neck. It probably didn't hurt too much, Vampires are like mosquitos, there's somthing in their fangs that kills the pain for the most part.

Tanner opened one eye. It didn't hurt as much as he thought it would. He flinched when the fangs went into him, though, closing his eye again.

The fangs were removed and Alex sucked at the punctures they left behind. He carfully moderated Tanners pulse, and when he'd had enough without sucking him dry he pulled away, licking the marks, sealing them over so that they wouldn't bleed all over the place.

Tanner felt exhausted. His eyelids were droopy, and he slid down the wall to the floor.

Alex reached down and scooped him up into his arms, taking him into a small spare room to lay him on the bed there. "There, now that wasn't so bad." He murmered.

Tanner groans, "You weren't the one with the fangs in them. So how do you know?" He just felt like arguing, even thought it actually wasn't too bad.

"Well, you aren't crying, dead, or writhing in pain. I'd say that's good." Said Alex passivly.

Tanner sighed. Like usual, the other person was right. He leaned his head back, opening his eyes to look at the ceiling.

"I'll get some orange juice from the kitchen, and you'll be right as rain in no time." The problem would be making sure he didn't run off and try to tell anyone. That was the biggest con to leaving people alive, they allways wanted to allert other people.

Tanner sighed and leaned back into the bed, pulling the covers up over his head.

Alex walked out to get a glass of orange juice. He came back quickly, "Allright look, I've left you alive, somthing I really didn't have to do. But if I let you leave here, and suddenly have concerned citizens nocking down my door, I will have to kill you." He said to the pile of blankets that was Tanner. "And if you can't promise pretty convincingly that you won't tell anyone, then I just won't let you leave at all." He hated making threats, it went so far against his nature, and that was obviouse plainly on his face. But this was necasary.

Tanner shook his head. "I can't promise that..." He sighed," And plus, if you had to take someone's blood... I'd rather it be mine..."

"So then, you'd rather I kept you here? " Asked Alex, not quite sure he understood what he said. "Here, poke your head out so I can see you and you can have some juice. It helps with the weakness." He had learned that trick from red cross blood donations.

Tanner nods, "I'd rather you keep me here than someone else." He says, trying to explain, "I mean, anyone else you'd decide to keep here may actually have friends that would care..." He mumbles the last part anf trails off.

He sighed, "There isn't honestly somone who'll miss you?" He asked, surprised. He really hated hearing that. Everyone should have SOMONE wh'd miss them if they just vanished.

Tanner thinks for a moment, "I don't really think so..."

"Parents, friends, lovers, somthing?"He inquired. He heald out the glass of orange juice to him. ((Do you like writing in past or present tense? If it's easier to write in present you can, I just get confused when they're mixed together.))

Tanner drank the orange juice slowly, "uuhh... maybe a friend or two, but they'd end up forgetting about me." He shrugs.

Alex nods, sighing lightly. "Well then," He says, "You can stay here, you give me blood, and I'll be a friend. Even if you don't, everyone needs somone to miss then." Alex says. He has lived alone a long time, and is used to being lonely and without somone to miss him.

Tanner smiles slightly, "Okay..." He sits up, putting the empty glass on the table next to him.

"How do you feel?" He asks. Tanner will probably be very dizzy, and Alex tells him so. "So you'd better be carefull if you stand up."

"A bit dizzy..." Tanner mumbles, holding his head lightly.

Alex nods, "Don't try to stand up just yet." He instructs. "Otheriwse you might fall over."

Tanner nods, "Kay..."

"Tilt your head so I can look at the punctures, please. I want to make sure they're healing over okay."Says Alex, gesturing that the other should do so with his hand.

Tanner nods, leaning his head away from the bite.

Alex places a gentle finger on the wound, examing it closely. "It looks okay." He remarks. He removes his fingers, "Okay, you can set your head upright now." He says.

Tanner moves his head back to it's previous position, "So, how long do people usually last before they run out of blood?"

[SiriuslyRemus]

"If things are done corectly, the person lives just as long as they would without a vampire feeding on them. The body is a miraculouse thing, capable of replacing lost blood. If the vampire is to drink only enough to sustain them, the human can live a perfectly normal life untill they die of some naturel cause." Explaines Alex matter of factly. He has a great respect for the human body, it rather facinates him.

Tanner nods, "Good to know..."

"I'm sorry I tricked you into coming here. Really." Alex says softly. "But I need to eat." He adds, eaqually quietly.

