Luke paced his room and book in his hand. He stared up at the ceiling as he recited from the book, looking down occasionally to make sure he got it right.

Onch lightly knocked on Luke's bedroom door before walking inside with a small tray of food balanced on one hand. She looked up at him for a few seconds before glancing at the tray. "I'm sorry to bother you sir, I have been ordered to bring you up something to eat."

Luke jumped a bit and turned to face her. He stared at her blankly for a moment before taking a deep breath, "Pardon me, I didn't hear you come in." he said, "Set the tray on the desk if you please."

Onch nodded slightly before walking to the desk and setting the tray down. "Is there anything I can do for you?"

[Hikari Hoshi]

"No no, that'll be all." he said, waving a hand, "Thank you for bringing me the food ummm, I'm sorry I don't seem to remember your name."

"Yes, sir." Onch said quietly as she walked to the door. "And my name is Onch..."

"Oh, nice to meet you. Or have we already met? Oh well. Add an 'again' if it's needed." He said before turning back to his book.

Onch smiled a little. "Yes, Again." She said quietly before walking out of the room, shutting the door behind her, trying not to make much noise or bother him.

Luke began reciting again, pacing as he did so. He glanced at the food and thought about eating it but decided to wait until he was done with the chapter.

Onch walked downstairs into a small closet under them. She sat on a small bed that was there and turned on a lamp, looking around the room.

Hours went by and Luke's reciting was interrupted by his stomach growling. He looked at the tray and sighed a little. It was cold by now. He hated to bother the servants when it was his own stupid fault that his food was cold. He took the tray down to the kitchen, determined to attempt to heat up his own food.

Onch was almost sleep on the bed when she noticed Luke walked by. She slowly got up and walked out of the closet, watching where Luke was going.

Luke set the tray down on the counter and looked at the stove. He considered it for a long moment before he turned a nob and fire shot up. He yelled and stumbled back a few steps before trying to turn it off.

Onch walked in,looking at Luke. "Would you like some help, sir?"She asked before turning the stove off.

He jumped again, giving a small yelp of surprise, "O-oh, thank you." he said, straightening and trying to collect his wits, "I'm terrably sorry, I didn't mean to... uh... bother you..."

Onch nodded slightly. "You're welcome."She said,not looking up at Luke. She'd learned from her other masters not to look at them. "And it's no bother at all..."

"Right, um, well, since you're... here," he said awkwardly, "would you mind... heating up my meal? It seems in my excitement it completely slipped my mind and... well naturally it's gone cold."

Onchi smiled a little. "Of course,sir." She said before turning on the stove again.

"Thank you..." he said, standing out of the way.

Onch nodded slightly. She started to heat Luke's food, staring at the flames comming from the stove.

He watched her intently. Next time he would do it himself.

Onch let the food heat for a moment before turning the stove off again. "Should be fine now.'

"Eheh, thank you." he smiled, taking it again, "Again, I'm sorry for disturbing you."

Onch shook her head, glanicng up at him for a second. "Really, it's no bother..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Okay, well, thank you again... and umm, good night I guess. It's late isn't it?" He babbled. He was never good with servants or people in general. He much preferred to stay in his room and study. Unless the other person knew a great deal about philosophy. Then he would probably be fine.

Onch nodded slightly. "Good night,sir."She said quietly. She glanced tworad the closet and bit her lip lightly. "Would you like me to wash the dishes when you're done eating?"

"Umm, no, that's alright, they can wait for morning." He said, "You'll need sleep I imagine. Good night, Onch."

"Alright. Good night, sir.' Onch said quietly as she walked to the closet and lay onthe bed again

Luke walked up to his bedroom with the tray and sat down to eat it. As he did he thought about the slave, Onch. His father had given her to him as an 18th brithday presant though he really didn't want her. He couldn't very well turn her away. So here she was and here he had just made a fool out of himself in front of her.

Onch lay on her bed with the door closed. She stared at the dark ceiling of he room and let out a slight sigh of releave. She was glad they her master wasn't...or at least didn't seem like, someone who would beat or whip her if she did something wrong.

Luke ate quietly as he thought about it. He was really lucky his head butler was so good at managing a house-hold. He would be compleatly lost with out him. His people skills were far from par.

Onch rolled on her side and closed her eyes, still thinking about Luke and her other masters for a while longer.

Luke finished eating and changed into his night clothes.

Onch smiled a little and slowly fell asleep in the small,dark room.

Luke lay awake for a while before he fell asleep.

