Cecile drudged past the football feild, on her way home. Football was still going, she glanced at the players as she walked by.

Max reviewed the file containing his next assighnment.

Alex breathed heavily as he worked with the rest of his team, shouting instructions at some of the other players if they weren't pulling their weight.

Erii sat outside on a garden wall, swinging her feet off the edge. She smiled slightly, humming softly to herself.

Cecile had her eyes fixed ahead. She just wanted to get home, it had been a bad day.

Max tossed the file on his desk and went outside.

Alex spotted Cecile, and paused for a moment. Just long enough to get tackled by the other players.

Erii looked up at the sky, and hopped off the wall, landing lightly on her feet. She glanced around, having a sneaking suspicion(sp?) that she was supposed to be somewhere.

Cecile kept her eyes on the ground, walking slowly. In the practice, a ball was kicked the wrong way. All she heard was a "Hey, heads up!" She glanced towards the voice to see the ball traveling towards her. There was a sharp pain in her head as it struck her. She fell to the ground, knocked out.

Max walked down the street, hoping he might find Erii.

Alex scrambled up, and he, along with about half the team, ran over to see if she was okay. Alex knelt next to her and shook her shoulder.

Erii stood in the middle of the sidewalk, staring blankly ahead, trying to remember where she was supposed to be. She shrugged slightly to herself and glanced down the street.

Cecile moaned softly at her headache, slowly waking up.

Max spotted Erii up ahead and walked slightly faster to catch up.

Alex gave her shoulder another soft shake, "Hey, you okay?"

Erii heard footsteps and turned around, seeing Max jogging towards her. She stopped, it suddenly hit her. She was supposed to meet up with someone.

Her eyes opened, squinting at the large figures standing over her. All she could do was shake her head 'no'.

Max smiled, catching up to her. "hey."

Alex yelled at one of his team members to get ice, which they quickly did. He put the ice on her forehead, "Better?"

Erii smiled slightly, "Hi." She blinked for a moment, clearing the clouds from her eyes and smiled again.

She gave a small nod, still trying to clear her vision. She tried to sit up weakly.

"What's up?"

Alex put a restraining hand on her shoulder, "Don't strain yourself." He said kindly.

Erii shrugged slightly, her lips still curved slightly into a smile, "Not much."

She relaxed, her eyes still out of focus.

Max grinned. "Same here.."

Alex studied her face for a moment, then scooped her up, "I'll take her into the building." He headed back towards the school.

Erii smiled cheerfully, glancing at the sky for a moment.

She looked up at him for a moment, not sure what was going on. She relaxed after a moment.

"The name's Max."

Alex brought her into the building and to the nurse's office. Once there, he lay her down on one of the beds and sat in the chair next to it.

Erii smiled, "Erii. But you probably already knew that."

The nurse came in and examined Cecile, sighing. She diagnosed her with a concussion. She gave Cecile some medicine and sent them along.

Max nodded.

Alex smiled slightly at Cecile, "Need me to carry you again?"

Erii gave a soft, cheerful laugh, "Well...what to do today?"

She shook her head slightly. "N-no.. I can walk.." She stood up slowly.

"I don't know.. Maybe just talk for a while.."

Alex watched her, ready to catch her if she started to stumble.

Erii smiled, "Sure. Want to walk while we do so?"

She walked slowly, heading for the exit.

Max kept walking. "Sure thing."

Alex followed her, making sure she didn't fall.

Erii started walking again, staying side-by-side with Max. "Soo...what would you like to talk about?"

"You can go.. I'm fine now.." she said, smiling at him.

Max thought. "Why did you apply for this?"
