Elizabeth stood on the tsage along with all the other Slaves. She had bruises and cuts all over her body from getting beaten from her recent master. She stared down at the floor as the people bid on her.
"125 gold pieces going once, going twice" the auctioner was about to sell her to an old man who bid 125 gold pieces on her. The people clamped a leash onto her neck and held onto the other side, ready to give her to the old man.

"250 gold" Adaline said standing up.

The auctioner looked at her and smiled "sold, for 250 gold" he said and hit his mallet on the little pad thingy.
Elizabeth looked up to see who her new master would be, but a man smacked her in the back of the head to make her put her head back down. The man walked her out to Adaline and handed her the leash.

Adaline took the leash "you can lift your head. i won't hurt you."

Elizabeth hesitated, but lifted her head to reveal her scratched face. Her hair was tangeled, and she looked horrible. She didn't have bandages on her cuts, so they were open wounds.

Adaline sighed "come on. let's get you home." she said and started walking away.

Elizabeth put her head down and followed her.

when they got back to the house Adaline opened the door for her. she got the stuff to clean the wounds and let her clean then. "get the cuts clean then go take a shower. you'll have clean clothes and then you'll brush your hair. you have to wash it first ok."

Elizabeth looked at her in shock. She nodded quickly and found the bathroom. She began cleaning her cuts and then she took a shower, washing her hair.

Adaline got some clean clothes and put them by the bathroom door "your clothes are right by the door" she said to her.

"Thank you" she said in her shy british voice. She slowly opened the door and then closed it when she grabbed her clothes. She put them on when she was done drying off, and then she began to brush her hair.

"your welcome." Adaline said walking away.

Elizabeth smiled at her reflection in the mirror. Her wounds where cleaned up and her hair was silky and untangeled.
I wonder why Master would do this for me

Adaline was in the kitchen and heating up some food for the girl waiting for her to come.

Elizabeth quickly walked out of the bathroom and followed the scent of food, hoping that her master would be in there.

Adaline looked at her and smiled then passed the food to her "as you can tell i'm not any normal master. you don't have to act like a slave for me unless i want you to."

"Then...why would you buy a slave if you didn't want them to act like one" Elizabeth asked, her voice in a low whisper because she had lost it from screaming so much. She looked at her food.

"it's hard to explain." Adaline said looking away.

Elizabeth looked at her confused.
"how hard could it possibly be" she said, wondering if she was being nice just so Elizabeth would trust her, then poisen her with the food.

"very hard" Adaline said "just eat up. you look hungry."

She nodded and ate her food.

Adaline walked out of the kitchen and went to sit on the couch.

Elizabeth finished eating her food. She looked around and sat her plate by the sink. SHe walked into the room that Adaline was in but she stood by the couch. She wasn't used to sitting down on anythign but a hard floor, so she mostly stood everywhere she went.

"you can sit down. just be confortable." Adaline said patting the seat next to her.

Elizabeth hesitated before sitting down beside her. She sighed in relief.

"you not used to this are you?" Adaline asked turning on the tv.

Elizabeth's head was down "no" she answered quickly, staring at the floor.

Adaline smiled "well you need to get used to it. i'm not trading you." she said looking at her.

Adaline looked back at the tv then handed her the remote "why don't you find something you want to watch."

((ok, well its just a theory, but its sooooo correct. Stephanie said that she based Breaking Dawn after a midnight summers dream, which means that there is a 4 way love. We already have bell edward and jacob, so the only other one would be tanya, because she is in the book u know. So Tanya likes edward, Edward loves bella, Jacob loves Tanya, and bella loves jacob and edward, it makes perfect sense T.T))

Elizabeth took the remote and looked through the channels. "umm....i don't like anything..." she said looking at her. She literally didn't like anything, she wasn't aloud to like anything at all.

Elizabeth yawned. She hadn't had sleep in days.

Adaline walked into another room and looked at it then cleaned it up a little and went back to see Elizabeth "i have a room ready for you when you get tired."

"can you show me where it is now please?" she asked nicely.

Adaline nodded and walked over to a room.

Elizabeth followed her silently.