Luke woke up just as the sun was coming up, as he always did.

Onch lsat still as a rock in the middle of her bed.She was awake, but in a sort of trance. She liked to do this every morning. Most people would call it a yoga without the streaching and gymnastic typed moves. She found it relaxing and somehow, gave her energy.

Luke got up and got dressed and began his morning studies. In an hour or so a servant would bring him up breakfast. He always ate in his room.

Onch soon snapped out of her trance and turned on the light in her room. She changed out of the cloths she was wearing into something else out of her few items. She opened the door and turned the light back off before wlaking out to make Luke something to eat.

Luke was soon lost in the world of Socrates, one of his favorite philosophers.

Onch soon finnished with Luke's breakfast. He put the plates of food on a tray,along with a couple drinks before slowly heading up to Luke's room and knocking on the door gently. Se wasn't sure if Luke would be awake yet, so she ddin;t want to wake him if not.

Luke didn't hear the knock at first, he was too lost in his reading.

Onch bit her lip and tried slightly harder, but still not loud enough to wake someone.

Luke jerked away from his book, looking at the door, "Come in," he called, a little surprised. Breakfast was early.

Onch opened the door and slowly walked inside the room, holding the tray in one hand. "I'm sorry to bother you."She said quietly, not looking at Luke.

"Uh, no not at all." Luke said, "I mean, you're not bothering me." He stood up from his desk, clearing some books so she could set the tray down.

Onch smiled a little and nodded before setting the tray down where he had cleared a spot. "Is there anything else you need?"

[Hikari Hoshi]

"No, that'll be all, thank you." Luke said, sitting down again.

Onch nodded and bowed slightly before walking out of Luke's room.

Luke looked at the food then at his books. He sighed a little. He didn't want a repeat of last night, so he put the books aside and began to eat.

Onch walked into her room agian, not really sure where else to go, or what to do. She wondered if she should start cleaning.

The head butler came a while later to tell her it was time for the Master's breakfast.

Onch looked at the butler." ...I um...Already got him breakfast..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"You... did?" The head butler asked, a little shocked, "Was he up? Did he request it? You didn't wake him did you?"

Onch nodded slightly."Yes, I did...He was awake...But he ddin't request it...I wasn't really sure when I was supposed to bring it to him...So..."Her voice trailed off.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Oh... well as long as you didn't wake him... Now you know for next time he takes breakfast at this hour, unless he says other wise." The head butler told her, "Well... if he's already been fed then I suppose I'll show you your duties.

Onch noded slightly. "I'm sorry.'She said quietly before smiling a little."Alright then."

The head butler showed her around the house and what she would do every day. It included dusting and sweeping mostly.

Onch followed the butler around the house until he was done showing her the chores she was to do.

When he was done, he left her to her work.

Onch looked around the room she was in before she started to dust.

Luke carried the trays with the dishes from breakfast and last night dinner down to the kitchen.

Onch watched Luke come down and walk into the kitched.She decided to wait a moment before going to clean the dishes, giving him time to leave if he wanted, She didn't want to end up startling him or something like that.

Luke set the dishes in the sink and walked back out, his head in the clouds like always.

Seeing Luke walk out of the kitchen, Onch walked in and started to wash the dishes in the sink.

Luke went to the parlor to read by the huge fire place.

Onch stared at the dished as she washed them, not really paying attention though.

Luke sat and read but the new slave kept popping into his head for some reason.

Onch finnished the dishes and started to dry them. She started thinking about Luke

She was plane, but all servants were plane. Why was she still in his head. Was it because she never looked at him? Why was that? Maybe because she was a birthday present.

Onch sighed and focused on what she was doing, trying to forget about Luke. She finnished drying the dishes and looked. She wondered where everything was supposed to go.

Luke shook his head, he was being silly.

Onch bit her lip and slowly walked out of the kitchen to find the head butler, and hopefully, not run into Luke while doing so. Onch didn't really want to end up, maybe getting some more work by running into the master, or that's what she told her self was her excuse to avoid him now.

The head butler was in his office as usual.

Luke sighed, scratching his head as he watched the flames, his mind no where near his book.

Onch walked around for a few moment before noticing Luke in the room just up ahead. Onch slowly stepped back, trying not to make noise as she did so.

Luke's head jerked up at a creak in the floor. He turned his head back to look behind his chair.

Onch twitched slightly as she floor creaked. She looked around, seeing nowhere to hide. She glanced over to Luke and noticed him looking at her. She quickly looked at the floor.

