Sam was pulling his books together for school that day. He had the T.V. on so he could hear other voices.

Alex woke up, late. He had a book over his head, he jumped up and quickly went to change,he remebered he had set up everthing the night before and sighed.

Sam turned off the T.V. as he heard Alex getting up and went to the kitchen to grab some food.

Alex walked over to where he was, being quiet, then put his hand over his eyes.

Sam jumped a little. He pouted. "Alex..."

Sam grumbled. "I never loved being scared." He pouted.

"I think I'm glad I'm the taller one" He said, and just to tease Sam a little he put it on his head and wobbled a little, it then fell off his hean and he caught it the last possible second, a small smirk on his face.

Sam grabbed it. "Alex, don't tease me in the morning." He glowered.

"why not" Alex asked, pouting some "Your fun to tease" Alex then grabbed his own lunch. Alex said "Or maybe you just want me to tease you later"

Sam sighed. He rubbed his temples. "Whatever...We're gonna be late for the bus." He said and grabbed his backpack.

Alex grabbed his, putting his lunch in it. Alex walked out the front door.

Sam pouted again and smoothed it down. "I stayed up late doing homework."

Sam sighed desparingly, then bolted for the bus stop.

Alex started to run after him, seeing the bus start to turn to got to their stop

Sam got on the bus and plopped down on a seat.

Alex went to get on when the door was closed on his nose, practly, hee banged on the door" lemme in" He yelled from the other side, getting annoyed quickly

sam hide a smile, but, when the bus driver wasn't looking, opened the door.

Alex hopped in quickly, flashing some girls in the back a smile and sitting next to his brother" I wounder how long it'll take before the newbies realize I'm gay"

Sam rolled his eyes. "Most likely not long..." He looked at his brother. "BUt it'll take longer if you keep teasing them."

"all the second years look really mopey" Ace said, looking around the bus some, before he spotted his friend, or more his boyfriend. He was more of an outcast because of his bright blue hair.

Sam noticed and rolled his eyes, he nudged him.

Sam sighed, not even moving. "No...I'm not like you Alex."

Alex huffed and let him go" for a little brother your such a pain sometimes.You don't even try to annoy me any more. Or play pranks on me, or anything for that matter" he sighed and pouted at him "What is up with you?"

Sam shrugged. "I grew up I guess..." He shrugged again. I was kinda hoping you would notice sooner...

Alex twitched" no wounder your so scary now" he gently scooted over to the edge of his seat "hey, Jake, can i sit with you?" he asked his boyfriend, who refused him and said "nah, I'm saving it for my crush" Alex blinked serval times and sat back in the seat.

Sam pouted, then grabbed his backpack and stood up as the bus doors opened.

Alex grabbed his bag, walking after his brother.

Sam nodded, head down. He walked to his locker, three lockers down from Alex's.

Alex went to his locker, and grabbed what he needed and let what he wouldn't need. he grabbed hispencil pouch which he hardly ever let anyone look in.

Sam filled up his backpack and put some stuff away. He closed his locker and pulled his backpack onto his shoulder.

Alex only had his binder and he walked behind Sam, waiting for him to notice he was following right behind him.

Sam glanced and jumped. "What? You go in the opposite directon..." He pointed.

"I have to go to the office"Alex said

"Why?" sam stopped and looked at him. "What did you do?"

"I got into a fight" Alex said.

"WIth who??" Sam wondered who would fight with Alex, he wasn't one of the toughest, but he was pretty quick to bounce back.

"Hey, he started it, I got a bloddy nose, and was even worse" Alex said

"When was this?" Sam looked at Alex confused. "I never saw a bloody nose."

"when I went over to a friends house, it was a cover up" Alex said

Sam sighed and walked with him to the office.

Sam waited for Alex by the flag pole.

Alex walked outside side, mumbling something as he held a tissue over his nose. which was covered in blood"stupid jerk, punched me AND broke my nose"

Sam sighed and touched the tissue. "WHo was it?"

Alex said "Some Jock with the same name as me."

Sam sighed. "C'mon, let's get you home before dad get's home."

"Kay" Alex said, walking next to him.

sam sighed. "You find the oddest ways to get in fights."

"yes I do." Alex said "He punched me for no reason."

"Suuure." Sam nodded, rolling his eyes.

"you can ask him tomarrow, he'll say it's because I have weird hair and touched his guy. how the hell am I spose to know who his guy is. Ow." Alex winced as he accidently put his nose back into place

Sam sighed and looked ahead. "Five more minutes."

"ow, till what?" Alex asked

"Till we get home." Sam said, smiling. "And stop moving it...That's what's making it hurt dummey."

Alex said "but it makes this cool crack noise when i do"

"EW!" Sam made a face. "That's gross Alex!"

"What can i say, getting my nose broken has benifits" Alex said, shrugging, he puuled away the tissue, a bit of blood already started to flow down.

Sam hurried him into the house and pushed him into a chair. He went to the bathroom to get some supplies.

Alex sighed, tilting his head back.

Sam came back and started cleaning up the blood.

"Is it bad if I'm starting to see spots?" Alex asked.

Sam sighed. "Yes...Do you want me to call the hosipal or anything?"

Alex shuddered "you should know I hate hospitals"

Sam nodded. "I do...BUt I also don't want you to get brain damage."

Alex said" I'd get that how now?"

[storm_angel]

Sam sighed. "Did you know you can die from breaking your nose? Yeah, all you have to do is push the cartalage back far enough to touch your brain, and then poof...Dead." He cleaned the last bit off and started to bandage the nose again.