Tanne shrugs, "Like I said, it doesn't really matter."

"I'm glad you think so." He says. "Less dizzy yet?" He asks curiosly.

Tanner nods, "Yea..."

Alex smiles, "Good." He says. "Once you can stand up, I can get you some of the food I offered in the park." He says.

Tanner laughs, "Kay"

"Go ahead and try to stand up now, I'll hold onto your arm so if you're going to fall I can catch you, kay?" Suggests Alex. He wants to make sure that Tanner is really okay, if the weakness from the bite lasts too long he'll treat it with somthing.

Tanner nods, standing up. He seemed to be okay...

Alex holds onto his arm, evaluteing him. "You feel okay?" He asks.

Tanner nods, "Yea, I feel fine... a bit hungry though."

[SiriuslyRemus]

"Good. Okay, we'll head to the kitchen then." He says, slowly releasing his arm. "Let me know if you feel like you're going to fall or anything, okay?" He says, opening the bedroom door, which had fallen closed behind them.

Tanner nodded, following behind Alex slowly.

Alex leads him into t avery small, old fashioned kitchen. The walls are papered with sun flowers, and a large window makes the room very bright and sunny.

Tanner blinks at the room. Something else that's colorful... "So, what do you have to eat?"

[SiriuslyRemus]

"Um, a lot of meat. Maybe some salad, but othrewise probably not much." Alex says, shrugging. He never keeps much in the house, enough beef to keep him happy, some bottled blood when he can get his hands on it, and a bit of chicken for variety.

Tanner sighed and thought for a moment, "Do you have like hamburgers or something like that?"

"I think so." He says, openeing the fridge. He digs around for a few seconds, before pulling out a package of hamburger meat. "How do you like your burger cooked?" He asks, personally, he likes them rare, VERY rare. As in, still mooing.

Tanner shrugged, "I don't really care." He wasn't a very picky person, he would eat just about anything.

[SiriuslyRemus]

"Allrighty then, allow me to rephrase that. How SOON would you like it?" He asks. He forms the meat into a burger, and puts it in a pan which he places on the stove.

Tanner laughs, "Uhm, 10... 15 minutes?" He shrugged.

[SiriuslyRemus]

"So you like it cooked to absolute death?" Asks Michael, looking horridfied. "Never mind, I'll have it ready in seven minutes, that's medium." He says. He refuses to cook meat that much, it's sacreligiouse to him.

Tanner laughs, "Oh.." He grins and goes back into the living room-ish place, sitting down.

After a few minutes Alex brings two plates, one with a burger alone on it, the other with a burger on a bun. "Do you want somthing to drink?" Alex asks. "I have everything from apple juice to hard liquor."

Tanner laughs, "Uhm, got orange soda?" He took whatever plate Alex gave him.

[SiriuslyRemus]

"I think I might." Says Alex, looking as if he wasn't sure. "I'll check." He says, heading back to the kitchen. "No orange, I have sprite, coke, and DR pepper!" He calls.

Tanner smiles, "I'll take a Dr.Pepper!" He calls back. Dr.Pepper was his second favorite drink. 'For a captor, he really is nice... like that thing... what was it called... when the kidnapper become really nice to the people that were kidnapped?'

Alex comes back with DR pepper, still in the can. He doesn't quite consider himself a 'captor'. What he does is out of necisity. Besides, he really isn't forcing Tanner to stay here. If Tanner wants to leave he may, but Alex will continue to eat as he allways has. The same way humans eat beef.

Tanner smiles, "Thanks." He takes the soda and opens it.

"How are you feeling?" Askes Alex, sitting down next to him.

[teh-ch33to]

Tanner smiles slightly, "Better. Much better." He takes a sip of the soda, setting it down next to him.

[SiriuslyRemus]

"That one's yours." He indicates the burger on the bun. His own is pretty much raw, just browned on the outside.

Tanner nods, taking the burger and biting into it. He was actually hungrier than he thought...

Alex eats his with a fork, upon taking the first bite it becomes obviouse that it isn't really cooked at all. It is bloody and raw, he loves it.

Tanner looks at the burger and laughs inwardly, still eating his own. Then again, as a vampire, he probably thought eating all the way cooked through burgers was weird...

((As a human I find fully cooked burgers weird. Medium rare for me please! Pink and juicy ^-~))
"How is it?" Asks Alex curiosly. He isn't reall sure why humans need things so cooked. He understands it based on health, but otherwise it confuses him, Especially when it comes to things that don't need to be so cooked.

