Alright...here we go....
Storyline: After the world being plunged into almost nothingness after 2313's non-nuclear world war 4, a city was built. The founder named it Utopia for that was what he wished the city to one day become, a Utopia. The founder of Utopia was a man in his 20's, he was very intelligent and creative. With a team of workers he made Utopia into a prosporous city. The man's name was Ryohei Kazugawa, he is considered to be the single greatest mind in the world. The city was quickly populated... but his dream of a Utopia was not coming. The men and women of the city did not want to listen. they simply wanted to live their lives normally. Ryohei spent years construcing an almost human robot of some sort. He called teh robots "Bio-Machina" Bio meaning life, and Machina meaning machine. The Bio-Machina looked and acted like humans, there were perfect, other than the fact that they showed no emotion. Ryohei sent the Bio-Machina out into the city for a test, they behaved perfectly...no crimes commited and they worked hard. But still, the humans troubled him...
Utopia was not the only city, but it was the most advanced. There were many other cities, but they did not even close to match Utopia. Every leader of every city went to a council every month to share ideas and things of that sort. But Ryohei never helped any of the other cities, he wanted Utopia to be the only city of it's kind. he began to go power hungry, he began to think like a madman. His idea for a perfect city was in his hands. The Bio-Machina were human enough to replace the humans.... and that was his plan, to destroy all human life in his city---and he sent the bio-Machina to do it.
The Bio-Machina are advanced in every way. Stronger, faster, smarter, with the millions of bioroids in the city. How are the humans to fight back and survive?
S.SPEC, a special tasks force was formed, they promised to protect every human with their lives. S.SPEC is a force made up of humans, as well as cyborgs. (A cyborg is a human is a human that has had machine parts installed into them in place of human parts.) That was two months ago....
Utopia is now a battleground, much against Ryohei's vision. Neither human nor Bio-Machina are safe in this city. Humans and Bio-Machina must fight, or be destroyed.
