Kiahnna walked down the hall towards her locker, carrying a few books and her backpack.

Gun slammed his locker, feeling really depressed for some odd reason or maybe it was no reason at all.

Kiahnna watched the ground under her as she walked, not really seeing where she was going, but managed to avoid most people.

Gun slumped off to find someone from his little group. He didn't really pay attention until he bumped into someone.

Kiahnna looked up, dropping a few books. "Oh, I'm sorry.." she said softly, dropping to the ground and picking up the stuff.

"It's okay," Gun said bending down to help her.

She knelt on the ground, picking up all her stuff. She was such a klutz.

Gun picked some of the stuff up and held it up to her. "I'm sorry. I wasn't being careful," he said quietly. He tugged the sleeves of his jacket down so she wouldn't see the scars.

"No, it's okay.. I'm just a klutz.." she said, doing the same and taking her things.

"I guess I'll bump into you later," Gun saud quietly walking away from her.

"Um, okay.." she said, not quite sure what he meant. She stood up and went to class.

Gun found himself with his usually group of first period in the back of the class. He had nothing to say as usual.

Kiahnna sat through first period, sitting near noone as usual.

Gun began to think about the girl he had ran into as he began to draw out his next cuts on his arms.

Kiahnna examined her red, scarred arms, thinking about that guy from before. {End of day?}

Gun got up from his last period and walked out of the classroom slowly. He wanted to go home and get his razors.

Kiahnna walked out to her locker, working on the lock and balancing the books between her arm and the wall. She bit her lip in concentracion, she wasn't very good at this.

Gun walked past her and walked over to her once he spotted her. "Need any help?" he mumbled.

"No, i'm fine.." she said, shoving the last of her stuff into the locker. SHe looked up at him and blushed. "Oh, hi.." she said, she hadn't realized it was him.

Gun waved slightly, not noticing the blush on her face. He wanted to go home, but he had been thinking of her all day.

She smiled at him, repeating his gesture.

Gun turned around and walked off slowly. He didn't want to leave now.

Kiahnna followed after him, catching up. "I don't think I caught your name before.. I'm Kiahnna."

"Gun," he mumbled looking at her through the corner of his eye.

"Oh.." she said softly, not really knowing what to say, he wasn't being very social.

Gun walked out of the school rolling his sleeves up slightly.

Kiahnna walked alongside him, keeping her sleeves pulled down. She didn't want him to see the scars.

Gun stopped at the sidewalk. He had been hoping slightly that she would stop following him.

Kiahnna set her skateboard on the ground and rode off, slowly.

Gun walked off the opposite direction to his house.

She went back home, not bothering to talk to her family. She went straight to her room.

Gun walked straight into the house and headed to his room. His family wasn't at home like usual.

Kiahnna started on her homework, finishing quickly.

Gun grabbed one of his razors and gently traced it against the pen markings he had made earlier that day.

Kiahnna looked down at the scars. She gently traced along them with a blade.

Gun winced at the pain and watched the blood flow out of the cuts.

Kiahnna felt a strange rush as she watched the blood trickle out of the paths she had made.

Gun laughed as he felt the trickles of blood fell down his arms.

She had an interested look in her eye as she watched the red liquid drip down her arms.

Gun calmed down and watched the red go down his arm gently.He enjoyed the feeling it gave him.

Gun fell asleep with his eyes still glazed over and blood dripping out still.

Gun woke up and blinked slightly.

Gun stood up and put on some fresh clothes. He headed off to school slowly.

Gun stopped by the girl's locker, wandering if it was becoming habit that he would see her.

She looked up at him, closing the locker. "Hi."

"Hey Kiahanna isn't it?" he asked trying to remember her name.

"Yea, and you're.. Gun?" She had never been that great with names.

Gun nodded and looked straight ahead.

"Aren't you in the same english class as me?" she asked, thinking he looked familiar.

"I don't think so," Gun mumbled.

"Oh.. sorry.. I guess I should go.." she said quietly, tightening her grip on the books and turning to leave.

"Maybe we're in the same group. I'm emo," Gun mumbled some more.

"Oh, that's probably where I've seen you.." she said softly, truning back a little towards him.

Gun nodded and turned to head off to his class.

She sighed and walked off to her first class.

Gun nodded and looked at all the druggies at their school. It was a small few of them and he watched them carefully.

She followed his gaze to the small group.

"They'll ruin their lives like we have," Gun mumbled.

Gun traced the new scabs on his arms.

She examined her forearms, sighing.

Gun sighed and stood up. He headed in the direction of his house.

"Oh.." she said, a slightly disappointed look in her eyes. She had sort of hoped they had a class together.

Gun stayed for a couple seconds and walked out of the room.

She watched him leave with a sigh.

Gun decieded to skip first period entirely waiting outside her classroom.

Gun nodded and headed to his second period.

