Helen wondered around. The moonlight being the only light she had. Smiling as she walked she looked around. Something seemed strange that night, she just didn't know what.

Orfeo ran threw the forest as fast as he could. He was injured and needed blood. He was running out of time he was going to die.

Helen closed her eyes and ran right into Orfeo. She fell over and held her head "S-Sorry..." she said getting up to help him up.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo looked at the elvish woman with a plea for help in his eyes. He was about ready to fall over from hunger and blood lose.

Helen blinked than helped him up "Come with me...you need to be seen after.." she said takeing him with her back to her hut. Laying him down on her bed she took out some medical herbs and dressings to help.

[Sad Eyes]

Losing his mind due to the hunger, the drive, he bared his fangs but forced himself not to touch her.

"Vampire I see...." She said turning to tend to his wounds. She smiled kindly up at him "I have a vile of blood here...." She said handing it to him "I have vampire often come in here to get away from the villagers..."

[Sad Eyes]

'She knows not what she does.' Orfeo thinks to himself as he grabs the vile and drinks it his hunger abated for now.

Helen stopped and got up to put away the medical stuff. She looked back at him "What happened to you, If I may ask..."

[Sad Eyes]

"Lilithe." was all Orfeo could muster to say as he stared at the ceiling, the woman had turned him and now hunted him for her pleasure.

Helen nodded not wanting to pry into his business. She fixed something to eat than asked "Would you like anything? Something to Drink or Eat?"

[Sad Eyes]

"No thank you ma'am." Orfeo answers as he looks at her his red eyes shinning through the darkness. "What do they call you?"

"They call me Helen of the Forest...." She answered softly sitting down at the small table to eat her food.

[Sad Eyes]

"I am...I am Orfeo, Orfeo...Sullivan." Orfeo gasps out as pain courses through his wounds.

Hele got up "You alright?" she asked going to check his wounds.

[Sad Eyes]

"Yes, Miss Helen." Orfeo answers

Helen nodded and sat back down "How old are you Orfen? You look only 18..."

[Sad Eyes]

"I am Eight hundred Miss...Miss Helen." Orfeo answers as he grabs her hand as pain goes through him again.

Helen held his hand with a slightly tight grip "Orfeo? Let me treat your wounds...Your in pain."

[Sad Eyes]

"No..I can't let you." Orfeo gasps as he shakes a bit from the pain. Soon, soon he would be asleep and then she could work but not till then.

"Alright...Wait sun up will be soon...I need to go bring the shades down..." She said letting go of his hand to do her task.

[Sad Eyes]

"Th-Thank you." He whispers as he drifts in and out of consciousness

"Your welcome...." Helen whispered and started to tend his woulds. Once she cleaned them up and dressed them she sat down lighting a few candles for light. She sighed a little and took out an old book.

At noon Orfeo wakes up, his hunger returning and he sees the woman, Helen."
"M-Ma'am I'm hungry."

Helen looked up from her book "What would you like to eat?" she asked putting her book down walking over to him.

[Sad Eyes]

"B-Blood." he whispers in shame

Helen nodded "You drank the last I had...But you can have some of mine..." She said offering him her wrist. She gave a kind smile "I don't mind." for a girl of only seventeen she seemed to act older.

[Sad Eyes]

"Y-you su-sure Miss Helen?" he asks as he can smell the blood in her veins.

"I'm sure." Helen said with a small nod.

[Sad Eyes]

"T-thank yo-you." he whispers as he bares his fangs, grabs her hand, and bites down on the wrist.

Helen bit her lip than whispered "Your welcome.."

Orfeo bites down harder as the pleasure he gets from her sweet Elvish blood intensifies with every suck.

Helen closed her eyes than sat down on the bed.

[Sad Eyes]

Finally drinking his fill he slowly released his fangs from her wrist. "I'm sorry if I hurt you, Miss Helen."

"It's alright..." Helen said softly she got up and wrapped her wrist in a bandage before sitting back down. She felt light headed, but glad she could help him.

