perfect career..???

trough out my life i've been told what is right for me to do and what is not...
MY career is one of those....i have plenty of choices now and i wont let my family interrupt with what i want to do anymore...but still i don't know what to make out of my life....
MY CHOICES are..
Police studies/FBI/federal...well i wanted to be a cop but my height and weight are not appropriate... so i want to go in to law enforcement...like FBI or other...i already have 3 semesters done in this career....and i like it so far..^_^..i get to shoot a gun...lol..and i dont want to quit...
Artist/paining/cartooning/manga etc...I love drawing....my uncle owns company so i'm practicably already in the business...i just need my degree.. the problem is that there is no stability in this career...and my family doesn't like the idea so much
Tattoo artist/designer...i love body art, i've gotten so many request of people who want my body art to be tattooed in their bodies, and of companies and other *almost famous people* that would like to work with me. the problem is tattoo's go against my family morals, and i would become an outcast of my family...i don't want to be alone, and i'm afraid of needles..>.<
Model...gosh i never thought i could be one...i'm really short and not so pretty...lol..but somehow i got into the modeling business when a photographer happened to capture me in one of his pics... i already have a contract, so i'm already a beginner model ...and they say i got potential...but to tell the truth i really don't like that business,its dangerous..o_o.. and i don't see myself as a model.-_-!...however i'm already there....its something that many girls would dream about...i don't know if i should stay...
Fashion designer...it's something i've always wanted to do..but is hard to accomplish.

so help me!!!!...plz....so many choices...i just want to know what people think...that will help me to clear up my mind a little bit...^-^...cause i don't have much time left to decide...

Well, I'll give you my opinion on all of them, since that's all I can really do. The actual choice is all up to you.

Height and weight surprisingly doesn't have a whole lot to do with being a female cop if you have the right attitude. There is a girl at Target where I work, she was the store's security. She's about 5 feet big, and looks like she weighs about 100 pounds, yet I've heard stories where she tackled people going out the door, and just was generally ferocious. Police department is a pretty cool career, so props to you for wanting to go into that.

This seems to be getting incredibly and increasingly popular. If you really love it, and you see an opening, this might be the choice I would try to make if I was you. I want to major in music, and become a guitar or music teacher. There is not much stability there either, but I would love to do it, so I go for it anyway. My family isn't completely against it, but not 100% for it either.

I knew a tattoo artist/designer. She actually gave it up and said that her love for it died away. She seemed like she was pretty hardcore into it as well. I wouldn't worry about being an outcast, and letting that stop you no matter the decision your making. You take so much of your life to please others, you won't have any of your life for yourself. And yea, get over your fear of needles if you want to go into that =P.

Now this is just something I would never be able to do in a million years. I just hate plastic (beautiful things that are heartless) and modeling just contributes to it, or could even be the center depending on how you look at it. Careers define who you are, looking at myself in the mirror and knowing the world, and this mirror, sees me as though I was just something to look at, I would feel like I broke who I truely am. This is just my personal thoughts, the decision is always up to you.

This is the one you wrote the least about, so I'm going to assume that this is the one you least want to do. Fashion designing can be cool, though. It gives you the ability to show off creativity or individuality. As long as your not making the next sluttiest clothes for girls, I like it ^-^.

well i'm shorter than 5ft and weight much much less than 100 pounds (i barely weight 81)...and there is a suggested limit standard of weight and height for police officers...-_-! it sucks....(it's even hard to hold the gun cause my hands are too small)^_^...but i am going to stay in law enforcement...maybe i'll be a detective!!!...LOL...

and the model thingy...yeah i agree with u completely... i don't like it at all, its just that is an *easy way* to get a job, since i'm already in the business....that's why i took it into consideration...