Luke blinked a little bit, turning slowly back to the fire for a moment. No longer than that though and he had to look over his shoulder again. What was it about her that attracted his gaze?

"I-...I'm sorry to bother you, sir..."Onch said quietly, trying to fight not looking at him.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"O-oh, not at all," Luke said, "Um, sorry for uh... distracting you? Yes, that's what I'm doing. I'm sorry, continue with your work."

"Yes, Sir."Onch said, immidiatly after hhe told her go go back to work. It didn't feel right to her to say anything to the first part of that he said. Onch started moving backwards while still facing Luke, and she was still staring at the ground.

Luke watched her, go. She really was odd. But it was... cute, he realized. Really cute.

Onch glanced behind her,seeing a room next to her, she quickly went in, not really paying attention to what room it was.

Luke turned back to the fire once more, his face hot.

Onch turned around,seeing the head butler. She held her breath, freazing. She wondered if he had heard her come in

The head butler didn't look up from his paper work, "Yes Miss. Onch?" he said in a monotone.

"U-Um...Well...Were..."Onch paused for a moment. "Nevermind..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

He looked up at him, "If you have a question, please ask." He said. "There's no shame in not knowing what I haven't told you."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch shook her head. "I'll do it my self..I don't want to bother you..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"It's no bother, it's my job." The head butler said. "I'm here to help you and make sure you can do everything to the best of your abilities."

Onch shook her head again. "...I'll just figure it out myself..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Alright," He said, looking back down at his work.

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch walked out of the room and back into the kitchen to put the dishes away.

Luke got up and walked around the house. It was still a while before lunch but he was hungry so he went to the kitchen.

Onch heard someone walk in and the turned, looking at Luke for a second. She quickly looked at the floor, hoping he hadn't seen her looking at him.

"Oh, um, I'm sorry," Luke said, seeing her, "I was just um.. just coming to see... if there was anything to eat. I'm sorry, I'll uh... I'll go..."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch shook her head slowly. "You don't need to leave. Would you like me go make you anything?...."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"I... I wouldn't want to keep you from your work..." Luke said, trying to remind himself that they were here to serve him and he should be so afraid to ask something of them. "I know Jarold can be a task master sometimes. I wouldn't want to get you in trouble..."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch shook her head. "I don't care if I get in trouble. I'm supposed to do as my master tells me. No exeptions. If you want me to make you something, I can."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Oh, well, if you really want to, could you please make me a sandwich?" He asked, shyly.

[GothPunkPrincess]

"Of course, What would you liked on it?"Onch asked quietly.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Um, turkey, if we have it," Luke said, "And cheese."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch nodded ans stated to make his sandwich.

He watched her, bitting his lip a little. "Um, if you don't mind my asking," he said, "Why is it, that you never look at me?"

"I've learned from my old masters to never look at the person giving you orders, or your master. Disrespect." Onch told him.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Oh... well, if it makes you uncomforable to look at me, then you don't have to." he said, "But, um, I'd like it if you would."

Onch nodded slightly, walking to him and giving him a plate with the sandwich on it. "Yes, Sir. And, what would you like me to call you? Sir, Master?

"Oh, um, I-I don't know," he said, "You could call me... Mr. Harston... but that makes me sound like my father... Hmm, you could call me Mr. Luke, if you like."

Onch nodded slightly and looked up at Luke, smiling alittle. "Yes, Mr.Luke."

He smiled back. She had a pretty smile, pretty eyes too. "Thank you." he said, "I'll let you get back to work now."

Onch nodded slightly. "Yes, M.Luke. I'll be here if you need anything else."

He smiled and nodded, "Thank you." he said again before going back to sit by the fire.

Onch watched Luke for a moment. She sighed slightly as she went back to the dishes.

Luke ate his sandwich, thinking about her.

Onch looked around the kitched for a moment before walking to a cupboard, opening it to see what was in it so she knew where everything was supposed to go. While she did so, she was trying to think of something else, besides Luke

Luke finished the sandwich and thought about bringing the plate back to the kitchen. Would she still be there? Maybe if he went back he could talk to her a little bit more. He shook his head. Why did he want to talk to her? She was a birthday present! From his father no less. He shouldn't have any interest in her at all, but...

Onch shook her head, still trying to get Luke out of her thoughts. She walkewd over and grabbed some glass items and stared back over to where she was before. Onch was no longer paying attention to where she was going, and tripped over something, tripping, causeing the glass dishes to shatter on the floor next to her

Luke decided to go back anyway and put the plate in the sink. He opened the door to find her on the floor beside a pile of broken dishes. "Oh! Are you alright!?" he asked, kneeling beside her.