Adaline opened the door "go ahead and sleep as long as you want."

Elizabeth smiled and bowed slightly "thank you" she said before walking in the room an plopping down on the bed, and quickly fell asleep.

Elizabeth curled up under the blankets and slept for almost 2 straight days.

Adaline was in her room by the second day looking at the ceiling.

Elizabeth finally woke up, feeling alot better then she did when she went to sleep. She definantly wasn't tired anymore.

Adaline walked down stairs and went into the kitchen to get a glass of blood.

Elizabeth walked out of the room and into the kitchen. She saw the blood and stared at her Master.

Adaline stopped as soon as she saw Elizabeth and wipped her mouth.

Elizabeth blinked a few times, staring at her in horror.

"sorry you had to see that. i didn't know you were wake" Adaline said looking at the ground.

She shook her head "i didn't see anything" she said walking back to her room, trying to convince herself that it wasn't blood

Adaline sighed "great job, Adaline." she said to herself and walked up to elizabeths' room.

Elizabeth was laying on her bed staring at the ceiling.

"hey are you going to be ok?" Adaline asked.

She merely nodded, still staring at the ceiling.

Adaline sighed and sat next to her on the bed "i'm sorry."

"why were you drinking blood?" she asked looking at her.

"i'm a demon." Adaline said looking down.

Elizabeth's eyes windened "a...demon" she said sitting up and staring at her.

Adaline nodded "i'm just sorry you had to find out that way."

"so since i know your a demon, will you tell me why you bought me if you didn't want me to be your slave?" she asked her.

Adaline didn't answer.

She sighed and the layed back "ok then" she said

"i was looking so i would set someone free. when i saw you i didn't want to let you go free. i wanted you to stay with me." Adaline said looking at her.

She blinked "ok..." she slowly said, then smiled "that wasn't so hard"

"it gets harder to explain." Adaline said and then looked at the ground.

Elizabeth crawled over to sit right infront of Adaline. "Well, you can tell me anything. And whatever you say, i promise i won't judge you or anything, i promise" she said looking at her.

Adaline looked at her and smiled "i can't." she said getting up and walking out of the room.

Elizabeth pouted. She layed back down on the bed.

Adaline walked into the kitchen and finished the blood.

Elizabeth stared at her. She wasn't used tob eing out of the house, at all. "umm...sure" she said standing up and yawning.

"great. we can go to the mall and get you some new clothes." Adaline said smiling.

Elizabeth nodded and stood up.

Adaline walked to the front door and waited for Elizabeth.

She nodded and looked up at the bright sky, which she hadn't seen in so long.

Adaline made it to a store and walked in holding the door open for her.

She nodded a thank you to her master and then walked in.

Elizabeth smiled and looked around at the store.

"find anything you want to wear. get a pairs of clothes" Adaline said standing by the door waiting.

Elizabeth nodded and walked around the store. She got mostly dresses, cause thats what she enjoyed to wear. She got some sweat pants and other clothes as well.

Elizabeth was done shopping, she needed to pay for it now.

Adaline walked over to her and gave her more money then she needed to pay for it.

Elizabeth wasn't used to being in restraunts. Usually when her masters went to eat, she would be stuck at their home, cleaning.

Adaline looked out the window. Jake came back with a drink that looked like a blood smoothy. "sorry about that. there was a little trouble in the back." Adaling smiled "it's ok."

Adaline wondered what was wrong with Elizabeth.

Elizabeth went in her room, found some clothes, and then walked to the bathroom. She started the shower and got undressed. She climbed in the shower and yawned.

Adaline sighed and walked into the kitchen.

Elizabeth finished her shower and quickly dryed off. She put her clothes on and then walked to the kitchen.

Adaline looked at Elizabeth and then at the ground.

"uhh...are you ok?" she asked checking herself to see if something was wrong with her. She had her clothes on right, nothing on her face, and nothing in her hair. So she looked back at Adaline.

"yeah. i'm fine" she said and walked out of the kitchen and to the back door.

Elizabeth sighed and went back to her room. "maybe i should leave" she mumbled, staring at her bed.
