Theres this other Yu-Gi-Oh, but it's called Yu-Gi-Oh GX! It carries on from the old one. Basically this is the story.

On April 7th Yu-Gi-Oh! GX begins a 20 episode story arc - Rise of the Sacred Beasts:
Underneath Duel Academy the shadows stir. Three ancient powers are restless in their captivity. Seven Spirit Gates hold them hostage. Seven Spirit Keys could spell their freedom.
