Josh sighed a little as he waited for his brother to get ready. His hair was black and green today, as were his clothes((first pic)). "C'mon. If you want me to drive you, you have to hurry up!" He said, only to occupy his mind.He had been thinking strange things about his brother lately. Things he shouldn't have been thinking at all...

Andy heard his brother call him and he quickly finished getting dressed. His brother had been acting strange, but he shrugged it off. He had to make it to a book club meeting and Josh told him that he would take him. He ran down the stairs and met Josh at the foot of the stairs.

Josh lightly tapped the steering wheel of his car, chewing on a piece of gum wile he did so. He knew he had to calm down... But for some reason, he felt he had to be close to his brother, at all times. He also knew that Andy's book club thought he was scary. He didn't care about that, though.

Andy climbed in the car, seeing his brother impatient. Andy knew Josh didn't exactly like the people in his book club, but that didn't stop him from going. Andy had always liked reading, since he moved in with Josh.

Josh started the ignition and drove out of the driveway. "So what were you supposed to read to today?" he asked, turning on the radio. He had to have some form of background noises, and the radio was perfect in the car. Or it was usually. Now it just made him think those wrong thoughts again...

"Well we're suppose to be reading 'Barabarians' today," Andy said, looking out the window. He wasn't really sure what it was about really, but he had read it once a couple years before.

Josh blinked. "What's it about?" he asked, a small smile on his lips. Small talk worked better than the radio. It was so much better, kept him occupied. But he knew that once Andy had gotten out of the car... Those thoughts would come back, and rot him from the inside...

"I know I read once before, but I can't remember," Andy said, looking back at his brother, "Wanna join us for this session?" Andy figured if Josh wanted to at least know what he was reading he should join a session, and Josh probably didn't want to be alone.

Josh smiled a little wider. "Alright. Wait.. Are you sure they won't be scared and run away? I mean, they don't like me. They think I'm scary. And I can't blame them, really. I mean, even I scare me sometimes."

"I'll explain it to them why you're there and you're not scary to me Josh," Andy said, smiling.

Josh chuckled a little. "My hair and eyes change every day. Of corse I'm scary." He said, turning a corner. "...I forgot to ask.. But who's house are you meeting at?" he asked, laughing nervously.

"It's Daviyon's this time," Andy said, "It should be up the road a little."

He nodded. "I know where he lives, I've driven you there before, remember?"

"You know how bad my memory is when it comes to where people live," Andy said laughing gently.

Josh laughed. "Yeah. I know. Oh, is there candy?" he asked, suddenly like a small child.

"Josh is that some kind of joke?" Andy asked him. He never knew of his brother as the candy type, but he quessed it could change.

He looked at him. "No joke... You know I love candy... Oh wait.. You never did find my secret stash..."

"I'm not exactly sure if there'll be candy," Andy said, "And keep you're eyes on the road."

Josh looked at the road. "If there isn't candy, I'm gonna go buy some."

Andy laughed at his brother's comments.

"I'm serious. I need sugar." he smiled

"Oh yeah what about all that suger you had this morning at breakfast?" Andy asked him after he stopped laughing, "Did that go through your system?"

He nodded. "Yeah. Isn't there some gum somewhere in this car.." he muttered, starting to look for gum

"Yeah," Andy said, and he started to help Josh look for the gum.

"Found it!" he said proudly, holding it into the air

Andy quickly grabbed onto the steering wheel, so they wouldn't fall into the ditch.

"Wah! Sorry!" Josh said, also grabbing the wheel.

"Be glad you have me. Or you would've been flying out the windsheild," Andy said.

"No... My belt is on." he said with a smile.

Andy let out a snuff of air from his nose and sat back down in his seat. Sometimes Josh was a little too reckless when it came to sweets.

He put the gum in his mouth and started chewing, smiling

As they stopped by Daviyon's house, Andy stepped out of the car.

Josh smiled, getting out of the car as well. He locked it after closing the door.

Andy walked up to the door and rang the bell. Soon Daviyon let both of them in.

"Is there any candy?" He smiled and kicked off his shoes.

"Uhhhhhhhhhh yeah there is," Daviyon said, staring at Josh.

Andy kicked off his shoes and said, "He's getting on another suger spree and he wants to know about the book we're reading."

He smiled. "Where is the candy?" he asked, bouncing up and down

"It's in the living room," Daviyon said, leading the way to the living room. Andy just shrugged his shoulder when Daviyon looked back at him.

Josh smiled. "Candy candy candy."

Daviyon and Andy sat on the couch.

Josh saw the bowl of candy on the table, and jumped onto the table, starting to eat the candy.

Andy got up from the coach and pulled Josh off the table.

Josh held on to the bowl as he was dragged off the table.

"You know better," Andy said, "Than to do that at someone else's house."

"So-rry!" he said, smiling as he ate the candy

Andy began to laugh as more people from the Book Club began to file into the living room.

Josh looked up every now and then.
A girl scooted over to Andy. "He... He looks like a wild animal.." she whispered, "what's he doing here?"

"He wanted to know what the book was about," Andy whispered.

"He never wants to know what the books are about..." she muttered. Josh looked up at her, and she whimpered, taking a step away from him

"He's a really nice person once you get to know him," Andy said to the girl and to the group in general.

Josh ignored them as he ate his candy.
The girl looked at Josh, scared. "Are his eyes gonna change in front of us?"

"I'm afraid not," Andy said.

Josh had long since eaten all of the candy, and was now simply waiting for the meeting to end.