[Sad Eyes]

"Is there anyway I can repay you?" he asks as he looks into the candle.

"I don't know what you could do...But you can help me around the forest at night." she said looking at him with a small smile.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo looked at her with a smile of thanks, "I could do that."

"Good." she said getting up looking out the window "It's almost night time....I have a lot to do to night."

[Sad Eyes]

"M'kay." he answers as he looks at her

She went back over to him "How do you feel now?"

[Sad Eyes]

"Much better Miss Helen." Orfeo answers as he struggles to get up. He had been in bed to long.

Helen went over to him. Helping him up.

[Sad Eyes]

"Thank you Miss Helen." Orfeo stammers as he gets to his feet.

"Your welcome, and you don't have to call me Miss...I'd rather just be called helen." She said with a small smile.

[Sad Eyes]

"Okay, M...Helen." Orfeo smiles at her as he says that looking down at her.

Helen smiled up and him and moves over to the window "It's night time...I need to get to the village.."

"Shall I go with you?" Orfeo asks as he grins, baring his fangs.

"Sure, I don't think the elders will mind." She said walking over to the door.

"Okay Helen."

Helen walked out into the moonlight smiling. She loved the night most of the time anyways.

Orfeo followed behind her. She was beautiful in the moonlight.

Helen turned her head to look at him "Orfeo...When we arive at the village...Pleae try not to scare anyone..."

"Of course Helen." He says as he walks beside her.

Helen smiled up at him. She looked at him in the moonlight and tried not to blush. he was really handsome...she felt so plane beside him.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo looked at Helen when he knew she wasn't looking. She was too beautiful to associate with the likes of him. He knew that one day she would get hurt so he knew he had to leave soon.

Helen glanced up at him than stoped at the village. She had almost forgot what she had come for.

Orfeo looked at Helen one last time before he speaks, "I will stay outside the village. Call for me if you need me."

"Alright...I'll be right back." Helen said walking into the village.

Orfeo waited for Helen just as he said he would.

Helen came back about an hour later with a list of things to do that night.

Orfeo watched Helen return. He wished to help her very much.

Helen sighed and looked at Orofen "I have to take care of the dragons...'

[Sad Eyes]

"Is there anyway I could help?"

"Help me keep them calm..."

[Sad Eyes]

"Of course."

[rocker_emo16]

"Thank you." Helen said takeing his hand to lead him to the Dragon caves.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo blushed but remained calm and collected.

helen stoped at the caves and forgot she was holding his hand "Now the black Dragon is sick so I have to treat him..."

[Sad Eyes]

"Oh anything that you need call me."

[rocker_emo16]

"Alright...Oh with the dragon..Can you help hold him down, he's not that big..."

[Sad Eyes]

"Of course."

[rocker_emo16]

"Thank you." She said going over to the black dragon.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo follows her and holds the dragon down.

The dragon struggled and tried to move. Helen sighed lightly "Oh you'll be better soon little one..." she said to the dragon as she pulled out a syringe and a vile of reddish brown liquid.

[Sad Eyes]

"Shhh little one it's okay." Orfeo whispers to the dragon as he starts to rub its neck.

The dragon slowly calmed down. Helen filled the syringe with the liquid and stuck it into the dragons neck on the opposite side of Orfeo.

Orfeo watched Helen in awe.

The dragon let out at wimper of pain than closed it's eyes. Helen sighed "It should be feeling better soon.." she pulled the syringe out of it's neck and desposed of it.

[Sad Eyes]

"Yes it should." he whispers as he gets up and dusts himself off.

she smiled and looked at the other dragons "Now all we have to do is feed them and water them..."

[Sad Eyes]

"I can feed them." Orfeo smiles at her as he grabs a bucket.

"Okay, thnk you." Helen said smiling at him before going to get the water.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo proceeds to feed them and waits for Helen to return.

