I say no. Even if her music is as good as it was, it won't be up to par with today's standards. And besides, she's a washed-up has-been with a messy divorce and two kids behind her, plus some very very bad PR. She'd have to have one hell of a good PR rep if she could even think about going back to the music scene - and even then, she might not make it.