Kiahnna walked behind him, their second period classrooms were in the same hallway.

Gun forced a smile back down as he stopped in front of his classroom.

Gun sighed and walked into his classroom. He sat in his usual spot.

Gun scribbled a picture down of a completely different subject.

Kiahnna zoned out from the class, sketching in her notebook. She was actually pretty good, but noone had ever seen them before.

Gun stood up at the last bell of the day tracing his blackened eye.

Kiahnna stood up, sighing. She headed towards her locker.

Gun walked out of the classroom and went to his locker.

Kiahnna calmly walked down the hallway. A group of kids came rushing down the hallway for no apparent reason. They knocked Kiahnna into a wall of lockers right next to Gun. All her stuff tumbled onto the ground, her sketches flying everywhere, escaped from the folder she kept them in.

Gun began to help her picked up the paper, unsure of what else to do.

She sighed, rubbing her forehead where she had hit her head on a lock, and picked her stuff up. There was a small trickle of blood where she had hit her head.

"Are you okay?" he mumbled looking up at her.

"Yea." she said softly, gathering all the paper and her boooks.

Gun stood up and handed her the things he collected.

"Thanks.." she said, standing up, blood still running down the side of her face, but she didnt seem to notice.

Gun wiped the blood away quickly and looked at a foreign wall.

She blushed slightly at his touch. She wasn't quite sure what to say. "Thanks..."

Gun nodded and walked out of the school.

Kiahnna watched him go, then turned and walked out also.

Gun walked down the steps and was going to turn, but was captured by his friends.

Kiahnna exited the school, watching as Gun was dragged off by his friends. She walked past the group, walking towards the park.

Gun escaped from the clutches and ran towards the park.

Kiahnna lazily walked through the park, her eyes fixed on the ground.

Gun slowed down upon seeing Kiahnna.

Kiahnna didn't notice him, since he was behind her. She just kept walking.

"Hey Kiahnna," Gun said taking sharp breaths.

She turned around and smiled a tiny bit when she saw him. "Hi."

Gun waved catching his breath.

She walked back towards him. "You ok?"

"Just tired," Gun said straightening up.

"What happened to your eye?" she asked softly, noticing for the first time.

Gun looked away, not saying a word.

"Oh." she said, putting things together.

Gun walked over to a bench and sat down tracing his scabs.

She sat next to him with a sigh.

"Why do you even try to talk to me?" Gun mumbled.

Kiahnna shrugged. "Why? Do you want me to stop?"

Gun shook his head.

"Okay.." she said softly.

Gun looked up at her and the smile was showing.

She smiled at him gently.

"What's the matter?" she asked, her expression fading.

She sighed and leaned back in the bench, looking up at the sky.

Gun stood up and began to walk around the oval track.

Kiahnna watched him for a little bit, then stood up and walked away towards her house.

Gun made his way to his house somehow, not wanting to talk to his parents.

Kiahnna went up to her room after having an arguement with her dad, leaving bruises on her arms.

Gun went to his room another bruise on his head. He looked in the mirror and sighed. How was he going to explain this one?

Kiahnna lay face down on the floor, digging under her bed, trying to find her blades.

Gun grabbed one of his blades and cuts his arms once again, releasing the pent up anger.

Kiahnna traced the scars on her arms, watching the blood flow out.

Gun stopped shortly feeling faint from all the blood loss. He collapsed on the ground.

Kiahnna lay on the bed, feeling slightly woozy. She passed out right there.

Gun tried to get up the next morning, but fell once again. He was taken to the emergancy room quickly by his sister.

Kiahnna managed to sit up in bed long enough to wrap peices of an old tshirt around her wrists to try to stop the slow flow of blood. She was unusually pale.

Gun quickly sat up and looked around the hospital room, the machines beeping around him.

Kiahnna was late to school, a sweatshirt pulled over her cuts.

Gun sat back in the hospital bed, wishing he was at school and with Kiahanna.

She hurried to her first class, taking the last corner seat.

Gun sighed and looked at the machines.

Kiahnna sighed, wondering why she hadn't seen Gun today.

Gun watched the doctor's come in and out checking the machines with squinted eyes.

Kiahnna stared blankly at the ceiling with a sigh.

Gun sighed and realized it was no use to glare at them.

Kiahnna moved on to her next class, starting to woory slightly when she still didn't see Gun. {End of day?}

"Well last time I saw him was yesterday and he looked bad," one of the friends admitted, "He probably bleed to much and his sister took him somewhere."

Her eyes widened slightly. "You mean he's in the hospital?" she asked softly.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"It's possible. Gun's the only extreme one here," the friend said.

She bit her lip, a worried look on her face. She turned and walked to her locker, quickly shoving stuff in and taking stuff out. She grabbed her jacket.

The friend watched her and broke from the group. "I can call his sister to find out," he said looking back at the group.