Helen ran back with the water and aet it down before running over to him "Need...to Hide...." she said painting.

[Sad Eyes]

"Why?" he asks as he grabs Helen and disappears.

"There it a hunter close by..." Helen said looking at him "An My village is at the top of his list..."

[Sad Eyes]

"Why would your village be? Hunting for what?" he asks hurridly

[rocker_emo16]

"he is a supernatural hunter...He wants elves right now....I just barely..." Helen stopped holding her head "I don't feel so...so...."

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo catches her and carries her to the village warning the villagers he then carries her to her house.
"Are you okay?"

Helen shook her head "I...I feel sick....." she said closeing her eyes.

[Sad Eyes]

"How, How can I help?"

[rocker_emo16]

Helen closed her eyes "Just get me some water...Please.."

[Sad Eyes]

Getting her some water he returns to her side and rests it on her lips.

Helen takes a sip and lookes up at him "Thank you."

[Sad Eyes]

"Your welcome Helen."

[rocker_emo16]

She smiled up at him than closed her eyes again. Soon she was asleep.

[Sad Eyes]

He couldn't resist the urge to kiss her. She looked so peaceful there laying there without a care in the world. So he bent down and kissed her lips softly. Her lips where so warm against his deathly cold ones.

Helen smiled a little in her sleep. She shivered a little at the touch of his lips to hers. He was so cold, but it felt nice to her. Seeing as she was starting to have a fever.

Feeling her fever spike he took of his clothes and layed down beside her. Maybe his coldness would help her.

Helen moved closer to the coldness. She coughed a little and shivered slightly.

"Helen please be okay." he whispers as he pulls her even closer and pulls the covers over the both of them.

Helen shivered a gain and slowly her fever went down. Falling back into a soft sleep she snugged up to him.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo smiles as she snuggles against him but he was hugrey again and she was the only thing close. So he lightly picked up her wrist and bit down slowly and softly.

Helen breathed softly still smiling a little in her sleep. She didn't notes him biteing her wrist.

Slowly he started to suck. Her blood was sweet and tangy very much like an fruit. Then after he drank his feel he cleaned the bite wound and kissed her cheeck.

Helen smiled a little more and snuggled a little closer. Her feaver had gone down and she was feeling better now.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo smiled as Helen cuddled to him but he needed to sleep too. So he cuddled to her and fell asleep with Helen in her arms.

The next day Helen woke up, still feeling tiered. She rubbed her eyes and looked around.

Orfeo felt Helen move around in the bed so he clamped his arm over her making sure she couldn't move away from him. She was heat to him.

Helen looked over at him. She smiled and kissed his cheek, as she felt him do while she was asleep. She felt how cold he was and covered him up with more of the covers.

[Sad Eyes]

"It's alright Helen, I won't get much warmer than I am now. Oh and I'm sorry about your wrist...again."

[rocker_emo16]

"it's okay...i didn't know you were awake..." she said lookeing at him. She smiled "And it's okay, I don't mind."

[Sad Eyes]

"I woke up when I lost the heat." he smiles at her, "I hope you feel better."

[rocker_emo16]

"I feel better from last night." helen smiled "Did you do something to make my fever go down?" she asked snuggleing up to him to make him warm again.

[Sad Eyes]

"You probaly don't want to know." Orfeo answers as he snuggles her.

"Alright.."She said looking up at him.

[Sad Eyes]

"Night again." Orfeo mutters as he falls asleep again. He was nocturnal so he sleeps in the day.

"Good night." Helen said smiling at him. She looked at him as he fell asleep. He looked so calm, so at peace.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo sleeps and holds Helen close to him. He wanted to feel her close to him and to feel her heart beat.

Helen smiled at him as he slept.

[Sad Eyes]

"Helen." he whispers in his sleep and pulls her closer.

Helen smiled and kissed his cheek "Wonder what he is dreaming..." she said to her self.

Orfeo was dreaming of Helen. How she walked, talked, and cared.