"well that would suck"Alex said

sam rolled his eyes again, sighing. He put a bandage on his nose. "Alright, all done for now."

"so try not to touch my nose to much?"Alex said.

"Obviously." Sam said, then sighed. "Want some ice or something?"

"wouldn't putting ice on it add pressure"Alex asked

Sam hadn't thought of that. "Not if you don't press hard."

"okay"Alex said. he smirked some, knowing that Sam hadn't thought of it.

Sam glared at the smirk. "Hey, I fixed your nose, so don't smirk like that."

"Yeah I know i shouldn't"Alex said.

Sam rolled his eyes. "Is your homework done?"

"yeah" Alex said "you sound like dad"

Sam stuck out a lip. "Don't say that..." he didn't get along with his father, and sounding like him was a bad step.

Sam rolled his eyes. "Well, I still have homework to do." He pulled his backpack up to the table and took out his books.

"Um...English, and math...And a bit of biology."

Sam blinked at him. "Sure...What do you think you can do?"

Sam pulled his english text book out and pushed it across the table towards him.

"96 to 98. Numbers 18-56." Sam sighed. "it's gonna take me forever."

" you still wounder what that pile of papers is that I kepp up in my room?"Alex asked.

Sam looked at him, pausing. "Do I even want to know?"

"their papers from the last couple of years"Alex said, grining at him.

Sam rolled his eyes. "Don't tell dad that, he'll have a feild day all over your butt."

"why do you think I hide them in my closet?"Alex said, being quiet

Sam nodded. "I don't get why you upset him so much.."

Sam sighed and shut up so he could finish his homework.

Alex went to his bed room and grabbed the homework, he then walked over to Sam"I only got two wrong so we'll have to figure thouse two out."

"Obviously." Sam said, finishing up his math.

"Nope..." Sam sighed.

"besides getting a broken nose I don't have anything intresting either that you don't know"Alex said

Sam chuckled. "Well, what new guy are you crushing on?"

"some really cute guy with black hair."Alex said "he was really nice when that guy decided to kick my binder over the fence, stupid jock"

"heeyyy, normally I'm the one who gets broken up with" Alex said, poking sam in the arm.

Sam pulled his arm away. "Yeah...But you also tend to ignore guys."

Sam shrugged. "Eh...That's not what i hear."

Sam smiled. "Alright, what shall we have tonight?"

"Hm..." Sam got up and walked to the kitchen.

Sam opened the fridge and peered in.

Alex placed his head on top of Sam's and looked in also.

Sam stared blankly ahead. "Do you mind?" He asked politly, meaning the hand, not that he minded. He just wanted to seem like it...A normal brother would mind the hand on top of his head...but Sam didn't.

"why should I move my head?" Alex asked, looking through the fridge.

"Hmph." Sam said, turning his moth to the side.

Alex said"you would've moved if I bothered you that much.

Sam just 'hmph'd again. "Whatever." He mumbled. He reached in and pulled a container of pasta out.

"Yay, pasta, something I can add spices to."Alex said.

Sam smiled. He moved Alex's hand from his head and grabbed two bowls, spooning it out into them.

Alex said "The last time I added pumpkin spice with cinnamon tasted alright.

Sam looked at him confused. "Are you serious?"

"yep" Alex said.

Sam shook his head. "You couldn't be my brother...You're too weird." He wished that was true...but he couldn't tell Alex that.

"Of course, one of us has to be weird."Alex said.

Sam smiled slightly and placed the bowls int he microwave.

Alex grinned "although no one liked it"

"No one liked what?"

"cinammon and pumpkin spice."Alex said

Sam chuckled, shaking his head. "Of course no one liked it...It sounds gross."

"no one tried it though"Alex said.

"That doesn't mean anything Alex." He took the bowls out.

"people just think I'm weird."Alex said

Sam smiled. "I wonder why." He said sarcastically.

Sam shrugged. He handed Alex a bowl. "There ya go bro."

Sam smiled and nodded. "Add what you want."

Alex said" I think I'll just go with cheese for once."

Sam smiled and nodded. "Good choice."

Sam nodded. "I know...I've lived with you since...well, forever."

"Yep,it's weird to think I didn't have you for a short time"Alex said.

Sam pouted slighlty. He hated being known as the smarter, yet younger kid.

"I think it's Kinda cool that your smarted than me. It's funny how I end up having to ask you for help most of the time."Alex said

Sam laughed a little. "Really? I find being smart extremley annoying."

"Eh, I can't say anything about it."Alex said.

Sam looked at him. "What do you mean?"

Alex said"I love reading, but I'm horrible at everything else."

Sam chuckled. "I know the reading part...And also the other part."

Alex said" I think it's just that I'm a year old."

"What's becuase your'e a year older?"

"that I'm smarter than you."Alex said

Sam sighed and nodded. "True..."

Alex shrugged, wrapping his noodles around a fork before taking a bite, ending up having some noodles cover his chin.

Sam almost threw his food across the table as he laughed. He held a hand in front of his mouth and laughed silently.

Alex licked his chin with his long toungue. cleaning up the traces of noodle "mmm, As good as ever" He then took another bite of noodle.

Sam rolled his eyes and continued to eat.

Alex said"I'm weird eh?"

"We established that, didn't we?" Sam asked.

"Yeah, but your so. Eh normal."Alex said,

Sam pouted. "What is that supposed to mean?"

"You don't stick out much."Alex said

Sam shrugged. "So? Maybe I like to blend in..."

"Eh, I think the only way you stick out is bacause your cute." Alex said, he badly wished he could tell him that he thought that his little brother was cute, hot even. He knew he would ruin the relationship he had with him though and would contiune to write about him..