Tanner smiles and nods, "I like it. Thanks."

"Allright, good." It would be a sad vampire indeed who couldn't prepare meat properly.

Tanner grins, taking a sip of his soda.

Alex leanes back happily. He is very content, he has food in his belly and a bit of company. Life is good.

Tanner yawns, stretching his arms out wide.

"Tired?" Alex asks. He himself is a bit browsy, part of it being the day time. He can go out in the sun, but it makes him sleepy. Plus he burns easily.

Tanner nods slightly, "A bit..."

"If you want to go to bed you're welcome to. That's the guest room you were in earlier, you may stay there." Alex takes the empty plates into the kitchen, washing them up.

Tanner smiles, "Thanks." He stands up, heading toward the guest room he came out of.

Alex washes up the dishes sleepily. He is quiet ready to go to bed himself, but he knows he won't sleep if the house is messy.

Tanner jumps on the bed, yawning again. 'Hm... maybe this isn't such a bad thing after all...'

Alex fineshes his cleaning and heads to his own bed. He's allmost instantly asleep.

Tanner took a while to get to sleep, he was a bit uncomfortable.

It is three days later. Alex is hungry again. He decides to go look for Tanner and see if he can't get a bit of blood from him.

Tanner had just woken up. He yawns, stretching his arms out wide. He's trying to get into the nocturnal-ish state of mind, which kinda work, but kinda doesn't.

Alex knocks on Tanners door. He isn't sure if he's awake or not, so he waits only a second, then opens the door a bit. "Hello." He says.

Tanner looks over at him, "Hey, what's up?" he rubs his eyes.

"You just wakeing up?" He asks, not yet answering him. He moves and sits down on the edge of Tanners bed. His eyes are pink, a sure sign that they will be red soon.

Tanner nods, "Kinda." He laughs and looks at Alex. "So, what's up?" He asks again.

"I... kind of need blood. I don't suppose you'd be willing to accomodate?" Alex asks, looking a bit worried he'd say no.

Tanner thinks for a moment, "I guess, since you've been so nice to me."

Alex gently puts a hand on his shoulder, the other he tenitivly rests around his waist. "Tilt your head?" He requested.

He gently places his lips on Tanners neck. At first, on an impulse, he kisses it softly.

Tanner blushes darkly, almost gasping at that. He stays still, maybe it was an accident.

However it was no accident, Alex repeats the action gently. He can't help it.

Tanner's blush deepens as he does so, "A-Alex?"

"Mmhmm?" He hums against his neck in reply.

Tanner's hands tightens into fists for a moment. He quickly releases them, "W-What are you doing?" He asks slowly, his blush not getting any better.

"Erm, sucking your blood?" He offered as an explanation.

Tanner calms down slightly. But it doesn' really help get rid of the blush. It felt... different, last time.

He wasn't sucking his blood at all, he was kissing his neck and he knows it. But Alex won't say anything if that excuse was enough. Instead he slowly sinks his fangs into Tanners kneck.

Tanner let out a small, inaudible breath as Alex's teeth finally get to his skin. But what Alex did felt kinda... really good.

He removed his fangs, and again sucked at the small marks. He pulled back and licked the spot when he was fineshed. Then, he kissed the place he'd bitten.

Tanner closed his eyes halfway. But it wasn't because he was feeling drained again.

"Okay." Alex says. He doesn't want to pull away. Instead he wraps both arms around Tanner's waist, and rests his head on Tanner's shoulder gently.

Tanner wraps his arm back around Alex's waist, but a bit higher than Alex's arms. He smiles lightly to himself.

"I'll take that to meen you don't mind?" Alex asks softly into Tanners ear.

Tanenr thinks for a moment and nods. He smiles and pulls back slightly, turning his head so he is eye to eye with Alex.

Alex smiles at him. He can't help but lean down and lay a kiss on Tanners lips. It is light, and lasts only a second before Alex pulls away, apologising perfusly, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that. " He is blushing.

Tanner blushes deeply also and smiles, "It's okay..." He leans up and kisses Alex again.

This time Alex does not pull away immediatly, instead he kisses back. His arms remain around Tanner's waist, holding him close.

"Good." He said. "Come on, let's get out of the house. We could head down to the park or somthing?" He suggested.

Tanner tries to stand up again and falls on his knees. He closes his eyes and winces, sighing. "damn.."

Alex gently picks him up, setting him on the bed. "Here why don't we stay in instead?" He says, kissing Tanner's forehead tenderly.