Onch nodded slightly, sitting up and staring at the dishes on the floor. "I'm sorry!"

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Are you alright?" he asked, "You didn't cut yourself did you?" he took her hands, searching them for cuts.

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch blushed slightly. "I'm fine..."She said, moving so he wouldn't see a cut on her leg. Her hands had small cute on them, and only a few were bleding. Other than that and her leg, she was perfectly fine.

"We need to get the glass out of these cuts," he said, "Can you stand up? You didn't hurt your leg did you?"

Onch closed her eyes and slowly stood. The cut on her leg was now visible. Onch sighed slightly,closing her eyes.

"Oh! We'll need a bandage for that," Luke said, seeing her leg, "Do you need me to carry you?" He didn't know why he was so worried about her. She was just a servant. Why was he so panicked about her injuries?

Onch shook her head slowly. "You don't need to worry about me. It's only a few cute, I'm fine..."She said quietly.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"But that one is pretty deep," he protested, "And there's glass in it... at least sit down so I can call a doctor."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch sighed and nodded slightly. "Yes, Mr. Luke." She muttered, sitting in a chair close by

[Hikari Hoshi]

Luke nodded, "Stay there." he told her as he went to Jarold's office and had him send for a doctor. Though the butler protested, saying he was perfectly capable of treating her.

Onch watched Luke walk out of the room. She sighed and stared at the glass on the floor. Onch stood and walked over, starting to pick up the peices.

Jarold finally convinced him to just let him take care of it and walked with him to the kitchen.
"Onch!" Luke cried, "I thought I told you to sit down and stay there! Leave the glass, I'll clean it up later."

Onch glanced up at Luke and Jarold as they walked into the kitchen. She looked back down at the glass on the floor and continued to pick it up, being carefull not go give herself any more cuts.

Luke came over, pulling her up from the floor and pushing her into the chair. "Do you only listen when you want to?" He asked a little harshly, "Sit and let Jarold fix you up!"

Onch blinked a few times as she was pushed back into the chair. She looked away from Luke as he spoke to her and nodded slightly. "Yes, Mr, Luke...I'm sorry..."

He turned away from her as Jarold started to remove the glass from her cuts and bandage them. He rang for another servant to sweep up the glass.

Onch stayed still, allowing him to remove the glass. She glanced up at Luke for a few seconds, his words repeating in her head.

Luke began to pace, not wanting to leave till he was sure she was alright but not wanting to watch either.

Onch closed her eyes and slighted slightly. She twitched a few times, but other than that , she didn't move the rest of the time

"There you are." Jarold said, "All patched up."
Luke turned when he heard that, "Onch, you are excused from your duties for the rest of the day." He told her.

Onch nodded slightly at Luke. "Yes, Mr. Luke..."She said quietly, not wanting him to get mad at her. "And thank you..."

He didn't look at her. Just waved a hand of dismissle.

Onch sighed slightly and walked out of the kitchen, to the small closet she lived in.

Luke waited until the other servant had left as well before he let his frustration out. "What is wrong with me?!" He asked Jarold. "I would have left any other servant laying on the floor while you took care of them. Why did I make such a fuss over her?"
"Perhaps because she's a birthday present from your father." Jarold suggested.

Onch sat on her bed, hugging a pillow tightly while burrying her face into hit. She was holding it tightly in her hands, which still hurt from the glass that had been in it. She could hear Luke and Jarold's muffled voices, since the kitchen was far from her room, but she couldn't make out what they were saying.

"Maybe..." he said, knowing that wasn't it. "I don't get it Jarold. What is it about her that makes me act this way?"
"She's young, you're young, it's a simple matter really." Jarold told him. "You don't interact with enough young women. You're flustered by her pressence. You really should go to more parties. Once you see all the young women of your own class Miss. Onch will be just another plane servant to you."

Onch closed her eyes and bit her lip. She knew they were talking about her. She just wasn't sure what they were saying. She she thought it wouldn't be good. It seemed she had made Luke mad before...

"But Jarold, I don't want to go to parties," Luke whined, "You know I hate them. Music is all well in fine but the people. Ugh, so chatty."
Jarold shook his head, "You'll have to deal with them someday. Better now than later."

Onch lay back on her bed, still squeezing the pillow tightly. She stopping hiding her face and stared at the dark ceiling. Onch let go of the pillow and took the bandages off her hands and leg.