Helen snuggled up to him again and found herself falling asleep again.

Unlike most Vampyres/Mablung Orfeo had a marginal control over his thurst but he was still hurt so he needed more blood. He woke up and let out a small groan as he felt the thurst return.

Helen had fallen asleep and was cuddled up to him. A smal smile on her face as she slept.

[Sad Eyes]

I don't want to bite her again. He whispers as he looks at her he tries to fall back asleep but ends up staring at Helen.

Helen moves a little in her sleep and yawns as she pulles the cover over her self a little more.

[Sad Eyes]

Finally not able to control himself anymore he sits up.

Helen tightens hereyes than opens them a little. She looks up at Orfeo and covers a yawn.

[Sad Eyes]

"Helen?" he asks as he sees her stir. His fangs where bared and his eyes where turning red.

Helen looked up at him again "Yes?" she asked sitting up a little.

[Sad Eyes]

"I'm going hunting." he tells her as he proceeds to put his clothes.

[rocker_emo16]

"Alright...I'll still be here." She said with a small smile. Covering herself with the blakets again she closed her eyes than said softly "Be careful."

[Sad Eyes]

"I will." he whispers to her as he flies out the door and goes on the hunt. He returns in a little while and washes his face then strips and lays down beside Helen.

Helen was asleep again. Once she felt him get back in bed she snuggled up to him. Feeling a little to hot his coldness made her feel better.

"G'night Helen." he whispers in her ear as he rolled over with his back to her.

Helen shivered a little and rolled over onto her back. She rubbed her eyes and yawned. She sat up and looked around. Looking down at him she smiled a little and found her self just sitting there watching him sleep.

[Sad Eyes]

Eventually waking up again he rises and stands up, thinking that Helen is asleep he puts on his pants and proceeds to get fresh water for the hut.

Helen watched him leave. She got up and fixed the bed before putting away thing she forgot to put away.

Orfeo, apon returning, sees that Helen is awake.
"Good morning Helen." he greets her as he puts down the water and pulls down his hood.

Helen smiles over at him 'Good morning." She said with a warming tone. She finished putting away some medical stuff and looked over at him "How are you feeling to day?" she asked indicating his bandages.

[Sad Eyes]

"Sore but all will be fine." he says with a grin but in a serious tone adds, "I will leave as soon as I can."

Helen blinks and looks at him "Why are you leaveing?" she asked sitting down at the small table.

[Sad Eyes]

"Because as long as I am here you, and your people, will be in danger." he answers as he sits down at the other side. A sad look in his eyes as he thinks of having to leave Helen.

Helen looked sadly back at him "But..." she loked down for a moment trying to think of something to say. She looked back up at him "If you leave....I want to go with you, i could help you if you ever get hurt again..."

[Sad Eyes]

"I couldn't ask that of you Helen. Your people need you, the forest needs you. And what if you get hurt? I couldn't live with myself." he shakes his head sadly

Helen took one of his hands in hers. She looked at him than said "But I really don't want to see you go..." he voice was soft and he eyes sad as she looked at him.

[Sad Eyes]

"You won't have to, I'll leave when you are asleep." he answers looking up at her, sadness resonating in his eyes.

Helen fought back tears she closed her eyes "Orfeo..Please don't go...please." she said a tear had ecsaped her as it rolled down he cheek.

[Sad Eyes]

"I have to. It is for the best." he looks at her and touches her cheek. He didn't want to leave himself but it was for the best. She would move on and find some one better than him. She was alive and he was an undead, a Mablung.

Helen looked up at him than closed her eyes and felt tears fall from her eyes. She wiped them away and looked down "Orfeo....If you do leave....if ever you want to come back...My door is always open." She said softly as she looked back up at him.

[Sad Eyes]

Orfeo seeing her tears feels his heart break as it did so many years ago. "I know Helen." he whispers as he gets up and holds her. "But you'll find some one, some one who you will care for and need. I'm just a Vampyre."