She turned to look at him. "If you wouldn't mind.." she said softly.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

The friend nodded and pulled out his cell phone. He punched in one number, having Gun's sister's number on speed dial and called it. He talked for a couple minutes with his sister and closed the phone. "He's defiantly at the hospital," he said quietly.

She sighed, her worried look increasing. She bit her lip. "I'm gonna go see him.." she said softly, turning towards the exit.

"Need me to drive you there?" the friend, Joshua, asked following her.

"If it's not any trouble.." she said. It was a long walk to the hospital, and it looked like it was about to rain.

"It's not any troube. The name's Joshua," he said calmly heading to his car.

"Kiahnna.." she said softly following him.

Joshua nodded and popped open the passanger side door for her.

"Thanks.." she said, slipping into the passenger seat, her bag resting on her lap.

Joshua nodded and drove off towards the hospital.

Kiahnna stared out the window, emotions mixing around inside her.

Joshua stopped in front of the hospital and let her out.

"Thanks.." she said softly, stepping out of the car.

Joshua nodded and drove off.

Kiahnna walked into the hospital, looking around. It was very large.. and slightly intimidating. She clenched her jaw, refusing to let the terrible memories take over her.

"Get that needle the hell away from me!" Gun's voice rang through the halls.

She looked up, a slight smile on her lips. She followed the voice.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

Gun was lying on the bed glaring at the doctor when he shoved the needle in his body.

Kiahnna stood in the doorway, biting her lip shyly.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

Gun glanced over at Kiahnna and laid his head on the pillow.

Kiahnna slipped into the room as the doctor left. "What happened?" she asked softly.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"I lost too much blood," Gun said quietly.

She shyly looked down at her own wrists, scattered with scabs and scars. She wrapped her arms around her stomach, which was bruised up.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"It happened last night," Gun admitted.

[keke313]

She sighed, emotions mixing around inside her as she thought of everything- the scabs and scars on her wrists, the bruises all over her body given by her father, her last memories of her mom... laying in a hospital bed, dying. She squeezed her eyes shut.

"Sit down," Gun whispered.

[keke313]

She sank into a chair near the bed.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

Gun glanced over at her every so often and then looked at the ceiling.

[keke313]

She looked over at him, sighing. "So you have a sister?"

[DennyxHawkIonari]

Gun nodded slowly. "The only one in my family that actually cares about me," he said quietly.

She sighed. "I wish I had someone like that.." She used to.. but he was gone.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"She's dieing though. Has AIDS," Gun said quietly.

[keke313]

"I'm so sorry.. That's gotta be hard.." she said, looking into his eyes.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"It's not your fault," Gun said quietly.

[keke313]

She sighed. "Max just killed himself when he was diagnosed.." she said softly.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"Kaylin lives life to the fullest now. She used to go out with a guy named Max actually," Gun said quietly.

"No way.." she said softly. She remembered his girlfriend from the funeral. She had acually looked a lot like Gun.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

Gun nodded and looked at her.

"Was he on the track team?" she asked.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"I believe so. He looked healthy from what I can remember," Gun said quietly.

"He had just gotten it when he died.. He shot himself.."

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"I'm sorry for your loss," Gun said quietly.

"It's not your fault.. He chose to die.." she said softly, looking blankly at the wall. He chose to abandon me and let me watch him die.

Gun nodded as he best he could and looked at the blood transfusion bag. "Do you..wanna go out?" he asked queitly.

She looked towards him, a surprised look on her face. "Sure.. I mean, after you get out of the hospital.." She smiled slightly.

Gun nodded and looked at her once again.

She smiled softly at him.

Gun let a smile go, which resmebled Kaylin's to an extent.

She looked up at the ceiling. It was getting dark, but she didn't want to go home, escpecially if she had a reason not to be at home.

Gun watched the bag drip blood into him carfully.

Kiahnna refused to look at the blood. She hated seeing other people's blood.

Gun sighed and looked back up at the ceiling.

Kiahnna closed her eyes, sitting back in the seat.

Gun groaned as he walked out of the hospital. He looked around and smiled a little when he saw his sister.

Kiahnna walked home from school slowly, looking around. The doctors had said Gun would be out around this time.

Gun stumbled around and his sister finally caught him and carried him to Kiahnna's house.

Kiahnna looked around before going up her driveway and smiled when she saw Gun.

Gun smiled and got out of his sister's grasp. He made the rest of the way to Kiahnna.

Kiahnna smiled. "Feeling better?"

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"I won't be cutting for a while," Gun said quietly.

"Well, that's good, right?" she said, trying to be positive.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"I guess," Gun said looking at her.

She sighed, glancing down at her wrists. "I need to quit, too.." she mumbled, barely audible.

"Let's help each other," Gun said. He took one of her hands lightly and smiled at her.

She smiled and nodded, looking up at him