Luke sighed, "Fine, I'll go to a party." he muttered. "But I won't enjoy myself I promise you."
"I don't expect you to." Jarold said.

Onch stared at her hands, twitching every few seconds. She sighed, wondering why she didn't just listen to him earlier.

Luke went back up to his room to think/pout.

Onch turned on the light and sat against the door as she stared at the wall wondering what to do now. Either work, or do as Luke told her and take the rest of the day off.

Luke lay in bed thinking.

Onch nodded slightly and stood, walking out of her room and back into the kitchen.

Luke stared at the wall for a while, getting kind of bord.

Onch took some more dished and walked to the cupboards, being careful not to fall this time.

Luke sighed and sat up. He'd left his book down stairs.

Onch slowly put the rest of the dishes away and looked around the room. She didn't see anything else to do in the kitched, so she moved on to the next room, the room Luke had been in, with the fireplace.

Luke came down and walked into the room. "What are you doing here?" He asked, seeing Onch.

Onch turned to face Luke, her hands behind her back. I was just...Um..."Onch looked around, not quite sure what to tell him.

He sighed and got his book. "I don't know why I try being the master of the house." he muttered. "I'm obviously no good at it."

"I...I'm sorry, Sir...I'm just so used to having to clean,no matter what condition I'm in...'Onch said quietly, looking at the floor again.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Forget it," He said, "Do whatever you want."

Onch walked past Luke and to her room under the stairs. She shut the door and sat aganst it again, hugging her legs tightly, not caring about the pain from her leg and hands.

Luke sighed and covered his face with his free hand. He was just having an off day, he told himself, it had nothing to do with her.

Onch sighed and closed her eyes. Why couldn't she have just stayed here, and not go out and try to finish her work? She had only made him more mad...

Luke went up to his room. The mail had brought up to him as always. There was an invatation to a party one of his few friends was throwing. He picked it up and read it over.

Onch sighed and hid her face ib her knees, thinking about everything that had happened today.

Luke put the paper and went down to Jarold's office, "I'm going to a party." he told him, "Have a new suit made for me."

Onch stared at the floor while keeping her head down on her legs. She sighed slightly and hit her fist against the wall behind her. She wasn't quite sure what to do now, but she knew she had to syat as far away from Luke as possible for the night.

Jarold nodded and smirked a little, "Very good sir." he said, "I'll have it made right away."

Onch twitched slightly bafore getting up and laying back on her bed again.

Luke nodded and returned to his room to read for the rest of the day, and night.

Onch closed her eyes, trying to fall asleep before anyone would come in her room for some reason. But somehow, she couldn't sleep.

Luke fell asleep over one of his books.

Onch sat up snf turned the light back on. She looked around the room, finding a nearly empty penby the door. She picked it up and started drawing on her hand.

Luke's book fell to the floor, waking him up.

Onch sat and drew on her hand until the ink in the pen was gone.

Luke looked around and sighed a little. He was starting to feel bad about talking to Onch the way he had.

Onch set the pen down, staring at her hand. She had drawn Luke, or at least, she had tried to draw Luke.

Luke got up and walked quietly down to the slaves room an knocked quietly.

Onh got up and opened the door. She glanced up at Luke bofore looking down again.

Luke took a deep breath, not looking at her, "I'm..." he began, "I'm sorry." He said with great effort. "I... didn't treat your right today... Please forgive me."

Onch shook her head slowly, still staring at the floor. "It was my fault... I should have listened to you...'

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Yeah but... I didn't have to... yell at you like that," he said, "Anyway, I'm sorry. I'll let you get to sleep now."

Onch sighed and clenched her fists, causing one of the cute on her hand to open and start to bleed again. She nodded again before stepping back and starting to shut the door.

Luke turned away, wanting to say more but not knowing what he wanted to say.

Onch shut the door and leaned against it, looking at her hand.

Luke sighed and went back up to his room. Maybe Jarold was right. Maybe this party would be good for him.

Onch sat on her bed and pushed her hands together, trying to stop the bleeding.

Luke sat on his bed and stared at the wall for a while.

Onch closed her eyes, biting her lip as she pressed her hands together harder.

Luke sighed, curling up on the bed and going to sleep.

Onch stopped and turned the light off again. She decided to try and go to sleep again.

Luke woke up in the morning a little later than usual.

Onch woke up soon after and looked at the clock in her room, seeing it was almost time for Luke's breakfast. She twithced slightly and walked out of her room and into the kitchen.