Andy and the group closed their books and started to file out the living room. "Hey ready to go home Josh?" he asked.

Josh nodded. "Yeah."
The girl waved at Andy. "Bye, Andy!" she said with a smile and left.
Josh looked at the girl, than at Andy. "She likes you.."

Andy waved back and said, "Let's just go." and he headed toward the vehicle.

Josh nodded. "Do you like her too?"

"I guess," Andy said.

"Oh yeah? What kind of girl is she?" Josh asked, hiding the fact that he now didn't like the girl. She was mean... Called him a monster. And in addition to that, she liked his little brother, and he liked her. Josh had to get her out of Andy's life.

"All I know is that she likes to read Stephen King books," Andy said.

"Who's Stephen King?" Josh asked

"He's a horror author," Andy said, smiling gently at his brother.

"Oh. Well, that's cool... So I guess when she called me a monster, it was meant as a good thing."

"I dnon't know, but she seemed very scared by you," Andy said.

"Is it my fault I don't want to look the same every single day?"

"No it's not your fault. You're just being you."

Josh sighed. "I know. Wonder when they'll find out that they're out of candy..."

Andy laughed and said, "Then let's head back home."

He smiled. "Yeah."

Andy got into the vehicle.

Andy turned up the radio as Josh turned on the vehicle.

Josh got out of his car. "So, whens the next meeting?"

"Next week. Ready for more already?" Andy asked opening the door.

"More candy, yes." Josh said with a smile.

"I don't think I'll allow you to get sick, so no more candy," Andy bluntly pointed out.

"Why noooot?"

"I'm afraid of you getting sick and I don't want you sick," Andy said, walking to the house, and unlocking the door.

"I promise I wont!" Josh said quickly

"Let's get inside it looks like it's going to rain," Andy said walking in the door.

Josh followed. "I'm gonna play some video games." he said with a smile

"I can watch you," Andy said. Even though his brother was an adult, he acted like a child. Andy didn't understand him.

He smiled. "Thanks!" he said, hurrying over to the tv.

Andy nodded and sat on the coach.

Josh sat down on the floor, turning on the TV and starting to play his video games

He started playing, smiling happily

"You're pretty good," Andy said, slipping off the couch, onto the couch and next to his brother.

He continued playing. He liked having Andy this close to him, although it gave him those sickening thoughts

Life seemed better with Josh happy and on his game station.

Josh smiled happily as he played. "Can I have candy, now?"

"I'll get it for you," Andy said, getting up.

Josh smiled. "Thanks." he said.

Andy smiled back at him as he walked into the kitchen to find the candy.

He smiled. "In the bottom drawer next to the fridge."

"Okay thanks!" Andy said. He opened the fridge and brought the candy out. He went into the living room once more and handed it to Josh.

He smiled and started eating the candy. "Thank you~"

"You've always loved candy haven't you?" Andy asked.

He nodded as he ate and played

Josh put the game on pause

He smiled back, and took the second to last piece of candy.

Andy laughed and took the last piece of candy.

Josh whined. "Heeeey!"

"You have to get it from me first," Andy said tossing his head to the side.

Josh grabbed Andy's head. "Don't be childish! Gimme!" he said, trying to take it from him

As Andy began to cry in pain, his lips accidently met Josh's.

Josh's eyes widened a little, but he pressed his lips against Andy's.

Andy began to squirm. Then after a while he became tired.

Josh realized what he was doing and jumped away. "AH! Why did I do that?!"

"I don't know," Andy said.

"Calm down Josh!" Andy barked.

Josh looked at him. "But... I'm not supposed to do stuff like that!" There they were again... Those thoughts... This time, he was imagining Andy changing in front of him

"You need to calm down and think about," Andy said.

Josh stared him.

"I'll go fix some dinner in the meantime," Andy said getting up, "We need more than candy in our stomachs."

Josh nodded slowly. "Y-yes..."

Andy pulled out two cans tomatoe soup and poured them into a big pot he brought out. He poured milk into each of the cans and poured them in. Andy mixed it around and turned on the fire.

Josh sat there, sorting out his thoughts.

As soon as the soup got hot enough, Andy shut off the stove and poured some into two bowls. He put the two bowls onto a tray and carried them to where Josh sat.

"Thanks..." Josh mumbled, taking one of the bowls, and a spoon

"So what have you got sorted out?" Andy asked.

"So far.. Only my homework..."

"But other than that... Nothing..."

"What about you?"

"I'm still a little confused," Andy admitted.

"They were getting tired."

This time Andy's arms went under Josh's arms and he kissed him back.

He smiled. "Okay!"

Andy pulled out the ice cream from the freezer.

Josh smiled. "I'll warm up some chocolate."

Andy smiled as he sat the ice cream down on the counter and got some bowls for them.

Josh started to melt some chocolate

Andy scooped some ice cream and put it into one bowl and did the same for the other bowl.

Josh poured the chocolate onto the ice cream

Andy raised himself a bit higher and kissed his brother.

Josh broke the kiss. "Let's eat our ice cream."

"Okay," Andy said removing his arms and he grabbed a bowl.

Andy went into the living room and sat on the ground.

Andy began to eat his ice cream, immediatly feeling cooled off.

"Your lips are cold," Andy said laughing.

Josh smiled and put some of the hot chocolate on his finger. "Want?" he whispered, holding his finger in front of Andy's mouth.

Andy nodded and took his brother's finger in his mouth.

Josh smiled at this. "Is it good?"

"Yeah it is."

He kissed him softly

He broke the kiss and smiled. He continued eating