"And I’m an outcaste elf..." Helen said with a small sob. He village turned their backs on her years ago, giving her all the grunt tasks to do and sending her to live on her own in the forest.

[Sad Eyes]

"It's okay Helen. I'll always be with you." he whispers as he takes her hand and slips a ring on her finger, "I'll return one day."

"Till than I'll wate." Helen said looking at the ring. She smiled a little and wiped away the rest of her tears.

[Sad Eyes]

"Helen." he whispers in her ear as he kisses her head, "I have all the faith in the world that you will." he says as he picks her up and carries her to the bed. "But you need to sleep right now, you're just getting better."

Helen nodded than kissed his cheek softly "Don't forget me." she said looking up at him from the bed. She gave him a small smile before half closeing her eyes.

[Sad Eyes]

"I won't leave till you are completly better." he whispers in her ear, "Your fever is returning."

Helen closed her eyes and coughed again "Why is my fever back.."

[Sad Eyes]

"Your body is weak, you've not been exposed to enough germs. So that trip to the village made you sick." he answers as he stips down to nothing and crawls next to her.

Helen moved closer to him "Orfeo..." she said softly before looking up at him. She coucghed again covering it with her hand she closed her eyes again and shivered.

[Sad Eyes]

"Tell me Helen." he whispers as he wraps her up and blankets and holds her close. Being already dead he had only to fear being damned.

Helen looked back up at him "Orfeo..." she said again before falling in to a light doze.

[Sad Eyes]

"Helen." he whispers in her ear as he watches her touching her face and hair.

Helen snnugled up to him. She opened up her eyes and looked up at him. She kissed his cheek than whispered "Orfeo."

[Sad Eyes]

Pulling her closer he kisses her lips, his ice cold lips meet Helen's warm ones, and he runs his fingers through her hair.

Helen kissed him back not minding the cold. She ran a hand into his hair softly.

[Sad Eyes]

Deepening the kiss he climbs on top of her and presses his lips harder on to hers.

Helen shivered a little and kept kissing him back. Her lips slightly parting.

Orfeo slids his tounge between her lips licking the top of her mouth and licking her tounge.

Helen holds back a small moan as she teases his tounge with hers.

Teasing her tounge back he runs his fingers deeper in her hair.

She gives a small moan and plays with his hair.

Orfeo runs one of his hands down her face and down her side to wrap his arm around her.

Helen gave another small moan and looked up at him.

Breaking the kiss he looks into Helen's eyes.

Helen smiled softly up at him. Looking back up into his eyes.

"I...think I...." he whispers out before licking her neck.

Helen moaned slightly "What do you think?" she asked in a whisper.

[Sad Eyes]

"I think......I love you....." he mummers into her neck

Helen kissed the side of his neck than whispered "I think I love you too."

"May I?" he asks as he lays his free hand on her dress strap

"Go ahead." she said with a small smile.

Helen woke up and read the note. She was sad that he left and she was sure she would miss him. Only know she had to stay alone...For now anyways.

Orfeo was in the forests again living on his own. He had to defeat the woman who turned him. He needed to be free to return to Helen.

~Five Years Later~

It was getting late. Helen ran after a small boy yelling "Issac! It's time for bed!" She grabbed him and giggled. Issac laughed and said "mom! let go I'm not tired yet!" Helen sighed and took him back inside the hut, that now looked more like a house now.

Orfeo was going home, home to Helen. He wondered if Helen would remember him now that he was back to being what he originally was. He was transformed back when he killed his parent. Making the last turn in the bend of trees he came to the little meadow and the feild of flowers, in the middle was Helen's home. Picking up his pace he practicly ran to the door.

Helen had just up Issac to bed when she hued someone at the door. She ran to the door and answered "Who is it?" she asked threw the door.

[Sad Eyes]

"Guess." Orfeo answers as he leans against the doorframe.