Luke yawned a bit and got up, finding his book still on the floor. He sighed and picked it up.

Onch started to cook Luke's breakfast.

Luke sat in bed, reading.

When Onch finnished cooking, she broucht Luke's food to his room and knocked on the door with her heel.

Luke looked up from his book, "Come in." he said.

Onch balanced the tray on one hand and opened the door ,slowly walking into Luke's room, now looking at the floor again.

[Hikari Hoshi]

Luke watched her, sighing a bit, "You haven't forgiven me have you?" he asked softly.

[GothPunkPrincess]

"Of course I have, sir...'Onch said quietly. "I just don't feel it my place to look at the master..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"I really am sorry," He said softly. "There's no hope of you calling me Mr. Luke then is there?"

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch slowly shook her head. "I'm afraid not,sir..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Alright..." he said quietly, "What... whatever makes you happy."

[GothPunkPrincess]

"I really don't mind calling you Mr.Luke, but again, it's not my place as your slave..."Onch said, setting the tray of food down on a cleared spot of his desk.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"But, I told you that you could," Luke said, "Isn't it okay if I give you permission?"

Onch shrugged slightly. "I guess so..."

Luke sighed a little bit exasperated. "You drive me crazy you know that?" he told her.

"I apologize, sir...'Onch said quietly, walking to the door.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"I don't even know why!" Luke ranted, to himself, mostly. "It's not like you're any different from any other servants I have. You're a little humbler maybe. Is that what irks me? Your humility?"

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch looked at Luke and smiled alittle, saying nothing though.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Humility is good, don't get me wrong," he went on, beginning to pace, "But... you have such pretty eyes... why hide them? Even as a slave, you have to have some hope of marrying one day. Eyes are what catch the most attention."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch smiled more and leaned against the wall, watching Luke. "Well, I really can't have any plans for marrage. Who am I supposed to marry?" She asked quietly.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"I don't know," he said, "Someone of a lower class who falls for you, or a higher class who buys you from me and gives you your freedom so they can marry you. It happens from time to time you know."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch sighed slightly. "Well, not for me...I haven't met one guy so far who would have a chance of doing either of those two..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"That's exactly what I'm saying!" He said, "If you looked up a little more, showed off your pretty eyes, your lovely face, you might get more attention from men who could take you away from this life."

Onch blushed slightly and looked away from Luke, trying to hide it. "Um...Okay then..."

[Hikari Hoshi]

He turned to her slowly, "I'm sorry," he said, "You didn't have to listen to me. I wouldn't have noticed if you'd walked away."

Onch smiled and looked back at Luke, still blushing lightly. "I don't walk out on people, no matter what."

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Oh, well, you'll be listening to a lot of rants then," he said, "You may go now, if you wish."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch nodded slightly. "As you wish, Mr. Luke." She said before wlaking out of the room.

Luke smiled a little bit. He liked it when she called him Mr. Luke.

Onch walked in to a randome room and started her duities from yesterday.

Luke sat down and ate breakfast.

Onch started to dust off some things, thinking about what Luke had said.

Luke ate happily. He felt he had made some progress with Onch.

Onch stopped what she was doing and thought about something. What could possobly be in a lower class than a slave?

Luke finished eating and took the tray down to the kitchen.

Onch heard someone go into the kitchen. She slowly walked in and saw Luke. She smiled a little and slowly walked next to him.

He looked up when he heard her approch, "Oh, hello," he smiled, "I'm not disturbing you am I?"

Onch smiled at Luke. "No, not at all. But may I ask you something?"

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Of course," Luke smiled, "What would you like to know?"

[GothPunkPrincess]

"Well, you said kind someone that may like me, that's lower class than I am. But what is in a lower class than a slave?"Onch asked, her smile fading.

[Hikari Hoshi]

"Oh! I guess you miss understood me," Luke said, "I meant the lower class in general. As in lower than middle class and much lower than high class.... uh, that sounds bad doesn't it? I'm sorry."

[GothPunkPrincess]

Onch laughed a little. "I'm used to hearing that kind of stuff. So don't worry about it. "She said smiling a little again.

[Hikari Hoshi]

He blushed a little, "Right, sorry," he said, getting flustered again, "Um, would you mind washing these?" he asked, gestering to the tray.

"Oh, right. Not at all."Onch said quietly, though smiling more.

He smiled, backing away so that he wasn't crowding her though he stayed to watch.

Onch moved to the sink and ran some water before starting to wash the dishes on the tray.