Helen blinked than thought for a moment. She hadn't heard that voice in five years. She squiggled than opened the door "Orfeo?" she asked looking at him. Issac got out of bed and went to his mother "Mommy?' he asked sleepily.

"Helen." he whispers as he looks at the woman he hadn't seen in five years, "I'm back."

((He looks like Orfeo except for his ears and eyes he has his mother's pointed ears and his mothers light blue eyes))

Helen smiled up at him than looked down at the five year old "Issac...I said it was bed time." she said softly taking his hand "Orfeo, I want you to met someone." she said moving Issac in front of her.

"My son?" Orfeo asks smelling his and Helen's scent on the boy.

Helen nodded and smiled at him. Issac looked at her then Orfeo "Mommy? who is he?" he asked looking up at him. Helen smiled "This is you father Issac."

"He has your eyes Helen." Orfeo says as he bends down and looks at Issac closer.

Helen nodded "And my ears." she said as Issac moved closer to her. He looked at Orfeo "How do I know your my daddy?"

"You want me to go into detail on the night you where concived?" Orfeo asks as he watches the boy cringe, "But I wouldn't do that."

Helen giggled as Issac ran back to his room. Her hut looked like a house on the inside now. It wasn't one roomed anymore.

"I see you've changed the decor of the house love." he whispers as he hugs her, "I've missed you."

She hugged him back "I've missed you too." she looked around "And I had to change it...Ones I found out I was going to have Issac I knew I needed another room, his own room."

"I know dear." Orfeo answers as he kisses her.

She kissed him back softly.

"I'm here to stay." Orfeo mumbles into her mouth as he holds her close.

Helen smiles a little into the kiss than whispered "I'm glad to hear that."

"I know." he grins as his now warm hands run through her hair.

Helen smiles up at him "I've missed you a lot Orfeo...After i had Issac I started to think I was going to have to rise him all alone..."

"It took me a while to find a way out." he whispers as he looks at her, "And I killed me to stay away from you."

Helen smiled a little up at him. Giggling a little as Issac got back up.

"May I come in?" Orfeo asks her as he touches her hair again.

"Yes." Helen said as she turned to let his in "Welcome home."

Home. Such a simple word made Orfeo's heart quicken in pace. He was home.

Helen smiled at him "Are you hungry? I can fix something for you to eat."

"That would be nice." Orfeo answers as he holds her hand.

"Alright." Helen said walking to kitchen and started to prepare some food.

Orfeo looks at Issac with a kind of hope in his eyes. Maybe the boy would eccept him.

Issac sat down in front of him. He blinked and tilted his head "So...You may daddy..."

"Yes I am Issac." Orfeo answers the small child a grin on his face.

Issac nodded "So why did you leave mommy?"

"To protect her." Orfeo answers him

Issac nodded "Okay...." he blinked as Helen came back with food for Orfeo.

"So Issac...when's your birthday?" Orfeo asks as he looks at his son.

"Next week..." Issac said as he sat down in Helen's lap.

"Really and how old will you be?", Orfeo asks Issac with a smile on his face.

Issac held up five fingers. Helen smiled "He will turn five."

"Nearly a young man.", Orfeo chuckles looking at Issac and then to Helen, "I've missed a lot haven't I?"

Helen nodded "Yes you have..." she said softly as Issac got up and went to bed.

[Sad Eyes]

"Can you catch me up Helen?" Orfeo asks as he hugs her from behind.

"Yes I can." Helen said with a small smile.

"M'kay.", was all Orfeo says as he holds her close to him.

"well," Helen looked at him "After Issac was born I found out that he looked like you. Then after he started to walk and talk he started to show signs of being a child prodigy....My thoughts were confirmed when he was three and playing the violin, reading, and writing..."

[Sad Eyes]

"He is very special being born of a Elf and Mablung mating.", Orfeo comments as he looks at his son.

Helen nodded and looked at their now sleeping son.

"You should sleep Helen.", was all Orfeo says before he carries her off to bed.

Helen nodded and slowly started to fall asleep.
